I hit a deer on my trip from Minnesota to Montana on a late Wednesday night and Kevin and Dan at Berger's had the truck fixed and ready to go by the following Monday, getting me back on the road as soon as possible. The truck looks great and they were so helpful throughout the entire process that could have taken a couple weeks without their persistence with insurance company. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would absolutely refer them to anyone in the Wahpeton area for any auto body needs.

What a great business. Top to bottom. Everyone was polite, kind and helpful. I was stuck about 40 miles out of town they got right out towed me and repaired my tire in no time at all. The went over and beyond to make sure I could be back on the road that day! I would recommend making them your first and only call when in need.Thank you,

Smoked a deer early on a Saturday morning a few weeks back and Austin came and got our Jeep to their shop. Excellent towing service to start.Kevin and Dan took great care of us during the repair process with great communication and exceptional craftsmanship in the repairs that were made.I will definitely be using Bergers again when the need comes.Thank you Kevin and crew.Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

I hit a deer hard, messed up the entire front end. I thought my van was totaled. My insurance company suggested Berger s because they were in their network and it was the closest auto body shop to me. The day I dropped off the van for the estimate and after meeting Kevin and his staff I knew I was gonna have the work done there. They were very professional yet laid back and very friendly. They also got me squared away in a very nice rental, which really helped because finding a place that has rentals somewhat close to where I live was proving to be close to impossible. One stop shop so far so good.By the next day they already had the estimate sent to my insurance Co and my van wasn t totaled I still couldn t imagine it looking half way decent again. Within 10 days they had my van completely finished, washed up and also did an oil change! They went way over and above what they had to to make me a satisfied customer. I was ecstatic and definitely recommend this business to anybody and everybody. Here are two pictures of before the autobody shop and the third picture is my brand new van after, they did an amazing job!!

Bergers is a small business that does some HUGE work. I've gotten repairs with them a couple times, this last one was for a nasty deer strike. They did fast work and went above any beyond, even detailing the interior, exterior, and engine bay despite the body panels and headlight being the only damage on the vehicle.Here are a couple of Before and After photos to show that they were working withWould highly recommend them for quality, and a seamless experience on repairs, Towing, or body work.

We are from out of town. We had a tire fall off of our vehicle on Sunday, New Year s Eve at about 1:00 in the afternoon. Bergers came and towed our vehicle to their shop, looked at it, got parts the same day and had us back on the road at 1:00 on New Year s Day. We were expecting to be stuck in town for a few days and they came through in 1 day. Absolutely would be my first call if something happened again. Thank you!

I was VERY pleased with the work that was done, my car feels, looks, and drives like brand new. They kept me informed on the work and provided me with a rental truck until my vehicle was ready. They got a lot of work done in a timely manner. I highly recommend and I will definitely be turning to them for any future work.

My wife had hit deer north of wahpeton. They came out and towed the vehicle back for us and got fixed much quicker than quoted and did amazing it looks better than when we bought it.

I experienced car trouble while visiting Wahpeton and needed to be towed. I contacted my roadside assistance through my insurance and was told the Bergers would be coming to tow me. After an extremely long wait, and several phone calls, both to my insurance company and Bergers, it appears my insurance company was calling the wrong company and had never called Bergers. When they finally got things straightened out, the truck was there right away, had my vehicle loaded and on the way. It was a brutally cold day and Dylan was very quick, professional, and got the job done.

I recently took my truck to Bergers and they installed running boards and fixed some dings and did some painting. The work was impeccable and with so much attention to detail. Kevin and his workers were so pleasant to work with and did such a remarkably good job I left with such a good feeling knowing that I had trusted the right people with my vehicle. They come highly recommended !!

Very helpful, straight forward & friendly. My vehicle had broken down I called my AAA an chose to have it towed to Bergers I delt with Kevin -- he was able to meet my accomodations for a rental vehicle and within a hour I had one from Bergers! My insurance company told me the opposite and that I would have to drive over a hour away to get rental (with what vehicle?).. Bergers is very timely and efficient especially with me working late hours, he personally always got back to me right away with any information had found out with my vehicle, billing, etc. A lot of body shops now days give you a run-a-round & keep you waiting but not them! No matter how busy they were they still made sure I was treated with great customer service. Best part about my experience with them is after fixing my vehicle they went above and beyond to not only wash, but deatail the inside of my vehicle! Very appreciated!

