Came in for a car wash and left with a busted mirror. Talked to the gentlemen at the window and he apologized and stated that I should've pushed my mirrors in. At least he apologized.

I would totally recommend the place for a good car wash. The diamond wash is the way to go. Even got a spot to vacuum in side your car and rugs to wipe down the inside. Great place to wash the in and outside of your vehicle.

I absolutely love this car wash !!! We're from the south, so we don't have indoor car washes like this! Super phenomenal customer service and our cars get clean every time! The vaccuums are great as well!

By far the best automated conveyor style car wash I ve ever been too. Friendly staff, pre wash scrub and soak, great facilities post wash including towels, compressed air and vacuums.

Best of all, you drive neutral on strong brush on car wash, get off to the side and towel dry your own car. Towels and windex provided. Vacuums are free and high pressure air hose available at the vacuum stop. Either before or after you vacuum.

After running my truck through. There are streaks of pure unwashed area... it's only about 1 1/2 ft high on both sides, the entire length of the vehicle. Pathetic! Especially for the price they are asking.... highest price carwash I have found.

Best car wash in Minot , the guy in the window is very helpful and the guys in the tunnel are always working hard ! Love the free vacuums !

Out of all the newer car washes popping up in Minot, this one surprised me the most -- in a good way! Competition is tough throughout town, but the vacuums just seem better here.Service: VacuumingService: Vacuuming

My vehicle was very dirty. The attendant commented on it and stated it was a good day to get my car washed. I drove into the area. The same employee who took my money was spraying my driver s side. I bet he spent around 5 minutes to 7 minutes spraying the sides and front of my vehicle. In between spraying he had to go the cashier s side and take people s money. Never hurried when it came to cleaning my vehicle. I don t think this would have happened at another car wash. Great job!!! I wanted to give a tip, but he never opened the door when spraying and there was no one at the end to dry it. I would definitely recommend this place.

Been an unlimited customer for over a year. Pulled in line and gate never opened so I backed up after they let 3 other cars thru and honked horn and attendant didn t seem like he cared so I left and will probably cancel my unlimited washes and take business elsewhere.

I gotta praise the friendliness and welcoming staff. The wash is by far the best I've experienced in Minot. I'm more than impressed with the personal & professional care they give their customers.

Bought their Diamond wash for $25. Not impressed. Still had bugs on the front of the vehicle and the rear looked worse than before I went through. It rained the next day, and the rain water barely headed up on the top surfaces.

First time being here. Came on a Tuesday at 1050am. We waited in line until 1121am to get inside for a clean. I've never been to a cash wash that takes so long.I don't have a truck, but this isn't a good place to take trucks. We just watched 4 trucks have to back up because they couldn't fit to get in.

Been twice and both times employees had really great attitude s and we re very helpful in general. I loved that I could take my time really cleaning my interior with the free vacuums and didn t feel the anxieties of the vacuum running out of time any moment. The air compressor is a game changer and my favorite part. I went during a very nice and sunny busy Sunday and didn t feel rushed by the volume of patrons that were coming and going comfortably with the availability in vacuums stalls.Service: Vacuuming

The wash is great but unfortunately had a piece of the car ripped off by the machine and won t be back however the owner did fix it immediately thank you for that,,so today I went to the wash different car the wash does quite well when not ripping off parts of car but to the owner perhaps tell employees that initially spray off cars if ice is behind or around wheels I personally not want those kicked pushed or as the guy did before I stopped him use the sprayer and poke at I've because the owner will have a paint bill other than that was fine

Best car wash in town! I came in from the lake with sap and bugs all over my car. The guys took their time making sure I left with a clean car, not just trying to get another dollar out of someone. The only car wash in town i ll go to!!

Been through a few times with different vehicles . Car wash is great if your car never leaves town . Prep work from the attendants needs improvement. Management oversight ?

They are always so helpful and kind. My black vehicle is always a pain but they always make sure to get it clean even if it takes a second run thru. The vacuums are awesome and having some cleaner available is so handy and appreciated. Today I asked if they'd take some extra time on the rear of my suv and they pressured washed and scrubbed it all clean before It went through. I wish they had a soapy brush and spray for rubber mats over by the vacuums but maybe that'll come later Been using them since they opened and for the price they are the best in town.

