Theo was the best salesperson I have encountered in all my years and of all of my purchases. He was not pushy at all, I truly felt he was getting me in the best vehicle and best value for me. He listened, explained EVERYTHING and every step was so smooth. I will for sure come back and buy many more from him. The only snag I had was the price was told to me wrong as for the taxes because I was trading in a lease, and that rased the payment, but that was no ones fault, just an oversight. All in all I was very happy with Ryan and will tell many people about it. Thank you.

The experience at Ryan GMC was awesome. Joey our sales rep was very professional and polite to deal with. From the appraisers to the sales manger they all seemed to be professional honest people. I would recommend buying from this dealership.

I brought my company vehicle in to get serviced and was checked in with no problems. 3 weeks later I still had not heard anything regarding vehicle; it was only when I called them that I was informed of construction happening in the service area and my vehicle had not even been moved from where I parked it.I'm sure the repairs are fine, but to keep a customer waiting so long and not have the decency to keep them informed of what is going on is absolutely ridiculous.

Took my car in to get the front end looked at. Then you guys fix something in the back that I never asked to be fixed. So that ended up coming out of my money for my warranty never reimbursed. So I asked for the phone call recording but I was ignored about that. My car came back worse than when I took it in. Had to take it back to get more work done on it. Seems like a lot of people don't know what they're doing that work there. They did give me a rental car so that's a positive but I basically paid for it in the warranty. I'm honestly afraid to take it back to get worked on again. But it's not like I have a choice because I still have a little bit of warranty money left

Great customer service from everyone, it was the most pleasant, easiest, non stressful car shopping ever. Even after the sale, they keep in touch to make sure everything is going well. HIGHLY recommend.

Worst buying experience I've ever had. I stopped in and put a $500 deposit on a new Yukon they had coming in. It arrived about 8 weeks later. I go down to trade my old Yukon in and they low ball me $13,000 less than a competitive dealer for value. So I said I'll buy the Yukon straight out, and would be down Monday to pick it up, this was on Friday. The salesperson texts and said they sold the Yukon I had the deposit on Saturday. I can't imagine they couldn't wait 3 days to sell a vehicle that just got on their lot. What's the point of having a $500 deposit on a vehicle for 8 weeks.

I do not recommend this dealership or service center to anyone. I have had trouble with the paint peeling on my pickup front bumper since the vehicle was under warranty but the service center refuses to fix it and they continue to tell me it is rock chips which it is obviously peeling. This company does not care about their customers or if they provide service. The worst place to buy a GMC product, you will not get service.

Incredibly disappointed in this dealership. Contacted Dylan to purchase a truck from them, attempted to contact daily for an update, after submitting a credit application went 4 days no real response except you ll hear from us soon .Finance manager called me asking ME for a copy of a blank lease contact so he can fill it out and send it back to me. Are you serious? License, credit app, insurance all in and we can t even get a copy of a lease contract?Now finally got a call today after waiting 5 days saying they would prefer to sell it to someone local is my money different because I m out of state? What s the difference if I m out of state vs from North Dakota? Terrible communication, don t push me to commit to a truck within 5 mins and then decide to cancel on me 5 days later after making arrangements to pickup the truck this week. Incredibly poor experience here - buyers beware. 0 out of 5 stars.

Worst buying experience ever!Bought a vehicle in June 2023. Had to hunt down a salesperson. Limited to where I could test drive to the "insurable route". Service never bothered with but asked to rate. On test drive asked about the brakes having issue. Was told they were "checked and were fine! ". Rear brakes need replaced as well as monitor. Called, no response. $500 later... replacing rear brakes and monitor.This is on a 2019 GMC Sierra. Why wouldn't thy certify at this place? Overall, lazy!

Excellent customer service just bought a pickup from Ryan GMC. Worked with Nicole she is a Excellent sales woman very informative about the pickup I was purchasing. The professionalism from Sales to Finance to Service cannot say enough this place. Ryan GMC is definitely the place to go! I will definitely be coming back for our next vehicle purchase as well as referring others.

I came in close to closing time and said that I could come back on Monday. I said that I wanted to test drive a GMC Canyon that was sitting in front of the store. Allan was very accommodating and said that he would be glad to let me test-drive it. He didn't pressure me and said that I could think about it over the weekend. On Monday, I called and said that I wished to purchase it and my Monday experience was exceptional! Thank You Allen for making everything smooth and showing me all the great features.

Purchased two vehicles totaling $90,000 from Ryan Family Motors. My second vehicle had emissions issues as well as taillight issues within the first couple of weeks of owning it. Brought it in and was told it was because the truck was getting too cold. They cleared the codes and sent me on my way. Had more of the same issues two weeks later. Was told that it was a $3600 repair and they had no record of the two pages of codes they pulled off of the truck two weeks prior. Got the runaround from four or five different people about the issue and then they attempted to charge me a diagnostic fee after I said I would just pick it up. Did not get offered a discount on parts or labor of the repair, just was told their "hands were tied". They covered the diagnostic fee I guess so that is good. Will never purchase another vehicle from dealership again.

Nick (Bakke) was genuine, honest, informative and attentive. He was great with initial contact. Giving me a call first thing in the morning and following up with a text/video. When I met him at our scheduled time he gave me a tour of the vehicle and answered questions I had and admitted when he didn't know the answer but knew where to get it. He stayed in touch but was never pushy. He had good recommendations when I asked about accessories. He passed me on to Vic (Sharma) who was also very good at his job. Vic took the time to listen to my questions, explain things as we went through the buying process and even visited from time to time. Nick has stayed in touch and even setup appointments for the truck. So far, the service I have received from the Ryan GMC, Buick, Cadillac team has been outstanding. Thank you!!
