Price gouging!Get an estimate for all work beforehand.They're not even decent enough to give you a kiss before the dry hump.Shop rate is $205 an hour.

On Monday 4th of December I had broke down across the street from Wesley truck service and repair so I walked across the street and ask them if they could pull me across the street they absolutely refused I had to call a wrecker that cost me $400 to pull me across the street so I had them diagnosed it it was obviously the differential we had a disagreement on a new one versus a reman one so I called FleetPride in Fargo and ordered one and had it shiped to Wesley truck repair FleetPride told me it would be 2 to 3 days so I rented a car and drove back to Fargo hometown on the 6th of December FedEx had already delivered my differential to Wesley truck they signed for it so on the 8th day of December which would be a Friday I called them to see if my truck was ready the guy put me on hold for 3 min when he got back on the phone he said oh we didn't even know your parts werewhen he got back on the phone he said oh we didn't even know your parts were here not once did I get a courtesy call my truck sat for 2 days and they didn't even know the parts were there so he says we will get it in this afternoon so I called back on Monday and they still hadn't got it in the shop yet they would try to get it in by noon so I say to the guy would you please give me a call as soon as it's done because I am in Fargo and I have to drive up there to pick it up the guy says sure no problem I waited till 5:00 no call so I called Tuesday morning of December oh yeah your truck is done not once did I ever get a phone call from Wesley truck center and repair then when I finally got the price it was an outrageous they say it takes 10 hours to change a differential really you got to be joking me I know how long it takes to change a differential and it don't take 10 hours and then on top of it just because I got my own parts delivered there they charged me $600 handling fee of my own parts so if you really want to get screwed over and robbed take your truck to Wesley truck service on that day Monday the 4th I had filled out a credit app and never received a call from them letting me know that my credit app had gone through and then when I got there to pick up my truck they couldn't even tell me if I had got a credit limit so I ended up paying for it anyway and boy did I pay for it I will never go back to this place as long as I live if you want to get robbed this is the place to go...

Excellent service. one of our drivers had an incident with a deer. they were able to squeeze us in replace the bumper and head light in record time and get us back on the road. very knowledgeable staff, easy to deal with.Shane M.

Our truck has been in the shop 4 time since we had work done on it at this place. They left a pipe loose and said it came in that way. They did fix that. Our radiator reservoir mysteriously had a leak and our engine was a mess. It was not leaking when it went in. We also had an oil change and a pm service. The fuel filter was so tight we had to have a technician remove it with a tool at another shop.They did fix the one issue we came in for. We had the radiator reservoir changed else where because they did not want to admit that they had damaged it. We did not want to give them any more money and were worried that they would break something else.I'm giving 2 stars because the guys at the desk were nice. But I feel like we were ripped off.

Unfortunately I ve been here a lot to have my truck worked on, but every time I do everyone is friendly and helpful and nice to my dog as she roams around visiting to break up the boredom of the waiting.

If I could rate a zero i would but I'll give it a 1 because the service department was friendly and got me right in. However I got charged $168 to tell me the a/c wasn't working, which I already knew, hence the appointment. Then they quoted me $1400 to change the compressor that cost $200. So $1200 in labor. That's 8 hours to change a compressor!? Something doesn't quite add up here. Thanks for not helping a gal on the road trying to get home.

Went in for a a/c repair. they found a leaking hose, I told them to fix it, I was expecting a bill of not more than $500.00. a simple a/c hose, that took a hour to replace, These guys charged me 4.5 hours of labor, at $110.00 per hour.When I complained, they told me they are a flat rate shop. and that is what the book said to charge me. They conveniently for got to mention that, when I gave approval to do the work. I ended up with a $980. charge.if you are foolish enough to use these guys, make sure to get a estimate first.

We arrived first thing Thursday morning to hopefully get our truck in do to the mill light coming on our dash. No questions, information was taken and our truck was in very quickly. Within an hour we were told the inlet NOX sensor had to be replaced but they didn t have in stock. They were able to find one at another dealer and said it would be here first thing Friday morning. The employee who was supposed to bring it got tied up and they took it upon themselves to drive to Williston and get the part so we could be up and running before the weekend. The customer service we received from both the service and parts department was outstanding.

We were in Bismarck just passing through and the dash panel would not light up. The shops in Bismarck gave us the runaround. Contacted Westlie in Minot. Told us to be there at 7:30 next morning they would take a look. Turned out our Motorhome needed a module. The module was ordered and replaced the next day. Service adviser Devon Anderson is an asset to their company. Thank you Westlie for getting us back on the road.

DO NOT GO HERE!! They wasted our time and our money!!! We came in for a part we know we needed. Waited 7 hours in the waiting room for them to say they are waiting for a call from Peterbilt to see if they have the part. My boyfriend called Peterbilt and they stated they DONT have the part. So we waited 7 hours for my bf to do their job ? And then we had a $500 bill. FOR NOTHING !!!!

There's some serious price gouging at this location.I was over charged over charged for a new winshield and within 2 weeks the rubber seal along the top of the winshield dislodged and flew off my truck while I was I was driving. More money out of pocket for a new windshield seal and installation. This has never happened in the past with dozens of windows replaced over the years. I wouldn't go here to check my tire prrssure.

Run away fast!!!!!!!!!Patrick in the parts dept. will charge your credit card without permission for parts he incorrectly orders; then plays absolute retard when you call him on it. Absolute waste of time, effort and money.LOTS of respectable places to purchase Freightliner parts.

Charged $46 to change a wiper blade while doing multiple work. Craziness thing I ever heard of when we have over 60 Freightliner trucks. Won't go back

Let's start with I've only reall with the parts deal but it's been enough to sour me on Freightliner. From the woman eating chips and dips at the parts counter while working to the general attitude that I'm bothering them when trying to buy parts. I would rather drive the extra time to Williston

Good luck with their Parts and Service Depts so far, fingers crossed! Good location, close to a good diner (Kroll's) and a very reasonably priced motel (Sierra Inn).

Go somewhere else if possible.The service manager did not even know how the traction control on my freightliner cascadia worked.I was told to push the override button on the dash and hold it.I guess I am supposed to steer with one hand,shift with one hand and hold the dash button with my third hand!After two weeks they still don't have a clue what is wrong!!!

Great service, fast and prompt and also communicates with you about what's going on with the truck. Need a Freightliner repair shop, this is the place to go.

Well, the building was excellent the customer service was great, easy to get to location, problem was the prices were ludicrous, 750$ for a part that was 225 everywhere else, other part asked about, was double what I ended up paying.

Tech that worked on my motor home was top notch. $150 per hour for MH labor but can't complain on quality.

Super unhelpful and the slowest around here, go to wallworks. Way better service and they are very helpful.
