Was on a waiting list for the cp4 recall on my 2019 Cummins for 4 months with them knowing my pickup is deleted, the day before my appointment they inform me it needs to be returned to stock. Just a reminder to go out of state for sales and service. Made an appointment in Minnesota with a dealer who said it's no problem that it's deleted.

Well they deleted my last reviewThe buying experienceWas one of my least favorite things about this whole experience. My salesman and her boss called me and my wife liars when we told them the deal that our previous guy got us from that store. (This list can go on for a bit but..) I will never by another vehicle from them. Thank you Jordan and your boss for the far less than par experience. Only positive thing to say is the accessories department girls are hella good. Pretty much the most incompetent service department I have EVER tried to use. Can't keep a schedule at all. If you make an appointment, there is a good chance of not getting your problem resolved or even looked at before you need your car back. Not only did they not resolve the problem they made us late for other more important appointments. This was the third trio to the service department. Each time we had an appointment at least a month in advance. Each time the experience was awfull. If they didn't have the chrysler franchise and owe us parts they broke, it wouldn't break my heart to never use their service ever again. I'll drive to the next small town with a dealership instead of this headache.
