Hello- I want to Thank Ford for all their help finding me my Cactus Grey Ford Bronco!! I love it!! Everyone working there is amazing. Shout out to John!! They worked and found my Ford Bronco in Devils Lake and had it brought to Williston. I was a little nervous about the whole process but was reassured and it worked out great!! Red rock and Ashley worked hard to get me into a new Ford maverick. We took care of all the loans and financing over the phone so all I had to do was show up and pick up my truck.

In the past I feel we have had poor experiences with Red Rock. But the experience we had yesterday with purchasing a new truck was very good. Our sales person the finance person and even the manager gave me new thoughts on Red Rock

I m not upset with the vehicle or sales personnel there. I just feel as I was kind of given the run around after I bought the truck. I bought the truck and noticed the fuel filter wasn t changed so I brought it up to them and they said they d do it when they did my tint and detail. Sounded good but when I dropped the truck off for tint they had no idea about the fuel filters. They told me they d try and get it in that day. They called that evening and asked if they could keep the truck overnight and do it first thing in the morning. Told em go ahead, showed up around 9am to see where they were with it and the lady at the service desk told me it wasn t on the schedule and they might be able to do it by 11am. At this point I scheduled a day off work and showed up late to work the next day and still didn t get my filters changed so I took the truck and did them myself. I don t know if it s a communication problem there or they just avoided it.

Want to thank Dalton, Chelsea and Baron. The patience shown by these individuals has been impressive as they revive the faith in modern day sales. Although we did not follow through with a trade in at this time they worked with us through months of picking choosing and explaining to really help us decide what the best route was for us.

This was an awesome place to go for a new vehicle!! We got a very nice sales associate named Gabe and he was SO easy to work with. And Miss Chelsea in the finance department was just a peach!! Overall the place was great and we were able to find exactly what we were looking for and at an outstanding price. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a dependable dealership!

We were looking for a ford maverick and could not find any locally in Rapid City. We started looking online within driving distance and found one at Red Rock Ford in Williston. We called to see if it was available and it had been ordered by someone else. The salesman Mitchell Williamson told us we could order one online which we did. He helped and walked us through step by step. Mitchell responded back immediately to any of my questions regarding the build, shipping and payment process. When the new maverick arrived he immediately contacted me and made arrangements to have it full of fuel and ready for us to pickup. Red Rock Ford of Williston will definitely have my business for any future vehicle purchases.

My kid brought his truck in for a check engine light. The truck never had any issues and ran fine. They said it needed a timing chain. We agreed to have them do the work. They pulled the engine apart and said it needed a new engine! They left it like this and told us to come and get it!

My salesman Mitch was totally the coolest guy in the world. I would buy from that Man anytime he did a wonderful job. You're not very articulate with my words, but he got me the deal of a with a lifetime on my very first brand new car and I really appreciate it a lot and I took into account my handicap, each was an all around great salesman. I appreciated Nathan s low pressure sales approach. I also appreciated the response from the dealership when we asked for their BEST price. We have had dealerships drop their prices $150.00. We feel a couple of things could have been different but they are not consequential enough to mention. Overall I would return to Red Rock Ford for future vehicles.

Specifically told them not to do a front brake service to my truck cause the front brakes were at half life and they did it anyway it cost me almost 1300 Dollars and they refuse to even talk to me about it if I could give 0 stars I would and right as I have to take 2 weeks off work for Christmas break I will never bring my truck backAbsolute trash service.Absolute trash customer service

Went in to get tail light on mustang replaced under warranty. After multiple attemps i just bought the replacement myself. Took my f250 in for recall work they broke the bracket for my steering stabilizer. Instead of admitting they broke it they tried to tell me my truck never had one until i called them out. Now my f150 has been sitting there for a month waiting on an inspector they told me would take 24/48 hours after the transmission went out. Terrible customer service and lack of communication