I have the monthly pass for this car wash and it s the best experience I ve ever had. They are crazy about upkeeping all their equipment and the owner is very active in the business. Not only do they have the best car wash tech within 100 miles but they have almost no wait time in most cases. Their detail stations are on top, always stocked with good clean microfibers and vacuums have attachments that work for everything. Will never go to another wash!!

Saw they were finally open and decided to stop by. The staff seemed friendly, offering to help me select a wash on their kiosk because I had parked a little far and was struggling to reach. The overall wash was good. I got the ultimate $25 single wash (seems a little pricey compared to other car washes in town), but the savings would be in the unlimited plan. But I m still pretty new to the area so I m not sure how worth it those would be as the temps plummet in January/February. The used pressure washers to blast off the surface dirt/road grime off my car before I entered. I was a little disappointed there wasn t someone to wipe down the car at the end with a microfiber towel like at one of their competitors. But they focus on speed, which it was very speedy. I did like how their rail system guides you through the drier instead of stopping just ahead of it and making you guesstimate how slow you need to drive through it to get dry. Overall I m satisfied with my wash and I ll probably be back again!

Got the basic $13 wash since I knew my car was probably going to get pretty gross again with the melting snow. They did do a pre rinse by hand with pressure washers but after that there is no manual wipe down, just blowers. I'm actually fine with that because it feels like it is faster to get through. It was about 10 degrees when I went through and I feel like the blowers got almost all of the water off before I drove away. I would use them again.

Magic City Car Wash is an express car wash that strives to deliver the highest quality possible. All levels of wash packages receive the same level of preparation and receive undercarriage wash. The differences in the packages are that Bronze doesn't have tire shine and Silver, Gold, and Diamond have increasing amounts of waxes and sealants.So you can purchase with confidence the level of wash you need knowing that you will receive a great wash.For safety Magic City has installed plenty of lights and security cameras to keep the customers secure.Magic City also has free vacuums, air chucks, window cleaner, and supplies microfiber towels. The staff is friendly and helpful so if you have any problems or needs just talk to them.Update, they have added free bug prep!

Went through here for the first time today (mid-February) and seems this place has their business model sorted VERY well. Plus, there was no such service on the Northern side of town so it's nice to see someone thought of this and obliged.Prices are slightly higher than everywhere else, but this works out to be a good thing since they do offer more and there appears to be no time-limit to how long you can utilize equipment after your wash. I got the medium grade wash and wasn't disappointed. I drive an older '92 model car and really didn't need anything outside of getting the nasty off of the car but decided to try them out. A gentleman came out to make sure I knew exactly what I was getting for my first run through, didn't try to pressure me into anything and was super friendly.Wash is pretty gentle overall with pressure where needed and I feel like I can use it later for my garage queen if desired when it warms up. The tunnel is set up very well and in a way that there's an easy exit to have your car dried and vacuumed out (when it's not cold/busy... see below).Unlike other washes in town there are no servicemembers waiting at the end to dry your car for you, but they do offer rags for you to do this yourself along with vacuums that are constantly running. Seems as though you can take the time you feel is needed and dry your car, vacuum and detail the interior if you want. Plus, personally no one will take care of your car more than you do ultimately (I hope... you bought it Haha).Overall, I was VERY pleased with everything and as I live really close, I'm pretty excited for the summer to be able to wash my daily driver and just drive home to wipe it down if it's too busy.Only notes I'll give these guys and the general public:1. Due to the location/setup of the exit there's the potential to slide when it's cold out (though they can't help this really). They've done an active job at making sure signs are posted but we all know how water is when it freezes. I haven't been there when it's extremely busy either but hopefully these spots aren't blocked when it gets really busy in the warmer months with this particular setup.2. With this being North Dakota it would've been nice to be able to pull into somewhere warm to dry/detail my car while it is cold... Would even pay extra for this during colder months to make sure my car is taken care of... maybe consider converting 1 or 2 spaces and charging an extra 5-8$ for the convenience of not freezing while drying/detailing the outside of your car for maybe 30-45min... just a thought.Services: Auto detailing, Vacuuming
