My salesman was Jessie. I was beyond pleased with his service from start to finish. It was seamless. He was not pushy at all and did his best to provide me with the best service possible. Not to mention, he took time outside of his hours to get me all squared away because it s what worked with my schedule. I am so glad I went with Vision Ford!

We just purchased a used vehicle from here, and had an overall great experience! We live in Fargo and were not able to make it to the dealership to look at the car so Jesse made sure to get the vehicle to us at our home to test drive. He communicated quickly and honestly to all questions and aspects of the sale. We would definitely recommend this team and will look to purchase from them again in the future!

Alot of Dealerships could learn a thing or two from Vision Ford. I'd like to start with the excellent service we got from the salesman Jesse C. who went above and beyond with service in buying our vehicle. We purchased a used 2017 volkswagen toureg and live up in Fargo 40 minutes away. Having a new born I wasn't sure how to find time for a test drive almost an hour from their dealership. They were more than happy to bring it straight to the house to have us test drive for 24 hours to truly get a feel of the vehicle. Also no haggling need as they priced the vehicle more then fair compared to the same vehicles in the area with higher miles at a higher price. When all the paperwork was finished they delivered it right back to the house. Overall excellent experience with this dealership wouldn't hesitate buying another vehicle in the future from them.

The service manager, Brock, tried his best to make my experience better, but he was no match for the incompetence in the back. After many problems, including me bringing the truck back, 5 tires and 3 tpms sensors were too much for Vision's mechanics to handle. Putting the tires on without sensors replaced, multiple leaks, etc. And then I get home after being there from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and they threw my spare in the back, left my spare retaining cable down and the safety cable dragging on the ground. If this would have caught on my drive back they would have some major problems with me. Oh, and one of my sensors still isnt working. Do not go here, and Brock, find better mechanics. What a circus. Downgraded to 1 star, as my tpms is still not working and the balancing weights have already fallen off the rims after 1 week. I asked them to take care of it and they didn't get back to me.

I was trying very hard to give them a chance, as i've heard nothing but bad and am in a bind. Called yesterday my vehicle had a flashing service engine light knew I needed to get it in asap. They said they had an 8:30am appt for today available and would be able to get it in right away. So I thought that is great, well here we are it is now 2:15pm and it still has not even been pulled into the shop and all I get told is i will go talk to the tech and I'm sorry.

Vision was great to work with. Jesse and Dalton were able to answer all questions and really took the time communicate with me throughout the process. I do a lot of traveling for work and they were able to deliver the truck to my house and allow me to E-sign most of the paperwork. For the paperwork that needed to be signed in person they brought it to me with the truck for a signature. Highly recommend working with those two, had the vehicle I wanted and had a great deal on it. Very pleased.

Dalton and Jesse made the process very smooth! I had my eye on a specific vehicle and they had it ready when I got there. Jesse offered to get it cleaned better and bring it to Fargo a couple days later but I wanted to take it home that day! Even after the purchase when I discovered a small issue, Jess was quick to assure me that their service team would get it taken care of and he would take care of getting the vehicle to Wahpeton and back. I will definitely do business with Vision again, they will go above and beyond.

Vision was great to work with. Our salesman, Jesse Chavez, went above and beyond. He drove the vehicle up to Fargo to let us see it more than once and made sure our convenience was always top of mind. On top of that, when our vehicle was dropped off to us. Jesse even made sure we had some gas to start and although we made it difficult with a last minute location and time change for our official purchase, Jesse made sure it worked for us. He only gets 5 stars because I m not allowed to give more.

Jesse is amazing to work with on finding the right truck for our family. Very knowledgeable and straight forward. The service and attention was impeccable! I definitely will be a return customer for many more trucks. I did what everyone does though and shopped around Fargo where I live first. However the dealerships other than vision in this area like to squeeze you with tricky number work and switching things around. SHOP VISION MAKE THE DRIVE IT'S WORTH THE SHORT TRIP.

Vision Ford was a wonderful experience for my husband and I. I reached out to Jesse Christensen about a Dodge 1500 that I say online. When we got there for our test drive, Jesse had the truck ready to go (gas and washed) by the building waiting for us. Everyone on site was very welcoming and friendly to us. Within 3 hours we were driving off with our new Dodge. Give Jesse a call if you want a friendly salesman. I know we will be back!

Alex was super cool. Test drive went great. He didn't try to up sale me on anything. Michele was awesome. She worked hard to get me the best rate and the best deal. It was my first time buying a car from a dealership so i was pretty nervous to take on a big loan. But they all made me feel welcome and at home. The vibe and experience of this establishment made me feel at home and comfortable. I definitely recommend coming to this business for your vehicle purchase.

I was called foolish and silly by the "service" manager for wanting to take my vehicle somewhere else after they had it for a week and were looking for a check engine light that was not there.... I dropped it off to have a door latch fixed.... 155 bucks I had to pay but life lesson was leaned. Never going back!

Would get my oil changed and tires rotated regularly. Would get paperwork after each apt telling me all is good and all the things that were checked green. Recent oil change I am told I need new tire rods, new tires, and I have a transfer case leak. I m concerned at this point because I bought new tires from them a year ago. I take it for a second opinion. I do in fact need new tire rods to the point were they told me it was so loose and dangerous to drive and because of this the inside of my tires are shredding and need to be replaced. I was then informed whoever has been rotating my tires should have seen this because this is not something that happens quickly. I called ford vision to speak with the service manager who talked in circles and proceeded to tell me I don t need tire rods that it was fine and my tires are good until spring. But was told differently after my oil change was done. Then when I explained I went for a second opinion and told him what was said, he then started to say well we don t check everything after oil changes and tire rotations because it takes to much time. I received paper work with check marks stating all was good after each apt and I got a tire rotation not more than two months ago. The issue with the tire rods should have been noted during that visit and if they aren t actually doing this I m concerned for whoever takes their vehicles here. I normally had good experiences here but this time was terrible and I feel like nobody knows what they are doing or what is going on. The service manager completely changed his narrative after I stated I went for a second opinion.

We had a great experience purchasing a used vehicle. I had called to confirm inventory and Jesse told me about a vehicle that had just been traded in that sounded like a great match. We drove the 80 miles to see and test drive and made a deal. They replaced the tires, serviced it and detailed it before Maddy delivered it to us. Maddy took plenty of time to go over everything in the vehicle, get me set up with the app and answered all the questions I had when she delivered the car. We received top notch customer service from all of the Vision Ford Lincoln employees and would definitely buy a vehicle from them again!
