John and the whole team are always knowledgeable with anything small engine. As well as other things. They ve handled our generators, compressors, pressure washers and a numerous variety of machines.

I've been their neighbor for the last 2.5 years and every time I see them I get a wave and a smile :) The employees are courteous and full of knowledge and won't hesitate to help a customer in need. I've had them rebuild both a snowblower and injectors for a diesel truck and each time I have prompt and well-priced services. Thank you John and Susan for running such an excellent business and conducting yourselves with professionalism and tact.

Called before dropping off John Deere zero turn for service, was qouted 300 to fix and was told it would be 5-6 days before they could get to it, called several times and was told they hadn't got to it yet, after 2 wks I finally received a phone call saying it would be 300 which is what was already discussed and didn't understand why it took them two weeks just to get it in the shop and call to discuss what was already discussed. Upon pick up the shock of 716.00 and the owner who qouted the price would not make it right or offer to make it right, also upon pick up I was told. There is an. Oil leak because the last filter was put on too tight and to fix it he would have to take it apart again. When I dropped it off it had. No leak! Do not do business with them. Very bad business ethics.

They sell - service small tools. Lawnmowers, chainsaws, weed eaters, generators, & parts & accessories. They can order parts . Friendly.

If I could give this place a 0 stars I would, these people do not care about the customer or future customers, they only want your money, warranty or helping with warranty on products they represent is non existent, if you are calling them for help look somewhere else you will get a better response, with customer service like what I recieved today how are they still in business. If I never hear the name Electric & Magneto again it will be to soon

Went in with some parts on my Honda engine that needed to be fixed nothing major he had it back in the shop and out in under 30 min with it fixed , a little expensive but well worth it
