I went to Magic City Auto to get some work done on my Honda because of a friend referral and they were great!! They were attentive to my repairs and got them done quickly! The guys were very communicative and I appreciated their realness and not trying to sell me something I didn t really need fixed. I will definitely be returning. It s not very often you leave an auto repair shop feeling good and happy. But I was very pleased with their service!

Got my vehicle in super fast (the next morning) and fixed the problems within the day and had my vehicle back in 24 hours. Excellent speed, knowledge, and customer service. Extremely friendly. Definitely recommend and would return.

Magic City Auto is honest and upfront. I brought my truck in for repair and I didn t realize I still had warranty. They could have just completed and charged me for the repair but didn t. Highly recommend!

The owners are trustworthy and friendly. They do good work here and it didn't take much time. Easy to schedule an appointment.Just adding to the previous review here. Magic City Auto and Truck Repair is a great place to take your vehicle. I haven't had any problems and the 2 vehicles that I bring to them are always maintained and repaired right. Also, the work gets done same day, the pricing is very fair and everyone from the front desk to the owners are friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend bringing your car and trucks here.

The service received was top notch. Ken recommended an air filter change and he wasn t pushy about it at all. Even though my vehicle was only in for an oil change and tire rotate; Ken truly cares about the entire vehicle and the customer behind the wheel. The entire staff at Magic City Auto & Truck Repair was a joy to work with. We are beyond GRATEFUL for the service we received from Magic City Auto & Truck Repair! We are a military family that was stationed in Minot 3 years ago & left our vehicle sitting in a storage unit, when we went overseas to Japan. Fast forward to now, we are finally making our way back to the US, but heading to WA. We decided to have our vehicle shipped to WA, but it needed to be serviced prior to- since it was sitting for so long. We towed our vehicle to Magic City Auto & Truck Repair & they took care of our battery, fluids & the whole 9 yards to prep it for pick up in ONE DAY! We had to call the company that was shipping our vehicle & tell them that our car was ready even sooner than we thought.They were quick & extremely communicative! Very friendly & knowledgeable. Prices are extremely reasonable as the turn around time was quick! Our car is now on its way to WA & fully operable for when we arrive!Thank you to Ken, Sara & the rest of the team! You made this whole ordeal stress free!

I would say that it is rare to encounter a true a man of God AND a mechanic in the same body, but Ken is the epitome of them both. I'm hearing-impaired, so I can't hear all of the sounds that my car makes. So when my mother told me that my brakes were squealing, I looked online, saw the 5.0 reviews, and quickly made my appointment here. Long story short, Ken and his associate thoroughly inspected my car and informed me that my brakes weren't the actual issue; it was something else that was an easy fix! They also gave my car a test drive just to see how it was driving overrall and gave me their professional opinion on the state of my car (which is, as he quoted, "a mechanically-sound vehicle"). If you're looking for an honest, patient, godly individual who knows cars, Ken is the person and this place is the spot! I was pleasantly surprised by the kindness and skill that enveloped both Ken and his associate. If anything goes wrong with my car in the future, this place will be where I take it to! I had a really great experience. Ken did a great job servicing and repairing my vehicle. His prices were also very reasonable.The reason I use Ken is I brought a vehicle to him for a repair, and he let me know of some other car parts that were in need or soon would be in need or repair. He told me with the age and mileage of my vehicle it would not be right for him to do the requested repairs unless I wanted him to, as the cost to fix everything wasn't in his opinion worth it. Ken could have just done and charged me for the repairs I had brought it in for, knowing it had other issues as well and would be in need of repairs again soon. Great people! We had just got done traveling 3 hours to come to the state fair, and our walker kids stroller was missing a piece of hardware; the wheel kept coming off. We walked over to the shop and asked if they had any hex nut so we could fix the stroller. They not only fixed the stroller, they took the time to thread the hex nut so it would fit better on the current stroller hardware. They went above and beyond. Their shop looked really clean and well organized. Friendly family owned run auto repair shop! I would take my vehicle to these people if I lived in Minot!

When your car have 10 years or more under the crankshaft, it's always scary to have to visit some repair shops when a problem shows up. It's my third visit at MCA&T Repair and I have only good words.They not just listen to you, they understand your concerns and they will try everything possible to help you by fixing (or doing a regular maintenance) your car and give you peace of mind.Ken makes you feel like a member of the family not just a client.Thank you to Dustin Vise to introduce me to them. We've been getting pulled over for our tail lights being out for months now but could never figure out what the problem was. We took it in to these guys to see if they could shed some light on the situation...turns out my husband is a ninny who had bought the wrong bulbs for our brake light. They were super nice about it, gave us new bulbs, and sent us on our way. Highly recommend them if you ever need any work done on your vehicles!
