Purchased pickup heated seat quit working. Said they would fix it. Took it back to dealership they put a new heating element in. While picking it up they broke the passenger side mirror on pickup ($1500) when asked them about it well we just can't pin point where it happened blamed it on a bird strike while I was driving. Wouldn't do anything to make right. Looks like they opened the door into something and cracked the back and the mirror was loose. The next day the heated seat quit. Called they said to bring it back. Meanwhile can't get ahold of anyone in service department left messages. Finally manager calls well its the module on heated seat let me talk with the other manager and see what we can do. He has the salesman call back and explain they can't fix it because they did there part by replacing the element. It will be $500 in labor plus parts. Argued it should be on them then they tell me you should have taken out the extended warranty. Go to pick it up a second time and they hand me a piece of paper saying these are the parts the tech recommends replacing which should have been done the first time. Definitely will not be going back.

If you re looking to work with this dealer, ask for Matt. He s a very kind, personable and good humored person. Matt worked hard to make sure our trade in deal for my dream Jeep was completed in time for us to pick it up when worked best for our schedule. We ve worked with many salesmen over the years for vehicles / recreation vehicles and Matt sticks out to us as one of the good ones.

Best customer service I've had anywhere around. Everyone here truly acknowledges your presence whether you need them or not I was traveling through the area on a work trip when I ran into some car issues. After being told by a few other places that I was better off being towed back home the 200 miles I limped into this place. The service manager GRADY got my car into his shop with his master tech and had the problem fixed in a matter of hours. They truly saved the day. Would recommend 10/10.

Matt is an outstanding representative of this dealership I won't call him a sales man but he made the experience down right delightfull and if your in the market for a good deal and great conversation go and see him. Brian was extremely helpful also and willing to go the extra mile to make things run smoothly. Grady in service was real helpful with the upgrades I wanted. Not everything has gone as plan but they do their best to get things done.

Matt was amazing, we called ahead and he returned the call promptly and had the vehicle waiting for our scheduled test drive ! We were under some time constraints after the test drive so he managed all the details and got all the paperwork done while we went back to work ! Matt called shortly after our test drive letting us know everything was good to go , he and the team had everything done when we got there that evening to pick up! I purchased a used 2019 Yukon XL Denali on Feb 15, 2024. Day one after picking the vehicle up my wife had to add air to the passenger rear tire. She proceeded to have to add air to the same tire for next 3 mornings when I had her bring the car to a local tire shop to look for the leak. The tire shop found that it was leaking from the 3 spots around the bead of the tire. When the tire was dismounted we were able to see that the rim had internal damage. I reached out to the dealership and informed them that the rim was damaged, and was told that there was nothing they could do. We were informed by their service manager that Ryan Nissan out of minot were the ones to mount the brand new tires on the vehicle back in September. The vehicle was in the possession of Ryan motors until we purchased the vehicle. According to them they did a full inspection on the vehicle and that the damage would have been seen when the tires were mounted. We have been back and forth with them, and as of right now they are not willing to replace the rim. The Williston manager says he is still discussing it with the managers, but as of right now I m extremely disappointed with how Ryan conducts business.

Matt was exceptional at listening to our needs and offering suggestions vs telling us what we need. He ensured the process was simple and pain free. I believe he and Ryan Motors put their best foot forward with a more then fair offer as the first offer. I highly recommend seeing Matt if you are in the market for an automobile.

If I could give them negative stars I would. Purchased a truck with an issue. Took it in 4 days later and now over two months later we still do not have the truck. It is like pulling teeth to get anyone to give a straight answer or call us back. Parts came in, truck got fixed, tech found another issue, parts come in, truck gets fixed, tech finds something else wrong, parts come in, truck gets fixed, tech drives it and whoops we put the wrong part in. On top of it all every person we have dealt with after the sale has been horrible to deal with. No customer service and when they actually do call they are rude. Bryan Starr is the GM and he refuses to allow me to speak to his boss because he says he is the top of the chain- wow!!!!
