They need glasses, a few days ago, had oil change, claimed I had major oil, valve covers, rear seal, brake reservoir leaking. Ask them to grease the front end. Well I got home, cause I knew I didn't have a oil leak, they never greased my truck, and two quarts low on oil, second time they did this. I will NEVER GO BACK, I will change my oil myself or go somewhere else.

Got an oil change and about two weeks later I noticed there was oil leaking under my truck and come to find out they striped the drain plug and tried to cover it up using this paste, I m gonna take it to my mechanic and have him look at it. I m No longer doing business with jiffy lube, especially if they try and cover up their mistakes without telling me.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I went to get an oil change today and after leaving I heard something dragging underneath my vehicle. I pull over to find my skid plate is not attached. I turned around to get it put on properly. I then made it twenty miles down the highway and start to hear a screeching sound. The skid plate was hanging and dragging again. I turned around once again and called the office. I was told that s impossible, I put the bolts in myself . I took my vehicle in to the first dealership on my way back into town and had them look at it since I was not going back to Jiffy Lube. In place of the 10 bolts that were supposed to be intact were two different bolts and two zip ties. I asked jiffy lube for a refund and did not get one. I asked for the name and card of the manager and did not get one. Very disappointing and dangerous to be putting zip ties on people s vehicles to keep things in tact . I am not confident in the oil change I had or services (if any) that were provided. Not impressed at all.

Meh. Not enough staff, closes early on Saturdays, and those that are there seem irritated all the time. I d rather drive farther, pay a little more, and have a nicer experience.

They change the oil,of course. But they always push changing filters,wipers ect even if you just replaced them. It's like they go out of their way to disassemble things (potentially breaking,tearing ect) in the process. When all you ask is for an oil change. Then after the sheet will say they vacuum,wash windows ect. However they never do. So with their signature oil change they only push for things that raise their avg. ticket while abandoning the services included that they should just do. If your local take your business to OKtire.

Went in for an oil change, which I usually go here and it s been good, however this was the last straw. Oil kept spilling out of my car too fast. Eventually, it blew up my engine and I needed to replace the entire engine. And yes, I ve tried putting oil in when I needed to. I took it in to the mechanic and they said the oil cap was only a turn and a half away from being open. This jiffy lube used to run good but lately it s been not good at all. Especially since I had to replace my entire engine. I didn t have a car for weeks.Service: Oil change

These guys are awesome. Get stuff done quick and the manager is very professional.Quick update, just had my vehicle serviced by Eddie and the crew. Fixed a difficult headlight for me and we're happy to do it.

I have generally been happy with them in the past. This last time though was bad. Oil was spilled all over the oil filter pedestal. I mopped that up immediately. I drove 25 miles and pulled over for a stretch break, smoke was coming out of engine bottom. Best guess is they spilled oil filling and it got all over the catalytic converter. Eventually that burned off. Today I decided to do it myself. Oil drain plug was really torqued on, had to take a breaker to loosen it, I'm not exaggerating. Same with the oil filter, on so tight that it distorted the filter getting it off. FYI guys torque on my drain plug is 29 lb-ft and filter is 3/4 turn from contact. When I had my tires rotated there 6 months ago they put the lug nuts back on with an impact gun with no torque limiter on it. Then they torqued to 110 lb-ft according to their service summary. I am guessing the impact gun torqued much higher than 110 lb-ft. Actual spec is 89 lb-ft. Oh yeah, one other gripe. The last oil change, they drained the oil, came in to tell me they ran out of 0-20 full synthetic, then said they would lower the price and they would go with synthetic blend. I told them that would void the manufacturer's warranty. So they had some full synthetic delivered, oil change took 1.5 hours. Not thrilled at all. Unfortunately this is the only non-appointment oil change in town, otherwise I would not go back.Service: Oil change

Everyone here is top of their game!! Affordable, friendly and the absolute best. If you aren't using them for at least your oil changes you are missing out!

Went there and asked for an oil change on my car, left with an $89 bill. For 4 quarts of oil. Claimed they topped off antifreeze & washer fluid, claimed they vacuumed my floors when they didn t do anything. If I could leave less then 1 Star I would. Will never go here again.

My first time I took my car in for a oil change , no oil leak or anything when I went in came out with a major oil leak and broken valves, had to get them All replaced, my second time I came to Jeffy lube to get my oil changed , they said there open on website and on the door hours bet yet are closed 2.5 hours early , this place is a jokeService: Oil change

Their service is wonderful and they are amazing at their timing without making appointments. I wish a lot of businesses didn't need scheduling for making appointments like them. I love to just come in and get what needs to be done! : )

They overfilled our 2012 Chrysler 200 3.6. When it was brought to their attention that it was at least half quart overfull, my husband was given a lot of attitude. These employees are not true technicians, they are lube techs. They change oil-they do not diagnose. The oil change in question also was completed WITHOUT any courtesies done, as "cold weather" being cited for the reason. The car is stored in a heated garage. There's no reason to at least vacuum it.Very displeased, also my husband and I are ex-employees of the company. That is not correct customer service, nor is it the appropriate way to run the business.

I came in for an oil and filter change. I arrived before another vehicle. Was told to move to the other bay, as they will be ready shortly.Another vehicle pulled up, then that bay opened up, and that vehicle was taken in before my vehicle!Needless to say, won't be returning to this Jiffy Lube!

They always push the upsell on things you didn't ask for I've heard they have gotten better but When they literally replace things and charge you for it when they never asked them to do it you never really want to go back.
