For me in for a piece of metal in my tire in amazing time. Only took an hour and they were so kind to me! Did a full inspection and made wonderful recommendations. The courtesy driver was so sweet and drove so well I almost fell asleep on the way back to work!

We ve always had great experiences at Trusted Tire & Auto! We ve bought all our tires from them & appreciate the free rotation & balance service that they provide. They ve always been able to get us in (and out!) quickly which is great! All of the staff I have interacted with have been very pleasant and helpful. I will continue to take our vehicles there and fully recommend them to anyone!

I tried to get a flat tire fixed here. I worked in tires for 2 years. They said they can't fix it when it was a small screw not in the sidewall with no sidewall damage like you would see from running it low for long periods of time. Easy repair so I told them to put my spare on and leave the tire dismounted from the wheel. They didn't. They put the tire back on the wheel and then charged me $31.74 for a tire repair that they didn't even repair. This place is a joke. Plus I waited 2hrs . To make it even better my wife has to drive the car to Idaho falls Sunday. So now I have to go to a different tire shop and get the flat fixed or put a new one on it because the spare is a different size than the other four. So this place really does know anything about cars/trucks because any car guy knows it will binds up your gears on a 4x4 and shouldn't not be drive for a long distance or even at all. This place I can say really grinds my gears. Well after they called me on how they did. I told them what a bad experience and didn't do anything and charged me. They refunded my money back so at least they are honest in the end.

2 hours wasted. Never gave updates. I had to ask what was happening. Claimed that the hole in my tire was too large to patch, I asked if they could put my spare on, but then they failed to mention that that tire was a different size than the rest. And still charged me!! Took the tire that was "too damaged" to another company, fraction of the time and my tire, which was able to repaired and had tons of life in it was fixed correctly. Yes their phone customer service was nice but the rest was a joke!!

Great experience!! Everyone was so friendly! A wonderful guy gave us a ride to the mall while we waited. Explained everything done so I could understand. Definitely will be going back there.

Took it in for a alignment. Was called few hours later said they couldn't align it and all the knuckle bushings and tie rods and everything was so bad all needed to be replaced asap before they could align it. Quoted me 1700 before labor. The jeep only had 59000 miles on it.I took it two other place to look it over see what it cost. Both said nothing was wrong. The knuckle bushing look fine . They laughed about what trusted tire put down and showed it to me said nothing wrong probably go another 5 plus years. Look fine and they have seem worse.Did the alignment charged me 125. There alignments also were different then trusted tires. Both looked the same and tires plus was different. Will never be back either jeep makes junk or someone is pulling something.also the parts they quoted were almost 4x the price to buy them. The other places showred me the prices. Crazy..shame..shame..

Great place to bring you vehicle. tpms sensors were replaced and programmed . There was an issue removing my tires but technician was always communicating to desk . Pete and Stefanie great desk service, also cookies and coffe on waiting room. can t ask for more . Thank you guys

Service was great, the employees were professional, and I am very happy with the product. The only thing I would not recommend is choosing any service that involves a rebate. I was told over the phone I would get $200 back total almost immediately (I don t know much about rebates and that s what I was told from an employee) but only received $100 so far. And only getting $50 back from the tire company in about 6-8 weeks.

My girlfriend bought 4 new tires here last week. We brought it in the night BEFORE for her 10am appointment the following day. They took all day and it was 7:45pm (1.75 hrs AFTER they closed) before they had it done. They said the alignment tech had misplaced the keys/work order even after we told them we did not want an alignment. She has now driven the car less than 200 miles and the front left wheel is loose and about to fall off. Additionally this summer I bought 6 brand new tires for my dually. They tested the alignment that time as well even after I told them that I didn t want one. I made it less than half of a block and the whole front end of the truck was hopping off the ground. I took it right back and turned it back in to the night drop box requesting that all 6 tires be rebalanced. The following day I went back and they said we rebalanced the front 2, our techs must ve had the machine set to aluminum . I was in a hurry and had to leave with the back 4 tires not rebalanced. I took my truck elsewhere to have the back 4 tires rebalanced at a later date. I told my gf not to buy tires there because of that but she said that they re cheaper . They re 0 for 2 from me and I wouldn t let them replace a lawnmower tire. No one at this business knows how to work on a vehicle. Do not take your tire business here if you value your life or personal safety. I have asked them to replace the wheel and the 5 wheel studs and I m not sure if they will. I m just glad that my gf is alive tonight after these idiots worked on her car. No. Don t do it. It s not cheaper . Taking your vehicle to trusted tire and auto could cost you your life.

They did a great job, kept in touch, and had my vehicle ready for pickup quickly.Only hint I have was I had an oil change done prior to having my tires put on and apparently if you do that same day and after the tire appt, you get a discount on the oil change.

