Been going to Pomps tire for all my vehicle service needs over the last year and a half. From tires, engine tune ups and more they can do it all, they always get me in in a timely manner and do a bang up job. I ve had the absolute best luck dealing with Jay and his team.

I had brake light issues on my trailer. I had taken the trailer to another shop and they started to work on the trailer and created more problems so both my marker lights and brake lights weren t working.I then took my trailer to Pomp s Tire Service. After 2 hours they found the problem wasn t with the trailer but with the truck. A module for the trailer electrical supply had issues and was unavailable. They by passed the module and got all lights to work properly and I was able to carry on.The technicians were very knowledgable and friendly.And the cost was very reasonable

I had to order my new tires and make appointment for install. The manager Brian and his team were GREAT. Very competitive prices and excellent customer service. Great experience.

I was traveling through Minot and my car started making noises that it should not, I pulled in and within minutes the service manager was looking at the car and had me back on the road within the hour. Efficient service, friendly staff and very fair prices.

While waiting for my tire to be fixed, there was another customer who was mad that i was being helped. The associates made sure that he left me alone. i felt very welcomed. the service i received was fast and efficient.

They replaced a wheel for me; they ordered the parts and when I came in I was in and out in half an hour. They re a very professional and knowledgeable team!

Blew a tire on my trailer, after searching at other locations in town they couldn t find the right rim for it so they swapped the tire on my lift axle to the one needed so I could get back home to our shop to fix it.

Wow amazing service ,expert advice down to earth; Just really good people doing excellent work. This place is built for the people they really care and are there to give you excellent service for a good price! You get top quality at this place . Not to mention you save big bucks by going here vs a dealership for the same quality of work or even better because like o said they care about there customers like it where theyre own vehicle. Ask for Jay he is amazing very straightforward and will help you with whatever you need!

My experience was great earlier this month, so we put another set of tires on our other vehicle too. We live over an hour out of Minot so coordinating was very important I brought another vehicle in more recently and it needed less repairs than I stated. They called me and held off from doing any extra work. Nothing but respect.

I had a emergency oil leak. Pomps got me in within hours (new customer). John P went above and beyond to accommodate the special needs I had. I also liked the new place alot. Nice, clean (I was there all day) overall a great experience

Very nice guys to work with, I needed to get a flat tire fixed, naturally I didn t have appointment. But they were able to get truck tire fixed and also change the oil. They will have all my business from now on. Thanks so muchDebbie Raszler

Personable, professional and efficient. Their shop was nice and clean. They repaired my tire, which I thought for sure was done for! They didn t try to upsell me or coerce me into services I didn t request or need. I did NOT feel like a number from start to finish and although I had to make an appointment they still repaired my tire and got me back in the road in less than an hour. Overall I am impressed and would recommend them to anyone needing tire service with the caveat... don t expect to drive up and be processed in and out and oversold if you want that go to local competitor. I personally like the personal service. (Even though it s a chain it didn t feel like one!!)

This place is hands down one of the best businesses in town. I was in a real bind with bad tire and little money to spend for a new tire.....the great people at Pomp's understood my situation and went above and beyond what I expected and were so professional and friendly. The lady who works the desk was so kind....and the tech who worked on my vehicle was so helpful. Thank you everyone at Pomp's .....you guys are the best!!

I had a tire that I needed looked at. It had a slow leak and no visible punctures. I was getting ready for a long distance trip hauling a U-haul trailer, so I just wanted to make sure the tire was good for the miles I was gonna put on it. I went to another local shop who was not able to help me out. I called Pomp's tire and told them about the issue they said they were booked. I told them I could take the tire off for them and leave it with them for the day if they could just put a tire valve stem on it to make their job easier. They said sure thing that would make it a lot easier. I dropped it off that AM and had it back in a couple of hours. Great service we need more businesses like this. Very personable staff. I highly recommend them.

Brought my Tractor to them to do tires, they bent over backwards for me. Only reason I gave them 4 stars is because only one tire was aired up correctly. One tire had 24 psi other had 8 psi. So the tire was just about flat. He it stayed together, and when I got home aired it up. But all in all a very good experience! Would recommend to people.

Prompt and rapid service. They got me in right away and addressed the issue without any upsale or attempts at making the issue seem worse than it actually was. Thanks again for the quick and courteous service. I will definitely use them again.

Well, some really nice person decided to take my tire off of my car in the middle of the night. Pomp's ordered the parts and got me in quickly. I was hearing a sound, certain it was my brakes. They did a brake check and said it was a waste of my $ to get new brakes as mine are in good condition. I sincerely appreciate the honesty. The noise may be from gravel, due to the melting snow. This was my 2nd time here and I feel comfortable, as a woman that knows nothing about cars, to continue coming back.

Charged me over double the cost of my fuel filter and oil filter. Fuel filter from fleet guard $25, pomp s price $70.50. Oil filter from fleet guard $40, pomp s price $126.57. A gallon of Lucus Napa price $26, pomp s price $65.15. 11 gallons of synthetic oil from cummins $330, pomp s price $439.56. They also charged $135 for grease job and didn t grease my 5th wheel. I get there should be a mark up on consumable s but this is insane.

Pomp s tire service always goes above and beyond for their customers!! I recently had my vehicle s fuel pump go out at a very busy intersection. Not only did Brian, the manager, but 2 other employees ran 2 blocks to push my car to their store!! You won t find customer service like this anywhere else. Brian kept me updated throughout the whole process, they have very fair pricing, all the techs are so knowledgeable and I would trust every single one of them with taking care of my vehicle. Keep up the great work Pomp s!!

Brought my truck in, in an emergency. Didn t even schedule an appointment. They got me in on the same day just a few hours later. My brakes were metal on metal and I was told by another shop my front caliper needed to be replaced. Jay said it didn t need to be replaced it was just overextended and to keep an eye on it. Awesome mechanics! They know what they re doing and talking about. Got my brakes fixed up speedy quick! I would recommend them over other shops in Minot.Service: Brakes

Kind and knowledgeable staff who was willing to go above and beyond for fitting my vehicle in as well as sitting down and talking to me about what was going on with my car's alignment and my tires. Will most definitely be back. They were an honest crew!

I came in with a leaking hydraulic cooling tower. They got me into the shop right away even though I wasn t on the schedule. Absolutely phenomenal service.
