We had engine block heaters installed and oil changes for 2 cars at an incredible price. Sammy, Tammy, Renee and the mechanics provided incredible customer service. They were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The shop was able to work us in quickly for our services. The quote for time and price were spot on. We highly recommend roughneck.

This is my first time using this auto shop and I have to say it's great. They are knowledgeable in their field and have great customer service. Not only was the price fair it was 200 less than competitors. I was given information even after hours showing diligence to a task. Upon diagnostic I was given an appointment the very next day. Work was complete, bill paid and my vehicle has new vigor. Will definitely be using them again for future repairs.

Brad at roughnecks is amazing!They were so awesome and got my car back in working order in one day. This is the kind of auto repair shop I look for. Friendly, local and knowledgeable. The price was fair and they even fixed my broken spoiler the best they could. I will absolutely return with any car issues I have in the future.

Great people here. They helped me out a lot when I was having problems with my vehicle. Everyone was very friendly and got it done in a timely fashion for the extent of work that was needed. Very happy with the communication letting me know what was going on and the updates that were given. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a vehicle worked on they are a great group of people. Was looking to buy a used vehicle and needed someone to look it over. Took it to rough neck motors and they did an outstanding job inspecting everything and letting me know the issues they found and what they would suggest doing to fix them. This gave me the piece of mind I needed when purchasing a used vehicle. they were fast and affordable. I would recommend them to anyone need vehicle repairs.

The most I have felt at home is working with these guys! We don't have much help since we moved 17 hours away from home and only have one vehicle to get to point A to point B. They offered to not only fix our car for a reasonable rate but to also take me home so I don't have to wait and also to come get me when the Jeep was completed. Hands DOWN the best place to get anything done! Super impressed with these guys!

Had issues with my truck and had a tight deadline. Not only did they meet it they exceeded all expectations. They worked on it every day that they had and in order to help me leave on time. Even when issues beyond their control appeared the night before me leaving. They stayed late to ensure that I was able to leave. OUTSTANDING customer service, great rates, Amazing people. Would take my truck here again if I am ever in the area and in need of work!

Outstanding customer service. My son's tire went flat at the Amtrack station and they went above and beyond to help line me up with someone to help get the tire pulled and then they had to deal with trying to find a wheel when it ended up being cracked. They were very helpful and fairly priced. The other shops just told they don't deal with remote repairs and left it at that. All done over the phone without ever meeting...I'm sooo thankful for them.

It s been a year and a half since Ive had work done there, they replaced my front end, ball joints, etc..to the tune of $1800.00, I am having to get it ALL replaced due to the cheap no-name parts that were used..add on top of that, they tried to charge me an extra $50 because NAPA brought them the wrong parts twice...I refused to pay that. I will NEVER use this shop again if I m in the area and need work done and will never recommend this shop to anyone.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I drove a Mitsubishi Eclipse 2001 Spyder GT. The timing chain started slipping badly. Roughneck diagnosed the problem fairly quick. After I gave them the go ahead to order the parts and install them it took a couple days to get my car back.They charged me a reasonable price to do a fair amount of work. Timing chain, water pump, valve covers, gaskets, plugs, wires, ect. The car needed a tune up pretty bad!After I got the car back it ran well, but began stalling out due to the distributor cap getting cracked. After all was said and done I spent $1600.The only problem I had was it took a little while to get the car back from the distributor cap and they charged me for parts and labour to replace the spark distributor. It wasn't cracked before, so why would it magically crack as soon as they worked on my car the first time?

I took my vehicle here since other places would not install an engine bought from elsewhere (ie: eBay- they would only warranty he work not the engine....understandably). They called me on all "extra work" (which I knew needed replacement since I saw the issues prior to taking it in). Work done has Zero issues and staff treated me with respect. Price was a lil high ( 1 of 2 negatives) but that comes with the oil field territory. Even though I don t work in the oil industry (ie:salary or royalties . 2nd negative was they state a 9am opening but they don t have anyone til about 9:30-10AM.End of story.. still worth it compared to other businesses in the area. PS I know cuz I come from a non-oilfield mechanical background.I Highly Recommend this no BS Company to help you fix your vehicle!Edited to add one year later review. Had zero issues with their work or with anything on the car. Still stand behind their work. I will be taking another vehicle for work there soon.

