Stopped into get a price quote and check availability of brake pads. I was greeted by staff within the first 10 seconds of walking in. They were polite, helpful and it didn't take more than a few minutes to look up what they had in stock, what the prices were, what warranty was available and possible parts/extras I may need. The staff here always seems to be on the ball and knowledgeable.

Came in to O'Reilly's in Minot to buy some minor car parts. A gentleman named Matthew assisted me in finding the right part and even walked out to my car and made sure it fit by helping me to install the part. Outstanding customer service!!It's service like this that will keep me coming back to O'Reilly's. Thank you Matthew for making it happen.

We called to make sure they had the part before we came to O'Reilly's. They had the part and ready for me to pick up. Very helpful and knowledgeable. They actually installed new wipers on car at night in the rain. Great service the wiper arm was lose and blades did not work properly they went in got a tool tightened the bolt to the wiper and fixed it . way above and beyond customer service here. Great job I will be coming back here.

The folks here are always helpful. I request a popcorn machine like Napa has though. They had my transmission fluid and new pan gasket. They had the light bulbs I needed. They had my windshield wipers. They had the push rods for my hood. They had a new battery for me. They had my u joints.

Good reliable automotive parts that are competitively priced and usually in stock. Been buying parts here since they opened in Minot and I'm just about 100% positive that I've never had to return one, gotten a bad one, or that any of them I've installed have ever failed yet. They also offer a tool rental service which is especially great when you need a special application specific tool that you don't want to buy for a job because you're probably only going to use it once and unlikely to ever need it again! They get extremely busy on the weekends there and you should expect to stand in line at the checkout counter for a while though.

Had the product I ordered, wouldn't check the codes on my car told me I had to do it myself because of COVID, meanwhile the store has a sign saying masks required to enter, but all three employees in the store weren't wearing masks odd they don't want to pull codes outside more than six feet away from anyone, but they don't follow their own mask policy indoors.Two stars instead of one because they had a super adorable puppy running around the store, and she was a love.

It was 14 below I needed to replace my battery the sales clerk Steven in the Minot store went out of his way not only to help me buy the batterie but made sure I had all the tools to do the job .Then all so provided a memory saver for the job so I would not loos all my setting in my vehicle , .Great job and great people at this store thank you so much .

Had about 6 people working there. Just one young lady answering phones and helping customers while the other 5 were huddled in the back talking and the fat guy had a mouth full of Doritos when he finally decided he should do his job. I give her 5 stars but just one for the overall store. Will never be back.

Staff seems to want to talk to each other rather than help. Only 2 or so employees actually seem knowledgeable. Getting an answer to a phone call is about 50/50. Been sold the wrong parts due to them not listening more than 3 times. In all honesty, if there was an Autozone in Minot I'd rather go there. At least they'd have competition and clean it up.

Love the staff in this store! Super helpful, always friendly, and even when they have people lined up at every register, they take the time to answer questions and give great customer service!! Always my go to whenever I need something for my vehicle!!! :)

On June 30, 2017, I store ordered break Rotor for my 2001 Ford Expedition, and paying cash for the order. The next day I went to pick up my order, and I have been told that I already got the refund for my order, which I never did.They told me that someone received the refund for my order. We just moved from Pennsylvania, And I dont think of anybody in my house who can do that because my wife was at work and i was taking care of our 4 kids.I asked for proof of refund, the only thing they could show me was on the computer; no signature of the receiver, no hard copy of the receipt--yellow or green which your store usually do.And Now they said there nothing they can do.Although I provided the proof that I paid for my order, they could not provide the proof that they refunded the money, yet they cannot do anything for my situation. I'm beginning to wonder if I was in the wrong store. Yes they carry lots of accessories for your vehicle, so does Wal-Mart. Staff has never seemed to know anything about vehicle's since they opened. I only go there to pick things up for a friend. I might pay more but the service at Napa is worth it!

My worst experience in customer service happened at O'Reilly Auto Parts in Minot, ND when I had to get the front rotars on my truck replaced. When I bought the rotars 2 years ago I bought the most expensive set they had which came with a lifetime warranty. So, when my mechanic told me I needed to get them replaced I was shocked but also relieved that I had purchased the warranty.A bad move on me though, I lost my receipt. So when I went back to O'Reilly's the clerk had to look me up in their system to find my past purchase... something they said would be very difficult to do. I ended up having to turn the computer away from the clerk to find my receipt and prove I had purchased the warranty after they initially told me they couldn't find it! To make matters worse, when the manager did eventually give me the refund on my replacement rotars he informed me that the rotars being shot after 2 years wasn't O'Reilly's fault and they didn't have to honor my lifetime warranty (like they were doing me a favor). I then asked the manager what the the point of buying a lifetime warranty was if it wasn't to get something replaced when it goes out? The manager only repeated what he had said that it wasn't their fault, and they didn't have to honor the agreement. I then informed him that I had made several large purchases at his store over the years and that because of his poor customer service I would never be back.Not everything is about sales. Ensuring your customers leave your store feeling better than when they entered is far more important. I go to AutoZone if I ever need anything for me vehicle from now on.

I went to O'Reillys to just get an alternator test. The test came back and it said that I have a bad battery. "That can't be true," I said in disbelief. The O'Reillys associate then gave me the option to pull into the back of the store to pull the battery myself and allowed me to use some of their tools to do so. We got the battery out and the employee hooked my battery up to the tester. We found out that my battery was not the problem, it was actually my battery cables. O'Reillys was very helpful and generous with their help. 10/10 would recommend.

A good place to get parts, most people are knowledgeable but some lack the expertise so know what part you need. They are one of the cheapest places in Minot for parts, I have had no lemons from them, and they are really good about Customer service.

Did not have my parts in stock. Needed them today and it was going to take a day or two. Had to go to another part store and pay more. Staff was great as they refunded me for my defective part.

Stopped there today because my check engine light was on. Such rude service. Instead of helping, demanded my license, handed me the code reader, and walked away. The damn thing didnt even work. Wont go back ever!

Terrible auto part store i had called to get a quote on a part i needed had hto repeat myself 3 times for the girl to finally get it right wow the girl told me they didnt have it in but she could order one it would be in on tuesday go to pickup on tuesday to find out she ordered the wrong item and they couldnt get what i needed no callback to let me know anything poor service will not go back

Best auto parts store in Minot! Great hours of operation, great service, almost always have what I need in stock and if they don't the can get it within 2-2 business days.
