I bought some parts here for an old BMW. The staff working behind the counter were very knowledgeable and provided 5 star customer service. I will definitely be returning for auto parts in the future. Thanks for a great experience!

Staff was friendly, helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. I needed to return/warranty an item and had lost my receipt. They were able to find it in the system and get me taken care of. They are also the only store I know of in town that carries winter time hot shots secret diesel additive and all of the other hot shots secrets products they have.

One of the best parts stores I've ever been to . First & foremost everyone was super polite as well as informative. Not to mention the ever growing rarer of casual conversation as they research or you shop. Really easy going while laid back place.

Never had the parts I needed and when they did they were so expensive. Last thing I bought was a battery and it was $219.00 I think, which is ridiculous considering how the cold kills batteries often.

Friendly staff. But not once have they ever had what I was looking for. And they were very common items. Have any of the three times that I went in there to get something. It was a good thing there was in Napa two blocks away

The lady behind the counter was rude and incompetent had to repeat myself over and over to her as she tried to make make it look like my falt never will I go back there again . Sorry

Always has what I need to fix my Cadillac if they don't have it they order it and it gets here really fast friendly staff not too expensive

I bought a windshield wiper the the other day, it wss the wrong size. I returned the item and the sales rep even put the new one on for me ! kudos.

Tried to make me wear a mask, wont be back inside the store till I can shop without a mask, NAPA is only 2 blocks away. Maybe they want my money

Double check with an outside source all part numbers. They do not care if they sell you the wrong part
