Got to the auto center before 7am, and was the first in line to get a tire change. It took more than an hour, watched them change it. A person after me had an appointment for 4 tires changed, and those were done (by 2 people) before my 1 tire was put on my car(they opened her car's hood and were looking at things, which has nothing to do with tires...odd). If that was it, I'd still give them 3.5 stars. However, because I got there so early and was watching outside, I had an opportunity to speak with a total of 4 employees, chatting about that one particular tire issues. The lady that is usually working the front heard me talking, and thought I might have a faulty sensor. I knew my tire had sprung a leak last summer so knew my tire as not great, so only got the 1 tire changed. Now it's 1:30pm same day, and I'm in the badlands having driven approximately 61 miles, and sure enough, the tire pressure light is on for that particular tire, with NO PSI registering. So is it a faulty sensor problem too? I will find out, and keep driving. My issue is them trying to upsell me a second tire for the front on the other side, instead of discussing faulty sensors with me and how it impacts the car's ride. Most of us are novices when it comes to cars, so knowing now I'd get the sensor checked before I'd get a second tire is a given. So, they were slow, and I still am getting tire pressure reading issues for the 1 tire along with ABS light coming on, service tire monitor light came on, etc. And for the record, I took my car there 3 weeks ago to get an oil change. And my tire problem started after that oil change. Which leads me to believe they checked my tires, etc. then, which created my ABS light to come on, along with with other lights having to do with the tire. So in essence, I can't help but think they created my tire issues, as had none for a year before that.I did call the automotive department, and the front desk lady, the manager in back, and the air force guy are all at lunch..at the same time! I didn't ask about the guy that put on my tire, as he obviously didn't fix an underlying issue, so don't want his help.My suggestion is plan your auto services, but not here. Too many things were poorly handled and managed. I'm sorry I would not recommend their services, I think they might create some of the problems, as I feel happened with my tire, as it started coincidentally after my oil change.

I've only called them about five or six times now to get my tires done and had no one answered. I waited in line to ask them questions in the past and it has taken at least 15-25 minutes. How would I trust them to do a quality job on my tires? Hopefully they're avoiding the counter to make sure they're taking the correct amount of time to put the tires right. It makes me worry that if they can't manage this then can they manage something as simple as putting on a tire? + = ?? Tires were finally changed and mostly no issues. Employees seem to be trying their best.

I waited over 30 minutes in line before anyone helped me. I needed a flat tire fixed. Although they assured me that it was a quick job and shouldn t take long, they took 3 hours. There was no communication on how long they would take. Half the time there is NO ONE at the counter. I wanted to just take my keys and leave but there was no one at the counter to ask for my keys back. So, I was forced to wait.Don t come here unless you want a ten minute job to take all day and a total lack of communication.

ok place to buy tires. definitely not worth the time or money to use the shop. 6 hours, two tires, loose wheels, empty bays. Will be looking for a mom and pop shop next time

Me and my fiance both have had tires put on here. We bought the tires from walmart.com. We set up appointments and the tires took about 90 minutes to put on. The service people were very nice both times.Service: TiresService: Tires

I was trying to use there services but they are horrible. If I could give 0 stars I would. Everybody in the tire center are lazy and nobody wanted to work. They're just hands down, the crappiest service around.

They'll lie to you so you get a new tire. Had to repair a puncture myself because they said its too close to the side wall and i needed a tire reseated on the rim and said my tread was too low all treads reached the top of Lincolns head on a penny, which is the minimum. I checked it right and i get there he pulls out a fancy rod and it is on the mark of passing or failing so guess what? You need a new tire .

Drove there straight from work Got here two hours before they closed, but they didn't have time to put 4 tires on that day I bought there.. they refused to make a appointment for me for the following day , even tho they didn't have time that day. So I was there before they opened the next morning first one in line and it still took 2 hour to put 4 tires on. There are not very customer friendly. After tire was out on it was time to pay the bill, they have a 5 dollar mount fee but when I got my bill it was a 40dollar balance fee, witch is very stupid you can put tires on with out them balanced. i got ripped off for my time and cash. I suggest to find a new tire shop !

