I took my Van in for an oil change, during that oil change they found a few issues with my van that were safety related. They were able to fix everything that same day. I m so thankful for the staff at Dakota Chrysler, specifically their Service Manager Nick! He called and updated me on everything, letting me know of any price changes prior to doing the work, and I m forever grateful that I took my van in that day.A few weeks later I decided to take my prize possession of a car in, I was having some steering issues and she was due for an oil change. Apparently I had loose tie rods (which makes sense now), I dropped my car off with Nick, and Nicole in the shop was able to fix them. Nick called me the next day to make sure everything felt right and if it didn t he would happily have my car recheck for me. That is service!I drive back and forth from Wahp to Fargo M-F so it s important I have my vehicles in working order. 10/10 would recommend giving them a call for all your vehicle needs!

Got a set of awesome tires with their buy 3 get the 4th for a dollar sale. Couldn't be happier with the price. And Nick was awesome to work with. I'll definitely be back.

We were coming home from a Minnesota trip, heading back to Nebraska and we had an issue with our truck. Stopped in there and they took care of us right away. Brad was awesome and they made sure we could get home safely. Not sure if it was Jayden or jasper who repaired our truck but he was great and speedy! Thank you so so much for helping us while we were in a pickle!

My grandson wanted a special color mustang called "Got-A-Have-It Green". I searched the entire USA for the best Mustang with this special color and low mileage. There was a budget and I insisted on certain features, condition and low miles. I found a true Cream Puff with every feature, the lowest miles and best price at Dakota Chrysler.Because we live in SW Florida and this would take some perfect timing to put a trip like this together (due to weather) we needed some cooperation from the dealer. Jeff at DCC worked with us to hold the car until we made the trip a month later. We flew in to St. Cloud, rented a car to get to DCC and pick up the car. The plan was do a quick money-paper transaction and head out for the 2,000 mile drive back to Florida. It only took about an hour and we were on our way! All I can say is EVERYTHING went perfect thanks to all the folks at Dakota Chrysler. The car was in absolutely "pristine" condition and my grandson and I couldn't be happier.I am retired and have purchased a few vehicles in my life and this transaction was by FAR the best, right from the first phone call to Dakota Chrysler. I really can't say enough about how great it was to deal with them and what a stress-less, no- hassle transaction this was. Great deal, great trip back to Florida and a great time to bond with my grandson. Thanks for everything Jeff!

They locked me out of my car when I asked them to set my keys in there for when I got back from a night out with my girls. I asked them to leave the keys in the car and for it to be left unlocked. They said it was okay to do and said eveything was set. I get there at 2 in the morning to find the keys gone and not in the car, it was also locked. I am not going to have to wait untill 9 when they open, I m going to be super late to work because of it. 0/10 worst experience ever.

We blew a coolant line on our way to We Fest this year. Tried multiple dealerships and couldn't even get them to look at our truck. Brad was able to get us in on short notice and got us worked in earlier than expected. They were unable to get a replacement part but were able to repair my '21 Ram so that we could drive it home towing our 32ft camper on Sunday without issue. Being 400+ miles from home is stressful enough but getting no help from local dealers in Detroit Lakes was worse. Luckily these guys saved our trip and we were able to make it home without issue on Sunday. Thanks for the help and the hospitality to the whole team at Dakota Chrysler! - John & Mel (Iowa We Festers)

This is a little late but I need to Rave about Dakota Chrysler Center! I was in desperate need of a vehicle after purchasing a very unreliable one from another dealer. Dakota Chrysler had exactly what I was looking for at a great price. They worked with me to get the deal taken care of over phone and email since I am over 300 miles away in Minot! They were very friendly and accommodating; even driving 2 hours to meet me half way to deliver it to me. It's been 2 months now and I haven't had a single issue with my new ride. Thank you for making this such a painless process and providing my son and I with a safe, reliable vehicle!