Purchased a 97 Sable for 1.5k that was claimed to be in good running condition, that it had maintenance kept up, and that it should be a long lasting and running car.� I asked for it to be checked over before buying and after it was checked I asked if it had any issues and was told they didn't find anything. however the condition I recived it in had multiple issues that are very costly including struts and breaks and roters costing over 500$ dollars even after I purchased parts, along with extensive rust on the bottom and minor issues all over the inside. When I asked for the vehical to be fixed or� my money back I was told after they inspected it the best they could do was a discounted rate that still surpassed most shops in town. I have spend many days trying to work out it getting fixed and have had little luck. Apointments I've made have been broken. Communication seems to be almost non-existent this is the most difficult sale I have ever done with someone. I wouldn't recommend any car sales through them. A very good lesson learned and I will not but used again due to it.UPDATE: I have drove the car and many more issues have popped up.... My alternator has to now be replaced on top of the fact that my brake lines are rusting out..... Folks stay away...

This place is great! They have undertaken new management and the owner said specifically that if your not happy then he's not. I can't think of a more reliable mechanic within the area. As well they support the military offering a discount. I have been extremely satisfied with their service and will go back to them in the future if anything on my vehicle comes up.

They were quick, accurate, & friendly to me for cheap easy fixes. The Owner/manager was a jerk to me when 1 of my vehicles had a major problem that I could not afford to fix. Treated me like garbage from then on.

Never had service here but as a girl who lost her dog and was greeted and offered help by every person I ran into there and not to mention they found him and called me immediately!!!! (Plus scaled a big fence) These are a good group of people. Very warm, friendly, and downright hometown neighborly! Thanks guys!

Great place I have done lots of business with them they are fair! I work in the auto business and they help tons with pre-purchase inspections! I would take my family vehicles to them because I know they will tell it straight and prices are great!

I brought them my vehicle to repair a blown head gasket (among some minor things which took them 5 months) and they put on the incorrect one on causing my engine overheating and eventual failure. I relocated to Pennsylvania towing the vehicle there and called them when the engine blew up. they told me the head I referred to as being on my engine couldn't fit it...then they called to admit they put on the wrong one and they requested I take the head gasket off myself and send it to them and they'd send the correct one. I requested a refund or for them to pay a repair shop in Pennsylvania to fix it but they started to dodge my calls.

I was calling around to get quotes of how much a timing belt would cost to replace and the general consensus was in the $300 range and these crooks quoted me damn near $1000. We ended up getting the timing belt and pretty much the entire cooling system replaced for $700, $300 less than they wanted for JUST the timing belt. I may be a girl but I'm pretty sure that I know when someone's trying to swindle me out of money.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff and mechanics. I know I'm not getting screwed over just because I'm female (which has happened more than once), and the prices are totally reasonable. No one else I'd go to for my car.

I'm changing my rating. I talked with owner and learned of conditions beyond his control (major life events) in context to the photos. After several road trips since the overhaul- including one from Albuquerque to Montana, the engine has performed very satisfactoryFrom the very beginning he gave me his word he would take pictures of the job to send me. Despite over 5 months now of calling and asking for the pictures, the receptionist says the same thing: "He is on it blah, blah, blah". I have given up now. Never once, had he returned my call. Even the tone of the receptionist, at this point, is condescending.' So much for customer service after the job is done.

Was a bit expensive, but the technicians were very thorough and found things with my vehicle other shops missed. Very happy with my BMW, I highly reccomend these guys for any diesel or foreign!

The prices are great and the work is guaranteed. The techs are knowledgeable and the Owner is a great person who knows about what it takes to make whatever is wrong with your car or truck right.

had a terrible smell in my 2500HD....had just come back from a summer in Alaska.I thought it was a blown head gasket but ended up a broken brake.They were professional and responded to my needs.thanks you brad the owner.heading back to michigan tomorrow.

I bought a car from them last Thursday on Monday it broke down and the owner personally came to where I broke down and picked the car up to work on it they have amazing customer service I would recommend them to everyone I know!

Brought my truck here for a front main seal replacement, after a bit of a wait due to parts that was not the fault of the shops my truck was done, only for the fan that they had to remove to install the seal to come off and damage the radiator, Sam attempted to fix it but was unable so they ordered a brand new one and installed the radiator and even went above and beyond to repair the broken radiator shroud I was finally able to pick up my truck, yes it took awhile but I was always kept aware of the status and progress that was, I would bring my truck back for anything just to know it's going to be fixed right the first time and for a decent price.

Sam let's you know exactly what's needing to be done without all the extra BS. Affordable and knowledgeable diesel shop, and those are so hard to come by now.
