Got stuck outside Minot, traveling from Canada to Saskatchewan. Back home it was all season tire time. Wicked ice storm in Minot but a stop to my trip.They got me in right away, and had me on my way with proper tires for the weather. I would not have made my deadline with out them....thanks!

Dustin and the whole team were so incredibly helpful in getting our tires changed quickly and helping us drop off/pick up our vehicle. I would highly recommend this place!

My sister brought in her car to get a patch and they charged her for it then they came back and he dad took of the tire and pulled put a nail and patched it himself. Not impressed.

The gentleman who helped us was sem�-friendly.Apparently, they don't have a very big inventory and fairly pricey.

They do what they want to make a sale, installing tire with out ask the customer is not the right way, then refuce to give or show you your used tire so you can't see in fact if was usable or not, that way they can force you yo buy a new one.

I was going to put some used tires on one of the work trucks. They went out of their way to get me a deal so I could afford to put new tires on it. Very happy.Minot location

Great place to get tires. The employees are awesome. Let me know when to come back to get the lug nuts tighten. Very clean store and waiting room.

Northwest Tire is always able to get me in when needed. They are always nice and have a van that will take you wherever you need to go and come pick you up if needed. Highly recommend!

First, I would like to commend all the staff who work at this service center. Due to my job, I had to delay my appointment that day by an hour. It was for a set of four new tires and an alignment. Instead of telling me they couldn't do it (since it was near the closing time) they took it in stride and finished everything within an hour. Please keep up the great work and know you have earned a loyal customer!

Stopped and priced trailer tires, love the price and picked them up. Had a little problem about a mile from tire shop,went to the first safe place and called them, they were there in 5 minutes. They fixed the problem are getting everything fixed and are coming to my place on Thursday to finnish fixing it. Thanks to Tim and his staff got going again. Great place! Thanks Tim and the guys for going above and beyond. I gave them 5 stars for costomer satisfaction.

I have irregular days off, and when I called yesterday hoping for an appointment they told me their next appointment was next week. Then they offered if I could leave the car all day they would work me in when they could. Air conditioner recharged and oil changed and a big time savings for my wife. It is obviously a busy season and I appreciate them working me in.

NW tire was my last call, everyone else in town (Minot) could care less I was stranded two hours from home. NW tire told me they were busy but would work me in and boy did they ever. They had me fixed and down the road in no time. Thanks Curt and your amazing team for working me in.

Wanted to get my rims swapped out, and they told me it would take an hour and they got it done in 30 min. If I would ve sent it any where else in my experience it would ve taken all day. Very pleased with how they look and how quickly they got them on :)

Promised to have 2 tires by Friday and went in to pick them up on Saturday. Person didn't even order them. Hopefully they ordered them Saturday and expedited them like they said they would and I won't be charged for that fee. We will see.

They where three days out on scheduling an appointment not bad I can t vouch on the there work I need immediate attention on my vehicle

Took my truck in for steering issues..NW tire was completely honest and didn't charge a thing since it was still under warranty from last repair. And is great to have a shuttle to pick me up!! Highly recommend this place.

This is my first motor Home and it's was time for new tires. I procrastinated for ever worrying about what an ordeal it may be. Northwest was recommended to me by a friend so I called them yesterday. They got me in at 8:00 this morning and I was driving out of there with new tires by 9:00 !! Everyone involved was super friendly and the tires were 1/2 what I was expecting to spend !!

Couldn t have asked for better service from Curt and the rest of the team here. Got a flat passing through town on a road trip and they were able to replace all 4 worn out tires the next morning in a timely manner. Bonus points for the great working desk in the lobby too

So, I originally purchased a set of tires through NW tire because I know someone there, this was in Bismarck. Anyhow, I blew a tire and needed a new one. No one had it so I ordered it to Minot, being that I work closer to Minot than Bismarck (still an hour away) . So one evening I high tailed it to Minot about 5 pm before they closed so they could simply put one new tire on a rim. Simple enough right?Well not only was i there for close to an hour (after they got my tire) , but I was asked if I wanted them to put it on for me. I was hesitant and he was pushy, so I finally said sure. So what seemed like he was helping me out, was in fact not the case. So after all was said and done I was charged an additional $20 (a 4 tire installation) for one tire AND they put it on the rim backwards so it DID NOT match the other 3 and took a piece of the rim off. Now being a place all about tires I expected a little more from them. It's very easy to notice they do not match. I was in a hurry so I was well out of minot before I noticed, but what was their excuse? I will take my business to the Bismarck location to get it resolved and if they attempt to charge me they'll never see my business again. And ill be sure to spread the word. I'll be sure to update this when my dilemma is resolved.

I dropped in with what I thought was going to be a major tire/alignment issue. They quickly diagnosed the problem (after I had misdiagnosed it) and I was back on the road with minimal cost. They were busy, but the wait time wasn't that bad, especially when you consider that I didn't have an appointment.

Called first thing in the a.m because nobody could help check out my car within a week, they got me right in, and fixed the problem! Very helpful, friendly, and reassured me with everything that needed to be done! Very appreciative!

Great PlaceThey took the time to figure out my issue and correct mistakes from another shop. They didn t charge me anything even though they could have. I will be getting my next tires from them do to this kind gesture. I find those that help you when they have nothing to gain should get the sale when the time comes for it.

They got us in and fixed the problem that someone else said they couldn't. I have always had luck with them and they have always helped with a smile on their face and great customer service. Highly recommend them!

They were able to program newly installed TPMS sensors for my 4th gen Toyota 4Runner within 30 minutes. I called 3 other tire places in Minot and none of them could do it, one even mentioned to go to the Toyota Dealership which was backed up 2 weeks because of appointments. I pulled up 30 minutes after calling NW Tire and they got it done. Shout out to NW Tire for properly programming the sensors and getting rid of the irritable light indicator on the dash.

They diagnosed my vehicle telling me to buy this part to have it fixed. They didnt have the parts on hand so they told me to buy it else where. After purchasing the part few other mechanic shops told me that they were wrong. And instead I needed a different part. So I spent $400 online for the wrong part. And NW tire is saying theyre not responsible. After they told me to buy the wrong part. They claimed to not be responsible because I didnt buy the part from them. But that's because they didnt have it in stock.

We had a couple trailer blowouts on our recent trip. They got us in and all set in about 30 minutes. Got us back on the road quickly.
