I get my oil changed here routinely; the valet service is an absolute life saver for me! Also Mikayla is such a nice gal and easy to work with. I received a very high estimate repair from the Williston ND Location, so I instead decided to take My GMC Denali to this location who quoted 4x Less! than the Williston location.The staff and crew where very professional, helpful and did not take long to Fix! my 02 Sensor . But here is the extra! They also fixed the recalls on the 2015 GMC Denali of mine and repaired a malfunctioning motor issue on the drivers side door! All under $138.00!They took the time to Wash my vehicle and vacuum it! Its the little things that add up to big things down the road.The Service Manager there is great and his team. Stopped in for a quote on my vehicle, they gave a rough quote fast and was what I expected. Subtracted a star for the outrageous price quote for service and parts. 6 small retainer clips for a trim piece was nearly 30 bucks. 4.69 for a tiny metal clip is beyond high should be more like a buck. Thanks for the quick and free quote on suspension but parts department needs a reality check.

Bait and switch tactics used. I brought my 2019 Ram 2500 Power Wagon in for a trade appraisal. I was offered $55,700 (with sales tax credit) for my truck. I was going to be trading for a vehicle roughly under $14,000. When I returned to the dealership to hold the vehicle I was buying ($500 deposit) my credit card was take and deposit was made. I was then presented (had to ask) for the price breakdown for my records. I was given a breakdown with a trade in value of $53,000....no mention whatsoever of the difference of $2700 less in trade in. I had my credit card refunded and left. Steer clear of this dealership. Also check the BBB reviews as this company has 1 star. Something I wished I would have checked before wasting my time.

Wheel hub repair done incorrectly at ryan gmc in minot, bolts were so loose could literally turn them with fingers, so had to fix this on our own and therefore needed an alignment so then took it back to ryan gmc in minot for alignment to be done and that also was not done correctly. Took it to tires plus where it did get done correctly, so tried to ask for refund for alignment that was not done right at Ryan gmc and they did not want to give alignment due to it only being a little but off they said. I told them a little off or a lot off, i paid for a service that did not get done right and then had to pay for it again elsewhere so a refund should be given. My steering wheel was not even straight when we got it back from gmc dealer & we were only asking for refund for the alignment and not even the hub repair that also should've been refunded. They still did not agree. Told them i would file with BBB and the service guy said unfortunately i have to end this call now and hung up. I will never go to this dealer again and it looks like there are several other bad reviews, which i wish i would have checked first, never had this trouble or such poor service with gmc dealer in Mandan. Be careful going to the minot gmc dealer.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

I had bought a truck a few years back and every time i brought it in they charged an arm and a leg for the service. For instance...it cost me $800.00 to do a tire rotation and ballance. It was the 1st time i had ever done so. I asked them why and he told me thats just the way it is. Thats just chevy for ya tho.