If I could give 0 stars I would, worst buying experience ever. I ordered tires, wheels, and leveling kit and applied to finance part of the purchase. Was told they would call me back when everything was delivered to the store. I then called to make sure that everything was still to be delivered on the date set. Turns out nothing ever got ordered. Then they decide they want to charge 2000 more than what was originally quoted. Has been a 3 day ordeal with no resolution. No one will give you a straight answer and no one will call you back. Spoke with Nathan, Tiffany, Pete, and Jake the manager. None of which even attempted to work something out. On top of all of that, I m supposed to be driving across the country in less than a few days, which was something they were aware of from the get go.Dishonest and a complete waste of time.

Can't say enough about pete,nate,and all the staff.was dealing with a warranty issue on michelen tires,never been down this road before,both michelen and trusted tires made it minemly painless.i guess what impressed me the most was the attitude of care expressed in the whole process, they had empathy, quality rarely found in this day and age.thank you and God bless

The only problem I have with this is when I had my transmission flush done I went home.. and then all of a sudden it started leaking the transmission flush cost me almost 600$ and Mainly was the fluid that cost that much. My main concern is when I told them I had a leak and which it s never leaked before, when I took it back in they said I had a bad seal which doesn t make sense to me so it was almost like we didn t cause the leak but yet you have a leak in the exact same area we were working in and it never leaked before . I m not blaming anyone and the customer service is great . It s just now days it feels like companies are more about the money then the customer.

BEWARE!! UNETHICAL & DISHONEST PRACTICES! There is no way if reporting companies such as this in the state of North Dakota. The only thing that we can do as honest hard working Americans is to post where we can.Be Aware! Be safe! Stay away from this place.

Got us in on short notice and the people helping us were top notch.Kudos to shuttle driver, wished I had extra $ to tip.Price for all four tires replaced was competitive with other choices around town, and services were excellent.Will definitely consider them first next time I need tires, and will recommend if anyone asks...

I work at Trinity and as I was about to leave work on call on a Saturday and I realized I had a flat tire (22)!! I had ran over a large screw it seems. Fortunately it was daytime and I was able to drive it straight to the tire place without it going completely flat. I was told it would be a few hours. I explained how I was on call and asked if they could possibly fix it sooner and they got it straight in and had it fixed up in around 30 minutes! I had concerns about a different tire and they checked that one for free also. This was such a relief since when I m called in it s usually for emergencies and I really need to get to the hospital quickly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Wonderful customer service from everyone there also. Very grateful!

Made an appointment a week prior to have new tires installed, dropped my vehicle off at 715am. Got busy with my day at work, and realized it's 3pm and I hadn't heard anything about my vehicle...I tried calling, no answer. My mistake: I assumed everything was good. At 415pm, I show up to pick up my truck. I'm told that the last 2 tires are going on now...WHAT?! "It will just be another 20 minutes." I dropped my truck off for an appointed time, and 9 hours later it's getting done?? That 20 mins turned into an hour, and $1.2K later i was super frustrated, I had somewhere to be at 530pm, and missed it. They had one mechanic on duty, but to her credit...she was kicking a**. The customer service aspect was unsatisfactory. Expectation management goes a very long way in any industry...customer service calls, updates on my vehicle would have made the difference. I just spent over a grand on new tires I should be happy...I'm not.

We arrived in Minot, ND and the next day while taking a trip to Bismark we discovered a large slit in one of our car tires. We made it back on the spare and immediately called TrustedTire which was convenient located a short distance from our Motel. I called them. It was now about 3:30 pm on a Saturday afternoon. Nathan answered my SOS call and immediately asked me to bring the tire to him and he would see if it could be saved. Unfortunately the cut was too deep. He was sure they had a tire with nearly the same tread type in their warehouse. We made an appointment to get the tire mount it and install it back on the car.On Monday morning this went flawlessly. Tire on, bill paid and we were on the road at 10 am. Please if you need tires go to Trusted Tires. They are honest and extremely professional. Thank you Nathan and Trusted Tire in Minot ND.

Had an Alignment done on my car. Tried to talk to the mechanic doing the Alignment and that didn't happen. I had just installed adjustable rear camber arms and wanted to let him know this because normally this is not adjustable. Apparently the mechanic has 30 years experience and feels that he doesn't have to communicate with the customers that own the cars that he is working on. The Service Writer did his best to communicate my concerns to the mechanic. Camber was not adjusted, but was close enough apparently. I have 35+ years working on cars and would have appreciated talking to the person working on my car. Bottom line, 2 hours sitting in the facility, the Alignment was done. I am not questioning the mechanics ability, he did a good job. However, communicating to the customers is also a part of a mechanics job.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolute worst customer service experience. The guy in the back was one of the rudest people I have encountered in this industry. The desk girl was wonderful. Would never refer anyone here or spend another dime.

Wow. Extremely fast. Brought my vehicle in at 10 am. Installed 4 new tires checked alignment and full inspection within 90 minutes. Took advantage of the courtesy van which was also fast. Outstanding. Highly recommend this place.
