After my USAA roadside assistance basically left me stranded on the side of the road in a snowstorm. I called and Travis got to me very promptly. I really appreciate yall coming to my rescue in those scary conditions. Thank you so much.

They went above in beyond, picked me and my buddies up on the side of the road at 4:30 in the morning. Took me to the Dodge dealership in town and was able to get me into get my truck fixed right away. Cannot Thank this company enough for getting me out of a real big pinch on my vacation! Highly recommended

I would leave no stars if that were possible. The man said he'd be there in a half hour to 45 minutes. Now, the company isonly about 10 minutes away from where I was broke down, but Isaid that was fine.. They NEVER showed up after an hour and a half. I fixed the problem myself.

Garrett was extremely helpful. I am used to tow companies extorting me and this business was a culture shock. We didn t end up needing services but he went above and beyond to help us out in a pinch after we had car troubles. He made sure we had somewhere nice to stay and tried to help us with the car during the weekend when everything was closed and they were extremely busy with subzero temps. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in a pinch as they are helping you without trying to take advantage of you as most places would.

They were amazing! The Main Street team went above and beyond to help us. Our car broke down in subzero temps outside of Valley City and they were fast, professional and even made accommodations for our dog who was traveling with us. I would use them again in a heartbeat!! Thank you Main Street Towing for making sure we were safe!!

Horrible place for detailing. They left my vehicle dirtier. Mud water everywhere and hair everywhere. All they did is leave an oily film on everything with the cleaning product they use. I even called them back to at least look at the mess they made as a professional business, they didn't want to redo their mess. I paid them full amount for services and Eric UNDETAILED my car. The least you could do is send a refund or just reclean my vehicle. Seems to be a one of a kind....

My son was driving from Seattle to the twin cities (2 day trip) when halfway through the 2nd day his car wouldn't start after getting gas in Valley City. He has had this issue before in hot weather and the car usually starts again after a half hour or so but this time it didn't so he called me to see if I could find a towing company online. I called Main Street Detailing & Towing after finding it on Google. I was very upset that I was so far away and couldn't do anything but the woman I talked to was so nice and so reassuring. Not only did she recommend a local repair shop that she said was great but she told me the guy she was sending to do the tow was also a mechanic and maybe he could get my son back on the road instead of just towing him. I really believe that most towing companies would have just come and done the tow and would not have considered the bigger picture. My son would have had to stay in a motel a 2nd night when all he wanted to do was get home. Before they could get to my son he tried the car again and low and behold it started. I quick called the woman back to cancel and I was feeling bad in case they were already on their way and she was so gracious about it that I knew I didn't need to feel bad about it which is great because of course I can't wait for my son to get home! (He was in Seattle for 15 months) I figured the least I could do is share my story of the great experience I had with Main Street Detailing & Towing. Thank you so much!Update 07-28-20 - It turns out the car wasn't starting because there was a bad chip inside the key so the car randomly thought someone was trying to steal it with a "fake" key. I just wanted to add this update in case anyone else has this problem. Maybe knowing this will help someone else diagnose their problem.

They do a fantastic job with detailing, always accommodating & my vehicle always looks great when they are finished with it! I ve also used them for their towing service, absolutely great people! Wonderful service! I highly recommend them!

I called this place when my car had skidded out into a ditch in the snow and I was unable to get out. They were very efficient in getting my car out, and very nice and understanding the entire process. The gentleman I worked with was great and even let me follow him back to the shop to pay as I wasnt familiar with the area.

To management.I am a semi truck driver who was stuck into deep snow and you tried to pull me out two times but eventually failed.After that, the other towing company pulled me out very easily, rapidly, efficiently and professionally. It means that you do not have the ability to rescue heavy semi truck and trailer. Only time you were the professional was when taking money from me. You threatened me to impound my truck to prevent the other towing company from helping me until I pay the money.I am curious you think it is fair business. I paid $3,320 to you but I got nothing. You received $3,320 from me but you gave me actually nothing. You tried something but achieved nothing and earned $3,320. I was threatened and had to pay the money for nothing. You may happy but me, your customer, left miserable. Do you think it is fair business?I would like to hear from the owner.

MacKenzie was awesome. ..very skilled mechanic and friendly guy. He got us on our way on a Sunday afternoon. We would highly recommend his services.

Highly recommended! Two thumbs up! The attention to detail is second to none. It s like having a new vehicle when they re done with it. I feel guilty driving home because I have to drive on gravel and it gets dusty. Lucky for me I ve not had to use their towing side of the business!

Great and friendly staff. We lost our front driverside tire near Tower City and live in Jamestown. Not only did they tow vehicle to Jamestown, they gave us (my gf and her two kids and I) all a ride home in a different vichile, on Thanksgiving eve night. Thank you for all yall did.

I recently got in a minor accident but my car was no longer driveable. I didn t have to wait long for them to respond to my location and they were very kind and understanding of my situation. Best towing company in town!

Have used them more times then I can caught for business needs in both aspects of cleaning and towing will not go anywhere else that are the best and always friendly no matter the time of day

They towed my car for no reason and now want me to pay fees to get it back. There wasn t any reason for them to take my car. They have caused me so much unnecessary stress. Please bring my car back

They are amazing and can tow anything from light duty to medium duty or heavy semi tractor towing!!! They also rock at cleaning vehicles
