Good service quality repair however, they diagnosed a leaking brake caliper on my car and couldn t get the parts in time before the car had to go to a different appointment elsewhere. When I brought the car back to get the repair done, they told me they had no record of that diagnosis, and that the tech doesn t recall that diagnosis, and as such I would have to pay another diagnosis fee to rediagnosed the leaking brake caliber that they already diagnosed and told me about.

We got a quote for getting the front end rebuilt at another tire shop for $3800 and came here for a 2nd opinion, it was $2100. Great service. SHOP AROUND!

Came in to with a few different wheels in mind, they were able to help figure out what fitment would work best. Not only did they call us right back after we left to give us price break downs, but we were also very pleased with the pricing. They got the wheels in 6 days and had them installed and got us out the door in less than 2 hours. Highly recommend!!!

Had elite mount and balance some tires for my wife s hot rod today. I fought trying to do it myself. They got them done right away and at a fair price. Thanks again to the guy who helped me load and unload them. Sure is nice to see a place go the extra step.

The staff at Elite Tire are friendly and professional. Kelly explained everything, and the price she ended up selling the tires to me came up $20 less than she quoted over the phone.They had to order tires and had them in exactly when they said they would. When I went in to have the tires installed they were busy, but they got my truck in as quickly as possible. I was out of there in about an hour. I went back in a few days later to have my lugs checked and I was done in just a few minutes. The staff took care of me quickly and efficiently. I would buy from them again.

I had great emergency service! I was traveling from western Montana to eastern North Dakota with my daughter. My lug nuts on my front passenger tire came loose and when I realized what was happening I only had 3 of 5 left. After all the towing and such. Elite Tire was helpful to talk to. They communicated great and were able to get my car in and out in a couple hours. I really appreciated their great service.

The front desk gal was super helpful in finding the tires I requested, ordering them for me and at checkout she went out of her way to find a discount for me and was able to discount $10 a tire. I was in and out for a 4 tire change in 30 minutes or less!! Love that they do free tire rotation and balance as well!!

We take our entire fleet to Elite Tire, they are quick, thorough and stand behind their work. Everyone there is knowledgeable and have always gotten us a great price on great tires. We will continue giving them our business! Thanks Elite Tire team!

Very nice staff who keep you in the loop and seem very honest. They helped me try and find the best deal I could within my budget and when they made an error were quick to resolve it. They are consistently busy and still work hard to get you in and out as quickly as they can.

Not the same since Cory left... overpriced, didn't even top off my fluids, had to go back the next day for something only to find that wasn't the only thing they missed. I'm a little sad about it bc I used to go there for all of my vehicle needs. Give C/L SERVICES a try, Cain is a super nice guy!! He even washed my car, changed my air filter, and topped off my fluids. I paid 500 to elite to change 4 spark plugs... and they called that a tune up. Irritated I spent my money there.

Was greeted by a friendly person who got my car in quickly and got it scheduled to replace the starter the next business day. The repair was done when they said it would be and the charges were reasonable.

I live on a gravel road 16 miles east of Williston. Heading to town my warning for low tire came on!!! Scary!! I pulled into the nearest shop which is a Welding Company and they thankfully gave my poor tire some air. I said I hope I make it to Cenex he said go to Elite. Gave me directions about 6 miles away. The kind gal got me right in!!! That never happens in Williston!!! Excellent Service!!!

Unprofessional. I called and talked with Jason and told him that my gmc was making a funny noise underneath the hood that it was in the engine or transmission. My father in law is a mechanic and had already did a couple of things so we had already narrowed it down. I brought it in and a couple hours later the lady called me and said it sounds like there s a chicken in your engine. We do not do engine or transmission work so you have to bring it somewhere else here in town I was already frustrated because I told them what we thought the problem was but yet they told me to bring it in to look at it. Got there to pick it up and they still charged me $60 for them to look at it for 20 min to tell me it was in the engine or transmission something which I already knew and told them. Don t waste your time and money here.

I always have positive experiences anytime I need work done on a vehicle. I've taken a couple vehicles for various tire/suspension issues and always left satisfied and knowing that they were transparent about the total cost from the start or they would stay within my budget. I didn't leave feeling I had been duped and sold things I didn't need just to make them more money. Definitely recommend!Update: Just brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Saved some money on not rotating the tires because it wasn't required as they actually took the time to inspect them and verify their condition! Always glad to know I'm being taken care of here and not scammed!

Very friendly people . They went out of their way to get the tires i needed as they did not have them on hand and the tires i had on my vechile were not repairable . They kept me updated and got it done quickly .

Very pleased with my experience there! Prices are comparable to what s around town. The best thing was they did my leveling and alignment in under two hours! they were able to get me in for an appointment about 3 days earlier than anybody else in town also. Nice staff and atmosphere.

Hands down the best shop in town for all your tire needs. They have done many trucks and trailers for me and have always done a fantastic job. Don t look anywhere else this is the place to stop. Great prices and great people.

This place is hands down best place to work with!!!! I have never had a bad experience and they do a great job. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs tires or work done on their vehicle. My vehicles will always go here to get work done.
