Jayden was great but the management wouldn t borrow us a dealership plate for our long ride back. Honestly really sucks for us because a cop would have to pull us over in order to see this tag .We had asked before coming out for a dealership plate to ride back (as a dealer in Michigan had done the same for us while purchasing another truck). Jayden assured us we would be taken care of and we just expected the customers request to be fulfilled considering we requested it prior.Happy trails!

I walked into a very comfortable atmosphere. The Sales Advisor, Sidney Blue, was very welcoming and professional. He answered all the questions I had, and helped me find the right vehicle to fit my needs. The Sales Manager, Marissa McLain, was very courteous and assured me if I needed anything or had concerns to contact them at Ryan Nissan. I believe I've purchased a great vehicle, and I'm very pleased with the overall experience.

My car broke down at a motel 6 after driving from Alaska. I was almost through with about 1100 miles left to go. Took it to nissan to have it repaired and met Terry while I was waiting for the quote to come back on the repair. Terry was wonderful and asked if I wanted to look at some cars just to kill some time. I fell in love with the new rock creek pathfinder. Terry and the rest of the sales associates ensured I got a really great interest rate and was able to get back on the road in a extremely safe car for my family!

Sidney Blue and all of the staff Ryan Nissan went out of their way to make my wife and I feel like we were their most important customer. Sidney listened to what we were interested in. The team went out of their way to bring in the specific Nissan Frontier we were interested in and Sidney went over the vehicle with us and answered all of our questions. Sidney made sure the Frontier met our expectations. The entire team at Ryan Nissan made us feel like part of the Ryan family from the moment we arrived at the dealership, thank you.

Kathryn was exception and helped me through the entire process even coming in on her day of to finalize the deal. I actually bought the truck from 1800 miles away for work use but with the help of several folks at Ryan, I was able to feel comfortable through the process.

First off the show room was immaculate to the point one could eat off the floor. Very friendly and helpful staff, but not pushy or bold in any way. Allyce was professional, personable, and overall great to work with. She was very attentive in making sure she understood what I was looking for and interested in making sure she found what I wanted. She was very thorough in her explanation of the car features and went out of her way to ensure that I understood what was going on. She has also made herself quite accessible in case I have further question regarding the car and the purchase.

Hardest car I ve ever had to buy in this town, didn t get the opportunity to test drive the car because the inspection was so long and unfortunately the amount of interest in the car meant if I want to wait to drive it I wouldn t have gotten it, they wouldn t let finance though USAA or Navyfed so that was a terrible experience, they wouldn t put tires on the car because they were in the yellow and not the red so I ll have to do that cause yellow won t cut it in the snow or ice so they obviously do not care about the buyer. The car was pulled out of the shop with a CEL and it goes off and back on and i now know it s because it has aftermarket equipment on it without the supporting ECU tuning so now I can t drive the car with out fear of damaging the motor until I revert it back to stock or tune the ecu. The salesman and finance person were amazing they just were bound by the unreasonable red tape of Ryan dealerships. Will never buy any thing from a Ryan dealership again I should have listened when multiple people told me to avoid them in the first place but they had the only vehicle in town that I was looking for.

Working with Tanner to purchase a used vehicle was a great. One of the best car buying experiences I've had. He made sure all my questions and concerns were quickly resolved. When an issue with the vehicle arose the next day he got the service department to look at it right away. It was quickly fixed at no charge. He even tracked down some items I had left in my trade-in.The service department is excellent. They are friendly and keep you informed on whats going on with your vehicle. They took the time to answer all my questions and explain what the issue was.Everyone I dealt with at Ryan Nissan was professional, friendly and did everything they could to make my experience easy and enjoyable!

The service department is top notch. I was travelling through Minot, back to Canada, and had a potential issue with my Murano that needed to be looked at before I could continue on. I can t say enough good thing about Steve and Evan. Polite, accommodating, understanding and efficient. What a great experience. I can tell from this brief encounter that these people care. The people here make all the difference! I recently worked with Tanner to lease a vehicle and had the best experience. From my first contact with the sales department, all the way through a quick call a few days after taking home my car, each person I talked with was positive and knowledgeable. I ve never leased before and had ALL the questions. Tanner never made feel my questions were too much, and he took time to give me comprehensive answers to each one. I would recommend Ryan Nissan and Tanner to anyone ready to buy or lease!

Was travelling for my job when I received a recall service notice. Didn't trust or have the time to visit our local dealership. The service provided by Ryan Nissan was outstanding. Even for a minor service recall. Would recommend that they take down the table tent advertising the Nissan Service Sweepstakes as it is over.

Amanda was very personable. She kept on top of the sale and texted me with any changes that I requested. She respected my request to text instead of calling which was very helpful. The manager was able to accommodate my request for trade in on my Subaru. I should be receiving a check this week for the trade. Love my new truck.

I recently purchased new tires. The service team made it extremely easy to order. Gave me recommendations since I know nothing of tires. I ended up purchasing Kinergy tires, and they have been great on this recent snow and ice we've had! Everyone was super friendly and the work was done in a timely matter.

I had my front sensor replaced.The part was ordered at my previous visit and arrived in a timely manner.When I dropped my car off for the repair, I was told it would likely be done around 1:30pm. I received a text at 11:30am that it was done!!!Staff were friendly and did a great job making sure I was happy!
