Not bad, the service was good, the staff member I worked with was nice as well, even with my follow up questions. The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars is due to the compatibility issues I had with my install. I was looking for something that would work as close to OEM as possible and unfortunately the install I had would not, I also have a few regrets with the one I chose. Overall though the job was done right and no significant damage or issues with the vehicle. I will come again, just will be more weary about asking about compatibility next time.

Installed two twelves under seats in my Ram as well as a P3 sub powered by two amps. System pounds, any time I have had any further issues they were quick to help me solve the problem. Clean and professional atmosphere. Good customer service, all around great experience.

I went in 30 mins before close and quickly realized that the sales rep wasn't interested in helping me. Started with how he greeted me and then avoiding me til I found him hiding behind a bunch of boxes. He wasn't interested in giving me detailed answers, quickly told me he couldn't help me because I have a Lexus, which I found really odd because its basically a Toyota with a different badge. Also found it odd because Pacific Sound & Video brags about being experts and it took the rep 5 seconds to tell me he cant help me without even looking up anything on the computer. I walked in hoping to redo my stock system, instead I had to go across the street to Best buy.

Edit 7-18-2020Adam, the manager, reached out to me and made things right and we got everything fixed in a pleasant manner. Thank you Adam! If you're needing work done, I would suggest talking to him directly if possible.Edit coming soon. They have ordered the part and set a date to have the work done to fix it. 7-13-2020If there is another stereo place in town, go there! These guys gave me the run around for 2 months. Finally installed my stereo for a hefty fee. Then the DVD player doesn't work. Now they want another $75 to fix it. What a joke.

Bought speakers from here and decided i didnt want them. Took them back in to get my money back... well they took the speakers back but the refund hasnt hit my banking account yet... a week later. They are overpriced i looked at the exact same speakers on line and they was 30 dollars cheaper a set. Overpriced merchandise and customer service sucks.

I went here to buy and have a touch screen stereo installed in my car.They didn't have the parts on hand so they had to order them.Two weeks later I got a call saying the parts were in and when I got there they said they hadn't came yet but should any day. That was two months ago, I do not expect them to call me back ever but if they do I will no longer be spending such a large chunk of money here.

Had a remote starter installed. Had a small issue and was taken care of professionally. Great service and very fair pricing. Would definitely recommend.

Knowledgeable employees here. Very much on point with their pricing. I did like the customer service experience as well. Very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend them for any audio/video needs.

Very unprofessional in sales they more focus on selling than educating don t seem to be knowledgeable wouldn t have anything installed here
