I went to get my free diagnostic test on my vehicle since the engine light was on in my vehicle. After a little help, I found where to plug in the diagnostic tester. After I was done, I took the diagnostic tester back inside the store. The lady at the front desk told me exactly why my engine light was on. Great service & people.

I want to rave about Dylan and Leslie at the North Broadway store. Went there to get a new serpentine belt, and decided to change it right there in the parking lot. Got the old one off and couldn't figure out how to get the new one on and around all pullies. Leslie and Dylan came outside in the cold and put it back on for me. They went above and beyond their job descriptions to help me, in the cold. Thank you guys. I'll be forever grateful to you
