Very respectful. Haven't gotten any work done lately but anytime me or my mom or my old roommate have gotten stuff done here it's always been reasonable prices and great work.

We just purchased a vehicle from Smith Motors yesterday. Brandon and Jesse were AMAZING! Very friendly, thorough, and fun to work with. Will definitely be buying from them again when the time comes!! Highly recommend!!

Great service. I moved here from 45 miles away 2 months ago. Have smelled gas upon start for 2 years. Took my vehicle in to Smith Motors for regular service. (Smell started after a normal 6 month checkup at a different place) Smell is gone! Plus, my vehicle runs like a new vehicle again. This is where I will go for anything. Pleasant, efficient and professional employees. I will and have already told my friends, that still live 45 miles away, to drive to Smith Motors. Well worth the drive for peace of mind.

Amazing pre-owned vehicle experience! Would highly recommend.I'm from out of state and Brandon was super helpful throughout the buying process, providing me updates along the way and quickly answering any questions I had.After a few failed buying experiences from other dealerships, where a salesperson would just leave you hanging, Brandon and Smith Motors far exceeded my expectations.

I needed some service done on my 2016 Silverado. I mentioned that they had just worked on it and when I wanted to use the cruise control it didn't work. I didn't even need an appointment. They got it in as soon as I got there. The service man was very nice when he showed me the problem. The system worked fine. I was pushing the off button instead of the on. Boy did I feel stupid. Anyway they treated me with respect and did a great job. Take your vehicle there, you will be happy you did.

We recently purchased a vehicle here. We had a mechanical issue shortly after. They didn't hesitate to take care of us! Their customer service from the sales team to the service team is top notch! Thank you for everything!

I bought a car here today. It hadn't been detailed yet (it was still pretty clean for a used car) but other than that everything was perfect! They make sure the cars leave with 3/4 tank of gas. Signing for it was quick, easy, and painless. They also gave me a brief overview of each thing I signed off on. What a wonderful place to get a vehicle!

Just had service work done on my 2018 Malibu! I greatly appreciate the quick turn around and excellent service I received at Smith Motors today. Their staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with! I would recommend them to anyone!! Thanks guys, I will be back again!

Mechanic really knows his stuff, think his name was Kevin. Usually very particular about who works on my vehicles but due to the scope of work the only business that would touch it was the dealership. Jamie also was able to get the vehicle in earlier than expected, thanks fellas.

I used to love this dealership/shop. My mom even worked for General motors with these guys for 16 years. They are forgetting to tighten and torque lug nuts. Was going down the highway, car shakes so bad. I checked and lug nuts werent even tight. Said I had a bad tie rod( said tires wobbles freely), it isn't, just forgot to tighten lug nuts. They aren't checking my air filters, because I don't even have my cabin air filter in my Buick, I took it out, yet suggest a regular air filter. Which I changed a month ago. Makes me wonder what else they havent been checking. Point is, the quality of work has gone down the tubes, especially for the rising costs. Hope they get their quality back up, so I can continue to give them business.

While traveling my rear tail light/blinker went out. I called them and they got me in immediately and got it fixed. The whole process was quick, simple and didn't cost an arm and a leg.

Great experience w/Roger in Sales - great deal on my trade & happy w/my vehicle I had bought. (This was a few yrs ago).However my personal cell phone # was given out in regards to the vehicle I had traded so I could be asked questions about that car. I didn't recall giving permission for that. After multiple phone calls I had enough & I'd emailed the man on their web pg who looked to be in charge & complained. I received a vague apology.Found out a week later his daughter informed her teacher of a conversation her family had 1 night at supper & asked this teacher if it was his wife who'd complained. (She knew the details of my email) I understand people need to vent, but I won't repeat what this daughter reiterated for my husband of the conversation this guy had w/his family about us. Complete lack of business ethical & moral behavior.Sad to see the hard work the sales & service teams puts into a good reputation when the egotistical big dogs in charge can tear it down in a flash. Never had an experience like this before or since.5 stars for Roger, the rest of the Sales team & the service department. 0 for "management".

The communication could have been much better. Was told vehicle should ould be done 2 hours before I called to see if it was ready to pick-up. Received a call 2 hours after that it was ready.

Smith motors is awesome! Very friendly and knowledge and helpful! They will not overcharge. They don't tell you something is wrong when it's not. Very decent price on oil changes and tire rotations.

I have purchased a number of used cars and vans over the years from them for personal use and business. They have always treated me right and taken care of any issues that came up. My salesman Tim Morris is always pleasant and easy to deal with, not at all high pressure. I would recommend them to anybody.

Feel bad for their actual customer, because they won't stop dialing the wrong number.Over the last several months I have been receiving wrong number calls and voicemails regarding a car repair for someone else's car.Now they are asking me for a review!Hopefully they read this, figure it out, and let poor Steve know his cars been done for months.

I brought my car in for an oil change and an hour later my car broke down. My car is a 2017 and has not had any issues prior to this. So while they didn't determine the issue to be related, it is way too suspicious for my car to be working perfectly then an hour after I get an oil change it breaks down.

Convenient to drop off before work. Once done they delivered it to me. They even had time for the oil change I requested as I dropped it off. Will continue to use their services.

Excellent communication and that's important to me, friendly staff, truck was priced very well. Only thing is that I didn't get a hat. Black chevy hat would have been the icing in the cake.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I live 30 miles away and thought I was going to have to find someone to. One and get me but they worked hard to get my car fixed the same day.

Servicing your vehicle here takes forever. Long wait times. They could use more mechanics for sure! Dealership is great for calling you with new inventory of vehicles and they seem to know the histories of them.

Over the past couple years my husband and I have traded a used vehicle, bought a new one, traded that one, and bought another one from Smith Motors. Each experience we had was great. Each time was with a different salesman. Discussing prices was easy and we didn't have any problems.

Top notch sales and service. I had a car that I wanted to trade and at the last minute decided to trade another vehicle also. They were very helpful and made sure to get me into the payment plan that worked for me. After this experience, I will not buy from another dealership.Thank you Smith Motors for being great.

Worst experience I have ever had trying to trade a vehicle. Salesman calls while I am traveling to the dealership to conveniently let me know that there is someone else coming to look at the vehicle I am interested in. No pressure though! He also states they just want to be fair and I have first choice. I arrive and start the process to buy the vehicle and they take a look at my trade 2012 Ram Power Wagon with 48,000 original miles. The offer on my trade was an insult at $19,300. No negotiation on numbers it was just this is our offer take it or leave it. I have been on several sites looking for a diesel pickup and their vehicle was a fair price so I will give you one star for that. I pretty much sum this up by saying in my mind you did not want the trade and you had someone else inline to buy your truck so no big deal. Just say it next time and not waste a half a day of my time. What a JOKE!!!!!!!!