In short, understaffed and not communicative.I made a special trip to get my tires rotated and balanced. I got here at 8 and had to wait to get checked in. Told it would be a while, they already had a couple of customers in front of me. Fine, no big deal.Wandered around Wal-Mart killing time, occasionally checking the status on their scanners. It was done by the estimated time. I waited in line to get my car for a while. I was informed that they did nothing. They said that a tire needed to be replaced and they refused to do anything else. No phone call, no text, no announcement over the PA. They justed parked my car and told me nothing. I would have replaced the tire if I had been asked. Justed wasted time, and gas. At least they didn't charge me. By the time I was done, there were 4 more people behind me waiting for help. The associate was very nice, doing the best she could. They just need more help.

Don t wake up early thinking you can beat the rush of vehicles. Got denied a oil change and tire rotation. They don t schedule enough techs to work on anything until noon. Although there was 2 techs that turned me away and said they would get fired if they did anything to my vehicle. This was at 8:30amServices: Tires, Auto interior vacuuming, Oil changeServices: Tires, Auto interior vacuuming, Oil change

I was waiting in line for a tire replacement and an employee named Rodney stared at multiple customers behind the counter would blatantly ignore customers and after I asked for help and he turned super vulgar and disrespectful used foul language in front of children cussed out his coworker for not working the counter, answering the phone and checking in vehicles and the previous time I dealt with him he left me standing at the counter for 3 hours he clearly needs to be fired or taught a serious lesson and I'm willing to volunteer for a free teaching

Took 3 hours to fix my slow leaking tire. The guy told me "it'll be a hour hour and a half at most"If you have time to waste and money to throw away to horrible service this is the place to go!Other wise I highly recommend you taking your business elsewhere.

Been waiting for 4 hrs to get a set of tires put on and they won't let you have your vehicle. They refuse to set an appt. Would make their life much easier for them and the consumer. Only 1 day off and spend the entire day in Wal-Mart. yep, been here almost 6 hrs now. What a joke!! Learned a lesson, NEVER again!!!

Came to have 4 new tires put on for winter and they could only put 3 on and that took 2 1/2 hours.. this place has been a joke for years. They have no work ethics and just lazy standing around talking to each other.

Ive had two new tires put on both my vehicles here before, and they put on the wrong tires then put them on the wrong side of the vehicle. Wait time is ridiculous and they aren't very respectful. Even with an appointment it took two hours to get 4 new tires put on. I would avoid, walmarts auto sucks here in Williston.

Great attendant's, which for Walmart is unheard of, scheduling appts was streamlined, have had 0 issues with simple changes like oil and tire rotation. Great work ladies and gentlemen

Like most the tire places in Williston, the Walmart auto-center is pretty piss poor. If you come here, DONT BE IN A HURRY, because you re going to be waiting a while....a long while. The workers are nice, but god help them they really don t have a clue about much. If there were any other options in town, I d be there over Wally World.

After leaving the vehicle for 5 hours they refused to do the service. Could have told me that up front and not wasted my day. Then had to wait 45min to get the keys back. Will not ever be back

I ordered tires online, had them shipped 'site-to-store' and then mounted/balanced. The tire tech was very thorough going down the checklist and took extra care not to damage my custom rims. I haven't put them on the vehicle yet, but so far my experience with the Williston Wal-mart tire shop was great.

I bought new tires twice and both times after installation I had to have my rotors turned or replaced because they over tighten the lugs. Pay a little more and have them installed by professionals! I also had a minivan with automatic side doors and the tire tech was forcefully trying to shut the door. He had no clue or didn't figure out the doors automatically shut! Incompetent!

Line had 10 people in it, one walmart TLE employee tryjng to get to us and answer the phone, as the manager stood their staring off into space, and she would walk over to the motion sensored sliding door and try and pull it shut but she was keeping it open by standing in the motion sensor area. Yah....idk....it was at that moment j realized I was bout to have them do a oil change. They have some interesting people and none of them were trying to help the slowly growing line of people. I just walked out.

RIDICULOUS customer service! The phone number listed here is wrong and the Walmart store knows it. A female employee was super annoyed that I wanted to talk to the tire center. She said it wasn't possible for her to transfer the call to them either. Rudest place ever!

Very incompetent. I came to replace a headlight bulb in my Subaru. Four hours later I received a call saying that it was done and car is ready to be picked up. When I arrived, the lights were not replaced. It turned out that the guy who called me did not even look if the work had been done or not, and he completely missed technician's note saying "could not get to a light bulb".

Tire sensor needed to be replaced, we came in on multiple Friday s to try to get it replaced. Get told we ll be in in 2 hours, we check on our vehicle and get told we will be in in another couple hours. Ridiculous 100% cause the last thing the told us the E-fob cord is bad.