Went searching for a good deal online after turning up empty around home. After finding Dakota Chrysler my first out of state car buying experience ended up being my best. Got a great car at a great price, and felt comfortable and relaxed during the whole process. I drove a 1,000 miles round trip to do business with these folks and couldn't be happier.

I have a 2003 Dodge 2500 that I had a problem with Another shop have tried ,4times to get the alinememt an it took less than a year am front tires were worn really bad on the outside edge of tires am they said it was my truck needed. more work, well I ended up going to Dakota Chrysler and talk y Brad an long story short they checked my truck and everything was ok to align well they did an outstanding job an did it right

Traveling from Wichita and stopped by to get a clip for my mudflap on my new jeep. The service manager was quick to help out and fix the issue so I could get back on the road!!!

I ordered a 2016 dodge challenger scat pack 9 months ago and the experience was great. Had the car factory built for my needs and the price was exactly where I wanted it to be. Couldn't be happier with the experience that Brett Graves gave me. I recently purchased a new vehicle else where and he contacted me and told me he liked my new vehicle. Couldn't have asked for more with the entire transaction. They were thorough, helpful, knowledgeable and extremely honest- refreshing feeling buying a vehicle and not having somebody try to upsell you! Extremely happy with my truck and will be sending everyone that I know there!Side note- The newly remodeled inside of the dealership looks great- nice move (and a big help for me) to put the 'waiting' area with a TV, Couches, a Child Play area, etc! Kudos!

Great place to buy a vehicle. Salesmen are extremely friendly and low pressure. Bought a van from them a year ago and returned to buy a truck last week. Extremely happy with both vehicles.I shopped around at a lot of bigger dealerships and felt like I was just a commission. At Dakota Chrysler I felt like they were helping me buy the right vehicle.

Went there yesterday to pick up a car to test drive over the weekend then was told I couldn t, because of insurance reasons . wanted it over night to get it checked out by a mechanic . Test drive it and the low tire light was on, told the sales guy and he said well that happens we will just put more air in it, and I said or figure out why it is leaking... then asked what was his best price for the car he didn t drop a dollar off the sticker price.. asked if there was A warranty or a couple days grace period In case I find out that there was something wrong with the vehicle, he said no if it s something really bad will work it out ..I bought my last car from them, never will go back there again..

Great customer service. The service department is also great. Brad does a great job running the service department. I love that they always have a vehicle for me to use while mine is getting worked on. I purchased my vehicle here and have had all my services done here.

I didn't buy a car from them because I was from out of town and already had a car but if I even need a new car in this part of the country I will buy it from at whatever price they wanna sell it for. We ran out of gas, 2 miles short of the gas station off the freeway (hauling a camper and the reserves exhausted way faster than we anticipated). The staff helped us out right away and I cannot comment what a God sent this dealership was for me.

I paid over 1,000$ For them to tell me it was my timing an it was never my timing, got my car back found out 2 loose bolts egv valve, numerous bolts loose on the valve covers, missing bolt on electric fan, chip on my driver door. If you are going to take a car apart put it back together.

absolutely horrible. sales person seamed ok at first. my wife went in before me. on my way in a different sales guy belched in my face (garlic, nice touch) and he was selling off the 2nd nicest car in the lot. a late 99 - early 2000 jetta, but with ground effects and stuff. good car for the south. and a nice vW. cladding is easily removed. but be got this other person. we told him we were look at a newer used (potentially new) vehicle for the lady but that we were also looking for an older (5-8y) truck as we already have a good family car. they refused to show me anything because I was paying cash. STAY AWAY. unless you have good credit and like being belittled.

General staff was friendly for the most part, but if they happen to break something don't expect them to own up to it.Will take my business elsewhere after the disgruntled service I received after confronting them for damages to my vehicle.

had a transmission issue they could have said anything and charged me but i was grateful for there honesty and said they had solved the problem with a inexpensive software update and did a airbag recall that i had been on a waiting list for a year at another place all in a couple hours thank you i am now there loyal customer todd rachels
