Have to share the way that Steve , literally, went the extra mile. My semi broke down 30 miles outside of town. When he finished his shift, he brought me out the part that I needed to get going. He saved me a tow bill. Very good natured and helpful!!

Only ever had good experiences with NAPA. Employees conduct themselves professionally and are prompt to help customers. NAPA has an excellent supply of tools. Also, the popcorn is a nice touch!

Needed new wipers on our Ram Promaster van. We didn t know what wipers to buy, could not get the old ones off, but the sales person stepped up to help us with everything. Since we are clearly useless, he just came out and put the new wipers on. I didn t catch his name, but thank you tall man, for helping us. We are now streak free and continuing our way across country.

I called ahead for a thermostat for my Dodge Grand Caravan. They had what I needed in stock and at a reasonable cost for the convenience of getting a part immediately. Sure we could have ebayed or Amazoned it but again, time matters for these things. Staff was friendly and helpful and had what we needed still pulled up in the system. My dad and son are swapping it as I type! Thankful for locally owned and operated business.

Always friendly and knowledgeable. Some of their parts are significantly overpriced compared to online stores. I don t mind paying extra to buy local but not 6x more. When I order of of Amazon it s cheaper and shipped right to my house. When I have to order here it s more expensive and I have to make another trip to town to get the part when it arrives. Overall I hope they can adjust to the current way most sales are conducted and survive because the employees are great and very helpful.

On 08/31/2019 roughly 8:00 am, I was stranded at a local hotel with both batteries dead (diesel). I called up this NAPA and gave the gentleman the part # I needed and explained my situation. I asked if they could bring they batteries to me and he did not hesitate. He said he would have someone there right away. In less than 30 minutes my batteries arrived. Everyone was professional and courteous. In this day and age in my travels this kind of quality service is hard to find. I am very pleased as well as extremely grateful for their service and professionalism!! Thank you guys!

Really helpful and they had the tool I needed. Ordered a product I need 2 cans of Liquid Wrench Dry Lube (almost impossible to find). Come in Tuesday, 2 days after ordering. I'm happy.

I love Napa.I stopped by to get windshield wipers they put them on for me ! The service here is the best. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Can't beat the customer service for a parts store. The majority of the staff are highly knowledgeable and have a great reputation of getting you the correct part in a timely manner. Sometimes there is a wait rather on the phone or at the counter due to the amount of walk in customers and dealerships requesting their services, but that's what you get when shopping at the best parts place intown. If you are looking for quality parts backed with a solid warranty or even the best popcorn intown this is the go to place to shop hands down. They have good sized parking lot that's also handicap accessible and clean public restrooms...Get The Good Stuff, shop at Napa

Knowledgeable Geeks friendly great customer service professionals, they can help you with your Auto Care here and now millennium style. Shopping here was like being a time to er auto experience they have it even if you don't see it just asked they will get it for you. .

Very fast at retrieving parts from the back and ringing up customers so there is rarly a line. The employees are great help, very polite, and do their best to get what you need. Great prices as well

Great place, big store and they have everything. Very good store to browse in.I took an alternator back that I bought from a different Napa a year ago and I didn't have any paperwork but they did a full free replacement. Thank you Napa

I used to use O'reillys for all my auto parts needs, recently because of their staff not knowing anything I have been coming to Napa. I love the people here and their very friendly and are more than willing to help. They most of the time dont have much of a wait and that's a deffinate plus. Napa has become my go to for auto Parts now. And their staff k ow something about vehicles which is always good in an auto parts store!!

Good service. Inconvenient location for me (four parts stores closer to my home). NAPA also tends to be higher priced from what I've noticed.

The staff is super helpful and inviting but there pricing is a little high but the good employees and coffee and popcorn make up for the price difference.

Went on a Tuesday to get some bulbs . Supposedly they close at 5pm but at 3pm the doors where locked . The staff just stood at counter looking down as if I did not see him .
