I would definitely recommend Trailer and truck equipment (Williston ND) they are Amazing Professional people and employees.They are efficient and they work fast!They Had everything we needed for our trialer ; parts, tires and accessories for a carrier / truck company as my self. Quick and easy transaction when purchasing my new dump trailer. (They have the best selection in town) When hooking up to leave there was some issues with the lights that happened to be problems on my pickup not the trailer- they quickly fixed the issues on my pickup to get me on my way! Thanks Eric, Josh, and Mechanic!

I was needing a trailer tire and rim. I enter the store found a tire mounted on the rim and ready to go. I rolled it to the counter to pay. There were 2 employees sitting at desks. I waited 15 minutes. No one word from anyone. Not a be with you in a minute, welcome, how can help you nothing. The woman stood up I thought maybe to come take my money but nope she went to the printer and then sat back down. The man got up to help a delivery driver thought when he was done he would help me. Nope sat right back down at his desk. Not one person that works there acknowledged I was even in the store. At that point I left the tire where was and left. Bad customer service is an understatement but NW Tire would probably like to extend a hardy that you for the business. They were more than happy to help out. If customer service or your time are of any value to you .take your business elsewhere.

This is the best place with in 100 miles to go for trailer accessories, they had what I needed in stock at an affordable price.I Lost the keys to my lock for my trailer hitch and front desk staff offered to assist me in removing it ! These guys will really go the extra mile to ensure you are taken care off.( Thanks josh )

We've been having issues with the brake system installed on our tow car behind the RV for quite a bit now. Called them yesterday when we got to town, they said bring it in we can check it out. Took the car and harness to them this morning, Eric had the system troubleshot and working in less than an hour. Awesome job. Now I can get back on the road knowing my car brakes will operate when they should.

Excellent customer service! Release lever on 5th wheel ball was stuck in lock position, and they said, "come on down, we will stay late for you." Gentleman was very generous with his time, professional, and was able to get lever to release so that we could remove our ball. Would recommend these folks all day long!!

I brought my 2022 Big Tex trailer in that was having issues and Trailer & Truck Equipment of Williston fixed it in a timely manner and did an amazing job!! They were super understanding and easy to work with. They answered any questions and concerns I had right away and communicated with me as soon as work was started and finished on the trailer. I m extremely happy with the work they did and will definitely be coming back in the future!! Very nice and helpful guys in the shop and they know their stuff. Went in with a headlight problem caused by my truck mounted plow. They diagnosed and fixed it in an hour and charged a fair price. Highly recommend!

Very knowledgeable staff. I had taken my truck to 4 different Chevy dealerships and none of them could figure out why my truck kept putting out a message to check trailer wiring. The guy at trailer & truck knew exactly what was wrong with it and installed the part I needed. Would recommend this place to anyone. 5 star service.

Really nice folks! We re able to install AirLifts on my truck in no time as I passed through Williston. Started on my truck right away even though I showed up an hour before they open. Highly recommend!

I have used Trailer and Truck Equipment several times. They are quick to give great friendly service. Their prices are reasonable, and their dog Winnie is a great greeter. I will continue to give them my business and recommend them to others. You cannot go wrong in chosing them.

I have had the pleasure to deal with Trailer & Truck Equipment of Williston for a little over a year. Eric the owner is honest and a man of his word. To myself that is extremely important in someone. In the office you either deal mainly with Rebecca or Neil. They both have always been eager to help assist me and very knowledgeable. The lights on my vehicle were not working so I took it in and they had me in and out in no time. A week later I was having trouble with the lights on my trailer They were able to diagnose the problems within minutes and I was out the door in less then 30 minutes. Excellent customer service and very reasonably priced. Thanks again guys!!!

Called to ask to get my truck outlet checked for my trailer connection because my turn signals and brake lights weren't working on my truck outlet. And they told me to come in and when i got here they right away attended me and got it checked out right away. Very kind people and willing to help. Very recommend this place.

I bought a 5th wheel companion hitch and the customer service was great. They installed it for me and made sure it fit just right. They even fixed the turnover hitch that was already installed by someone else. Very caring people!