My daughter, who's in a wheelchair, and I were stuck on the highway as our Mazda wouldn't start. It was very hot out and AAA contacted them for a tow. The guy came to help us within 20 minutes or so. He loaded up our vehicle and gave my daughter and I a ride to motel. Then he took our vehicle to the shop to be looked at the next morning. I was contacted about our vehicle and that the engine was toast. We live 2 1/2 hours away. We were stuck with no one to pick us up and give us a ride home. The bosses son, gave us a ride all the way home and it was definitely cheaper than a taxi. He was VERY NICE!! Everyone that I dealt with were EXTREMELY HELPFUL and very nice to my daughter and I. He was a LIFESAVER in our time of need. I don't know what we would have done without his help. THANKS VERY MUCH TO ALL at Bergers Body Shop. I would Definitely recommend this place to all who want GREAT SERVICE, FAST SOLUTIONS and EXTREMELY HELPFUL, and kind PEOPLE to help you in any situation. Berger B&G restored our faith in humanity. After an accident disabled our car, they efficiently towed us in, helped us find a hotel, dropped us off, and worked double-time to get parts and make repairs to get us back on the road as quickly as possible. The repairs they made with new parts were impeccable, and the creative solutions to unavailable parts were implemented with consummate skill. As if that weren't enough, the cost was reasonable and everyone in their outfit was amiable, reliable, and delightfully competent. We are forever beholden!Services: Car towing, Air conditioning

I called a tow truck to get my car out of the snow and the lady from the phone laughed at me. Then I talked to a guy who said he can move my car for 400 dollars. I m about 18 min away from Wahpeton pretty insane price. I was waiting and I called to get an update and the lady I talked to was very rude and hanged up the phone on me after I told her thank you for updating me. Will not recommend.Service: Car towing

I've read all the other reviews and felt I needed to share my experience.It was a recent Sunday evening. -7 outside and the wind was blowing making it -20 below. Had a flat tire. Unfortunately, discovered that my spare tire was located under my van. Could not get the tire to drop, no matter what I did. Enter Kevin and his son.Shop was closed but I took a chance and called anyway. Figured I could at least get a tow truck to help change the tire. All their trucks were already out on runs. He suggested if I could limp into the shop his son would see what he could do. Once I got there, even though they were closed for the weekend, they tried and helped. Of course, I needed a new tire.They offered me a loaner car to get me back on my way. No deposit, no questions asked. Just old fashion trust. THAT doesn't happen these days.Fast forward a couple days. They ended up replacing two tires (of course after talking to me) and I come to pick up the van. I show up not knowing that they prefer cash or check. They gave me the bill AND my keys and said, "oh just send us a check". I have never met Kevin or his staff before this. They had NO CLUE who I was. Total mutual trust and respect.So, like I said, I have read the other reviews. I respect their opinions of what might have happened to them. I wanted to share my totally positive experience. Kevin has gained a customer for life for me!

15 plus years of having Berger's do body work for us. Kevin and his crew go above and beyond to make your vehicle right. In our most recent experience, our car was back sooner than expected. The replaced parts were painted flawlessly, you cannot even tell the car was ever damaged. Bonus, they cleaned the inside of the car so well you'd never know children ride in the car. Thanks for another terrific experience.

I'd give 10 stars if I could, these guys were such a massive help. Called to have a new radiator installed, they immediately sent a tow truck and had my car ready within hours. They even let me pick up my car after hours. Now I'll be able to make it to work tomorrow.Another shop I called quoted me $100 more than Berger charged me and couldn't get my car in for another couple weeks.

My vehicle was stalled off the side of the road right outside of Wahpeton and Bergers came to my rescue (with the help of AAA) and towed my vehicle back to Fargo! The mechanics they have dont know about anything underneath that hood. Give them a perfectly good vehicle that just needs a bit of tweaking, and they decided to do whatever they wanted to the vehicle. On top of that, once we got it back, there were bolts missing off the alternator! And hoses loose! Completely unsafe to drive home. Many people could have died had we not had a second party look at the engine.I wish I could give zero stars for these people. They have the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. Made multiple people cry walking out and getting done on the phone with because the cruel and heartless way that they approach you.I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!

Bergers helped us out with a tow and got my truck back on the road when the rear drive shaft u-joint failed as we were passing through Fergus Falls.Their price was very reasonable as well and they got us back on the road as soon as the parts came in. Fantastic service!
