My corvett I bought from the state fair grounds had some problems with the gas gage. It only would read 1/ 2. I bought it as as is. They went out of their way to help me.you have to take hafe the car apart to change the part.they have it now and call me every day on the status.plus a military discount.

January of 2023 I brought in my car. Quotes me 1300$ for repairs. Im the one who they left my car running in their parking lot all day even after they closed and the cops called me to retrieve my key for me.It is now December less than a year later and I am getting the ball joints in my car fixed AGAIN, something they claimed to have done. Obviously didn t do a good job and they didn t even install my battery correctly as I had to do that myself less than a week after getting my vehicle back from them. If they can t even attach a battery properly I wouldn t trust them doing anything else quite frankly. They gave me a hefty discount because I attempted to refuse their service and go somewhere that quoted me $600 to do the same repairs, so they matched it. Still wasn t worth it.

Told them I had a red oil light that kept coming on and beeping and that there was something wrong with my car. They essentially charged me 200 dollars for an oil change and that nothing was wrong. Few months later my transmission went out. Scammed for my money, not thorough, bad communication, bad service.

Came in for an oil leak and a cable that needed splicing and connecting. They got it done in a timely manner and the quality of work was good. Price range was fair, and they have a shuttle that got me home till the car was done, so that was nice. Also had good customer service.

Great service and friendly staff. Manager worked me in on a Saturday morning and his staff had my tire repaired in less than an hour. Price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Westlie Tire and Service!

Sux they're a rip off ,i seen your reply and you didn't have to squeeze me in that's a lie i could have gone somewhere else, and i didn't noticed your parking lot wasn't exactly full when i got there now i see why ya'll are still a rip off $41 for a small patch really

Honest price? I have been going here for years for tires and it usually is an honest price. Was charged almost 60 dollars a tire over what tire rack charges for THE SAME TIRE. I haven't priced the other 4 out yet either. Had 8 tires put on the same day and the bill was over 400 dollars higher than it needed to be if I had just taken the time to price it out.

Despite the heavy labor charge, job well done. My power steering system gave up the ghost. I had the mechanic explain and show me what parts were replaced. Finally, that annoying high pitched whine is gone. Again great job.

So I took my 2007 ford crown victoria in to westile tire & service and they charged me a total of $1400.00 for a front right bottom wheel bearing and the bolt for it when that little part was worth $50 and I will never take my vehicles there ever again they are nothing but a rip off

Really great service provided to my partner! Dave and Mike are awesome. The got my late model Lexus up and running within 2 days and the price was great! One of the best auto services in Minot. Highly recommended! Will use them again for sure and recommend them to anyone looking for service.

Quality, professional service at an acceptable price.Very helpful staff: they made it easy to schedule an appointment, check-in, and check-out. My alignment/inner tie-rod end replacement took extra long due to a lack of mechanics.

Each & every time I ve had my vehicle in for one thing or the other, the folks at Westlie s are always so informative & hate to give bad news. For those of us on a tight budget, they always help point us in the direction of the most important work first, then everything that can wait a little bit. Definitely a good experience every time!

Great customer service!!! Bought 6 new tires elsewhere, and long story made short 4 of the 6 tires where bad! Westlie took care of us with A+++ Service even though we never bought the tires from them. They will get all of our business when it comes to tires and such! It is nice to see a business provide exceptional service!!!

I came to replace my old tires with new ones. Just 4 tires. I was a walk in but it takes 30 minutes anywhere else. These guys took 2 hours. $100 worth of labor on top of install fees and taxes. Never coming back. Be prepared to wait.

I brought my SUV into be serviced last week when I had issues with the ABS. When that fix was made I asked if they could do an oil change just to get that out of the way. When changing the oil they found another problem and called me. I wasn't too surprised because I was told there was an issue during my last oil change at another shop. That shop wanted to charge me $1700 for fixing it. I felt like I had been hit in the gut when Alan at Westlie's service department called me to tell me the problem. I told him to fix what absolutely needed to be fixed as cheap as possible since it is so close to Christmas and money is tight and that I would have to wait until another day to get anything major fixed. I have to say what happened next was the reason I felt compelled to write a review. Alan went above and beyond to see it that my SUV was fixed in the most affordable way possible. They got it done in great time which was a relief being that I did not have another winter vehicle. Alan called me throughout the repair process 1-2 times a day to assure me that he was doing all he could to help me out. In the end I ended up paying much less than expected and I feel safer knowing that my vehicle was checked out completely and is in a good condition now. I don't know if it was Alan's Christmas spirit, great customer service training, or just that Westlie employees genuinely care about their customers, but whatever it was I will only go to Westlie for anything from oil changes to repairs for as long as I live in this area. I have not experienced exceptional customer service like this in a very long time.

