From the second I walked in the door to get an estimate on my car, the customer service was amazing. The guy who helped, walked us through everything, step by step. Honestly everything went smooth here. Had to use an insurance claim to repair and I didn't expect much due to no competition because it's the only place around that deals with Progressive; however they were timely and the work was done right.

Put a hole in my headliner and didn't finish putting it up the first time. Somehow, my moonroof broke between the hail storm and them having it the first time. It's fixed now, hope I don't find anything more than some leftover sockets from a rush job. Oh, and they made the suggestion that they would be keeping my vehicle until a bill was paid (owed to them by somebody else) until I said I would be picking up my truck and suggesting that they should contact that person about their outstanding bill since I have paid mine in full. (Re-read the "paid mine in full" part...)

This place is the real deal! Great work, honest genuine people who truly want to help you and get the job done. I've recommended friends and some family members there and they all had nothing but positive things to say about the high quality of work and great customer service that they received. These guys are straight up in letting you know what needs to be done to your vehicle NO running you around, over pricing or BS. In a small town like Williston I think it' great to have a place like this that can be trusted. The last time I was there I met Bill the owner a super nice down to earth guy, very willing to work with you and get the problems solved. This is the place to take your vehicle when you need good work and people with integrity. Hats off to these guys!

These folks did an amazing job with my vehicle. I was very happy with the service. It took months to get it in but was worth it! (Had body damage that did not affect my driving/vehicle capabilities)

I fixed my car over there by progressive insurance they send me , they did the job fast time good quality parts . Just I return my car to do the adjustment for the headlights !

From the moment I walked in through the door the attitude I received was snobby and uncaring, dismissive and rude. I walked in and walked out without even a quote due to this.

Was given a fair quote on what was obviously an electronic issue. They listened and did not trivialize my thoughts on the problem. Took car in and had it back a few hours later.

Brought my work truck there and took way longer than the time given because they couldn t get parts and took the guy off of it to do a faster job that came in. Still haven t gotten it back
