I took my vehicle over to have tires put on. They didn t carry my car size and got them ordered and in the next day. When I took my vehicle over they got me right in and out in a reasonable amount of time when doing a complete change.

Excellent customer service. Had a flat while I was driving my delivery work truck. They got me in, changed my tire and had me back on the road in no time. Appreciate the service!

My husband called and made sure that they weren t super busy. He was told that no one was there and had no one scheduled with an appointment. When he got there, there were no vehicles in the base being worked on or helped. He sat there for three hours as people would come in and he was not helped. the tire techs decided to lunch close for lunch with a waiting room of people, worst customer service in the world

Awful. I called this morning to see about getting 2 tires mounted and balanced and they said that there was no wait time.2 hours and 30 minutes later and they still haven t got my vehicle into a bay. Ten minutes ago I asked for an estimate on the time and a guy named Paul turned his back and said, in a minute! He s still tapping on his phone.No one seems busy, everyone seems to be on break.

I left a review approximately 3 years ago concerning the service and the attitude in the store. Since that time nothing has changed. It s to the point now I take all my tires to Williston to be repaired or replaced. A year ago I took a semi in for a new tire on drivers front. Later that afternoon when I came to pick it up the left turn signal (which is mounted on the fender) was hanging by the wires on the side of the fender. There was some sort of bluefish adhesive on the mouting service of it that was still wet. In the store they denied knowing anything about it. More recently I tried to get a flat on my pickup fixed. They were too busy but said they would fix it first thing the next morning so I could take it to work. Not only had they not fixed it but it took them 15 minutes to find the keys for it. The bald headed dark complected guy working in there is the most unfriendly person I e ever known. Unless his parents own the store I can t imagine why he still works there. If I ever go back in there it will have to be an EXTREME emergency

I asked for 2 new tires that one was leaking really bad and the other had a nail waited 4hrs they came back repaired 1 tire filled the other with at 10/10 even if u didn t have the tire which I doubt I could have informed me

A trailer, both tires popped on 85,the young man came out right away,he fixed tires for a very fair price and was on the road !

Looks like they got a very good staff mechanics very qualified personnel at the floor shop, but the only concern it s the customer service guy at front desk doesn t listen to me when I ask for set up the white face letters towards the outside on my tires. He was acting like was super busy and left me talking walking away from me. I ask twice for this.

I was recommended to this place by coworker and when I brought the car over a bolt they said I had to go to Mercedes over a crescent wrench nothing special about the bolt. Customer service was not the the greatest felt awkward and in un easy environment but the guy that helped was great a bit over priced 180 for a break line. Upset very disappoint. I also brought my parts brand new w.

Ok tire did an amazing job on my 2012 Chevy pickup had full brake job + had full front suspension done dropped it off on a Thursday done Monday afternoon I'm very happy with the professional job they did I'm definitely going to be a repeat customer

Waited 20 minutes while guys played on phone and carried a 2 year old through out dangerous work areas! Just to not talk to anyone, guess I'll buy tires somewhere else.

Staff was plesant and in- formative. It was a BUSY place this morning. It took the team about 2.5 hours! They even had a Free cup of hot coffee available while I waited. Big Thank You goes out to Tony and his team at OK Tire in Watford City!!! :) You guys Rock !!! :)

We called a day ahead of time because we got a flat tire about 300 miles out and wouldn t be to Watford City until late. We are on a road trip from Tennessee, so it was pretty urgent we got off the spare tire once we were here. We got up early to get the tire taken care of in a timely manner so we could still enjoy our day as scheduled. The woman on the phone had told us the shop would be open at 7:30am on a Saturday. When I arrived, the shop does not open on the weekends at all....I completely understand that the pandemic has affected hours, but please have your staff know those changes.

Absolutely impeccable customer service!! All of the salesman were friendly, respectfull, and honestly interested in giving me the best value possible instead of trying to make money off of me whenever possible . Time and time again they have shown themselves to be a company of integrity and customer care. I cannot name a better tire shop in the area. Not even close.

Scheduling to get my tires replaced was done at my convenience; a little more expensive than Walmart, but worth it. It was done in under two hours, shorter than I expected, and they did a free lugnut check afterward. Very professional and courteous. Would recommend.

Took our fire engine in for new front tires. We literally pulled right in. They had us back up and running in about 30 minutes. Staff was knowledgeable, fast and friendly. Great job.

I called this shop over a week ago to get a quote on tires they wanted 458$ a piece for 275/70/R18s. So then I asked if I was able to get tires delivered to them to put on since I live in an apartment and can t really get tires delivered to me. The guy I spoke to said absolutely just give us a call and let us know when they re coming and we will set up a time for you to come in and get them put on. Well a week goes buy I order my tires and communicated with them to let them know they were coming. When fedex delivered them today they refused the tires and they got returned to sender. They deliberately wasted my time because I wouldnt buy their over priced tires.. I got the same exact set they wanted 458$ for instead I paid 200$ each. Wouldn t do business with these con artists if they paid me.

There is a few reasons I gave ok tire a 1 star.First is I have tried numerous times to get them to give me a price on tires and rims and every time they said I ll call you back after I work up the price. Then a few hours go by and nothing. Heck, a few days go by and nothing.Second reason, I took my wife s car in because it had a nail. I was told that it would only take 30Minutes but it actually took 4 plus hours. After waiting 2 hours I left to come back and they had not even started on it. My guess as to why my car took longer is that fixing a hole in the tire was not a lot of money compared to people buying new sets.Third reason I had a rental truck that the tire popped and had to get a new tire before I drove off after getting it replaced I noticed the tire was not all the way on the bead when I brought it up they said oh it fine . Hey maybe it was fine who knows but I drove down the road 5 or so miles and boom I hear this loud noise. Well the tire bead finally set I found out. I don t feel they should have sent anyone on the road without that bead being set first. just my input though.

Fast, professional, and have a down pat system from the time you get there til you leave. I have used this shop numerous times for my job and I'll never go anywhere else for my tire needs.

Ever since I moved to Watford City I have put miles and miles on my old truck. OK Tire has kept her going. No matter what the issue has been they have squeezed my truck in with immediate and fast service. Time is money for me. Thanks OK Team. I really appreciate it.

Great place to get your tires worked on. Fast, easy, and it's always impressive when you see the shop owner not afraid to work on tires as well, great guy. I'm always happy to go in for a quick tire fix.
