Always quick courteous service & they uphold their warranties. I wouldn t use another service station. There have been a couple things that I don t agree with like not lubricating when the whole from end was fixed and using zip ties to secure the battery. I have no idea what happened to the original piece that secured my battery all I know is that it costs $243 from the dealership. So nope. No one ever told me it was missing and I suppose they don t think I look under the hood. All in all they do a good job and in these times are fair price and honest they re quick. Love their dogs too!

Great service!! They are so helpful and make getting your car fixed less stressful! I have been able to use a rental care free of charge. I will definitely be taking my car back for future service needs!! Thank you Fix it Forward!

My oldest son recommended Fix It Forward. So I thought I would give this business a try. Car went in for brake analysis. Found other problems that are also present. I received a call stating what they had found. No pressure to fix other problems with the car. Easy to talk to. Service was Great. Also gave me $50 off of my bill. Provided Uber ride with no charge to me. Sent me the bill plus included what was done & price. I would go back if I need work done again.

It would be a good thing to take before and after pictures. My truck has some dents under it where a lift would have been placed, but they said it was not them of course.

I brought my car in for making a weird noise and it was losing power. They said my engine needed replaced and were to quick to ask if I wanted to schedule with them to replace it. I took it somewhere else for a second opinion. It was not my engine. I had a crack in my exhaust manifold. My engine is fine. I don t know if they were just trying to get money out of me or trying to take advantage of a female. I will never go back here and will never recommend anyone.

I went to them needing my engine completely replaced. They were affordable, professional, and fast. Took only a week to get my car back and that was mostly just cause of delivery time. Plan to make them my go to shop from now on! Extra points for having Zeus in the shop to pet!

The mechanics are very professional and experienced. I can not think about taking my car to any other repair place except fixed forward. Since my car was repaired a month ago, it has been running like a new brand car. Thanks you so much for your expertise & being honest. You diagnosed my car& fixed the problem unlike other repair places that won't do right thing except charging money for poor performance. Way to go guys!!! God bless you all & keep you healthy to continue to serve people.

I had a great first experience with FixItForward near Menards. From online appointment scheduling to the end of the repair, it was all good. I was given the results of my vehicle inspection with no pressure to address any additional issues found - they just told me what they found, and approximate cost of fix. As an add on service, I had them rotate my tires, which I had forgotten about, but knew it was needed.Thank you for being honest in doing my repair. I will be a repeat customer when I need repairs in the future.

I had them do a pre-purchase inspection and resolve the issues they discovered for ~ $2000. When I got the vehicle home and had it checked locally, an additional $1500 in repairs were needed, including all four front ball joints and the rear brakes, which when I drove it home from ND only had a couple of mm of material left on them. Today, three months after paying them to replace it, the air filter fell apart.Had they been more thorough with their inspection, I would have negotiated a better price on the van or not purchased it at all.Fix It Forward contacted me and is refunding the cost of the air filter. Thank you.

Just moved here from Ohio. A friend here suggested Fix It Forward to us. Nobody likes to spend money on car maintenance but these people were so accommodating and thorough. The work was done quickly and with excellence!Fix it Forward will be my go to place for my cars from now on.

Recently I made a trip to Fargo from my home 2 hours away. My vehicle was making an unusual sound so I called to see if it could be looked at the next day. On a day when they were fully booked, Fix it Forward made room for me in their schedule.They're very good about explaining what the problem is and what they're doing to repair it!Fast and efficient!

Breakdown happened over New Year's weekend. I live 5 hours away. Scrambled to find a shop. Their online scheduling is awesome. They have 4 shops. Got me in first thing. Diagnostic test right away. Called me, upfront, no hassle. Priced fair. Got me on the road that afternoon. Quality and knowledge shop.

Great group here. Had a steering issue that they fixed. They had done a similar repair last year and their warranty covered part of this repair, no questions asked! Highly recommend!

I highly recommend these guys, they are very good at what they do, and reasonable. I came here frustrated with a shop in Moorhead that charged me 400.00 and still couldn't tell me what was wrong with my car. I took it to fix it forward and they diagnosed the problem within an hour.

Fix It Forward did fantastic work on my truck. They did a complete inspection and provided pictures on what needed to be repaired. Prioritized what needed to be fixed first with no pressure into fixing everything at one time. Fix It Forward Auto Care Center on 13th Ave in West Fargo is amazing. Their team is highly knowledgeable and do a great job explaining issues, and service is done in a timely manner. Started taking my vehicle there a few months ago. Great staff, timely work, reasonable prices and do all they can to help you. I really like their system where you approve or deny additional work they see while working on your vehicle such as recommended tire rotation and windshield blades. Ordered tires from them and had them installed in 48 hours. Highly recommend!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires

These guys are awesome! I called on Monday afternoon and asked if they could take a look at a wheel bearing on my truck that was making noise. I was told to drop my truck off at 7:30 am the next morning and they would get to it as soon as they could. I dropped it off and, at 8:30, I received a notification on my phone. It contained the problems found, and an estimate for the repairs. I was given several options for cheaper and more expensive parts. I authorized the repairs that I wanted them to perform right from my phone. At 11:45 I received a notification that the repairs were complete, (front wheel bearing assembly, and both rear shocks). In about 4 hours time, they inspected, diagnosed, ordered parts, and completed the repairs! When I went to pick up my truck, the repairs were explained to me and all my questions were answered. Most repair shops I contacted said that they couldn't even get to it for a week or two. I am very satisfied with the staff and the quality of work. I have found my new repair shop! Thanks guys!!

Brought vehicle in on a Tuesday around mid-day. Was told, as expected, that it would be some time before they could even take a look at (was told Friday morning). Received a call from them in the late afternoon and was told what was found, discussed options, and decided on what to do. Had an issue with my tires let the sales manager John know that I was Going Out of town needed to get in an attirely manner he said first thing in the morning he'll order the tires and text me when they came in great experience fixed my problem was on the road before 10 AM great service

Fix It Forward is always getting it right. This was my first visit to the 13th Ave. location since I usually go to the 52nd Ave. location near my home. The customer service was excellent, they addressed all issues aside from the oil change I originally requested, and they even set me up with a free UBER ride back to my home and offered to have one pick me up when my vehicle was done. I had overlooked the fact I needed my pil changed and was leaving on a long fishing trip. They guys understood and were able to get it done. Talked about some oil consumption and ideas on what would be next steps. There is something to be said about having trust in your mechanics!

John and Justin have both been really good to me and my family. I hate writing reviews, but they're really nice people, so I gotta. I didn't even know they could help me get into my locked car but I gave them a call and they helped me out for free. They know how to take my business from other mechanics. The crew at the West Fargo F.I.F. took very good care of me and my RAV4. As a disabled Veteran puting a lot of miles on my vehicle in all kinds of weather it is essential my car be reliable. I was traveling from Michigan to Alaska and the drive shaft went out in my vehicle. Fix it forward was able to get it fixed and back on the road within a couple hours.
