Had my gf take my car with 5.5qt royal purple oil and a wix filter to get an oil change and tire rotation a few months back. I kinda figured they didn't use my oil cause royal purple is almost clear oil and this was brown oil. My suspicion was confirmed while I returned to doing my own oil changes because there are alot of shady mechanics out there and it was indeed regular oil and a different k&n filter. On top of that they told her I didn't need a tire rotation cause the wear was even. Did a little penny test and my front tires are obviously worse than the backs. Lazy, dishonest, and shady. They did this to a woman because she doesn't know about cars. Beware elderly and non car people. Pay for a tire rotation or brake flush to find out they didn't do jack.

It's the worst place I've been to in Williston to do business, and that's saying a lot. Generally since the oil boom, the businesses don't give a rip what the customer needs or wants, because they have lots of new business coming in. That's not going to be the case going forward. Oil workers are leaving by the hundreds and clowns like the ones at Big Sky Battery are going to feel it, since they have the worst attitudes towards customers I've ever seen.

Enjoyable service experience, very rare, looked.me in the eye when spoken too, was ready when told was going to be. Of all this, the very beautiful scripture in the bottom left hand corner of the receipt, will continue to earn my return business

This review is for Big Sky Battery, not JiffyLube. I wanted to make that clear, as some people have confused the two.Never had to wait for their excellent service, have always received the correct battery at a fair price. I go here for all my battery needs!

I have had my oil changed with this company many times and they are reasonably priced, fast, and take good care of my vehicle.

In and out. I brought my own oil...which was the wrong weight and they exchanged it for the correct weight at no additional cost. Has my business.