I had 2 experiences with this shop and I will write about them.1st encounter: I had a bad spare tire so I wanted to get it replaced. I dropped it off that morning and the staff said they would have it done shortly. I waited around for a phone call and didn't receive one. I called and hour before they closed because I was assuming they forgot. They said they didn't get around to it and will have it the next day. So it took them 2 days to put a new tire for my spare.2nd Encounter: A month later I had a slow leak on my tire I noticed. I took my tire off and inspected for any nails nothing. I was getting ready for a cross country move towing a uhaul trailer. So I went to the shop 1st thin in the AM when they opened. as I figured it wouldn't be busy. I explained the urgent nature as I was moving the next day and on my pay to pick up a trailer and I just wanted to have a new tire valve stem put on. I figured since I gave them previous business they would be willing to do a quick fix job. The front desk staff seemed annoyed by my request and said they were too busy to accommodate my request. I offered to take off the tire myself in their parking lot and give it to them right then and there and they said no and were very rude. I asked was there another shop that they would recommend. They were reluctant to even give me an alternative shop to go to and seemed annoyed that I asked them for another shop to go to.Overall I would say very rude staff, overpriced for the slow service they provide. Give your hard earned money to another shop if you can.

Got a hole in the tire 9 hours from home. Stopped in to see if they could fix the tire. They got me in right away and got it taken care of. Would definitely come back if ever in the area again needing something.

I pull in with my old 97 Rattletrap Caviler I call Chevy Metal I ask if they would put on 3 used tires I purchased at a junkyard the response I get is it would be our pleasure " I'm thinking is he for real ?" all I can say is Westlies treated my like a VIP... Fantastic staff Friendly and quite knowledgeable, speedy service and the price was crazy good. I was prepared to pay 4 times as much as the bill readThank You Westlie Crew, Mike Harmon

Took my 2011 F150 there because radio stopped working. They said it needed a new module. Installed new module and new ignition switch for $966.00. 4 hours after picking up and paying for it the radio stopped again. Have to mention they had my pickup for 6 days for this. Took it back in and they than charged me again hooking up there code machine. They said I needed a different radio module again. I asked why wouldn't they change that one the first time and they said was a different code. So this time they replaced radio module, changed a plug and boot, and an O2 censor. This bill was $1200.00. Had my pickup for 9 day's this time. I will be calling GM as well to discuss this. Had my pickup for 15 of last 27 day's to get radio working? Also know have scratches on my bushed aluminum plate on passenger side that were not there when I took it to them. Will NEVER go back to them for so much as a flat tire !!!!!

I love going to westlies to get services done on my cars. The building itself is very comfortable and nice to wait in. The staff has always been incredibly nice and helpful towards me. I usually walk in with very little knowledge on what I need done and they ve never made me feel like I m stupid or inconveniencing them for that. As someone with severe anxiety it s extremely important that I have a place I feel comfortable enough to walk into alone and to be able to freely talk to employees to get things done. I ve never had any issues arise from repairs/services I ve received and I honestly can t think of anything negative to say. I truly appreciate their professionalism, knowledge and kindness. And for giving me a place I can trust for all my car needs.

Best automotive place in minot. I went to 3 different garages to get an estimate on upper and lower hoses and a coolant flush.. westlie tire was way cheaper, I went to westlie tire, They got me in by 8am and out at noon for a new radiator, coolant reservoir, upper and lower hose all for an unbelievable price. They did such a great job, I have no over heating issues. I am a westlie tire and service customer from now on.. very good customer service and friendly employees.

I won't go here again for any work. A diagnostic cost me $165 bucks on my AC without any real findings. A list of possible issues and an "oh, by the way" isn't the way to start a repair. I did a bit of YouTube research and cleared the easiest stuff first. What do ya know? A little compressed air, changing a filter and replacing an HVAC blower motor and viola, my AC worked fine. Doing the diagnostic and repair myself saved me at minimum $400 bucks. Nope, won't be going back. Oh, and my work took a couple of hours and cost me $130 bucks all in. Do the math folks. Find another service station.

Sent my 19 year old college student there for a repair, they put on a flat spare & sent him down the road. He didn't make it one mile & it was completely on the rim! He called them immediately & they wouldn't answer the phone then closed early! He spent 2 hours waiting in sub-zero temperatures for a tow truck. We are not from ND, this enraged me! DO NOT go there

!!!DO NOT BRING YOU'RE VEHICLE HERE!!! Be ready to wait a while for your vehicle to get looked at. second they are a bunch of crooks, I needed a new shifter and they only installed half of it and kept the rest for themselves. there customer service is terrible, I would have rather talked to a monkey. I would give them a a negative 5 star but can't do it on here. !!!DO NOT BRING YOU'RE VEHICLE HERE!!!

Did not fix the problem with my vehicles coolant freezing, they put vehicle inside for several hours, and reported to me that it ran fine "yes because it was thawed out after being inside" the next day the coolant froze again and I was left without a vehicle to drive... I was still charged for the labor and testing I was also told the coolant was tested to be good to -30 and in -22 weather I checked the coolant and it was like green mashed potatoes... -30 my a$$
