I had an amazing experience with Jerome s through the entire process. Special shout out to Hannah, Brooke, and Josh who were super helpful and kept me in the loop the whole time. They handled speaking with insurance for me and all. Everything was incredibly easy and seamless to deal with. Got my jeep back looking brand new.

I got my hail damage fixed with Jerome's and they are really good at it. They will give you updates regarding your vehicle and they are very professional in what they do. They even clean my vehicle after and have some paper mats to keep my carpets clean. Kudos to the team!

Jerome's is one of the best around. They not only are professional and courteous, but they will go out of their way to ensure your repair is done right. They make you feel like you're not just a number on a paper. I had a minor issue with my repair, and they worked with me to get it rectified, even after I was out of the service area. The level of customer service is unmatched in the greater Minot-Bismarck area. Military friendly. A big thank-you to Scott and the women running the desks!

I have taken all my vehicles to Jerome's and have never been disappointed. The work that they do is amazing! The employees treat every vehicle as if it was their own. Just had my 2021 F150 worked on due to hitting a deer. There was significant damage found after the main estimate. They communicated very well with me about needing extra parts, that it was going to take a little longer, communicated that with my insurance company and rental company. Have had multiple vehicles fixed here over the years and they have never let me down. They have one of the best painters in town (Josh bossie) and best mechanic (Robert Rakness) I don't know how much your paying them but it ain't enough. You won't be disappointed jeromes will take care of you.

Scheduled an appointment to get an estimate. Arrived and everything was simple and easy. Had my vehicle looked at but too much rust and missing connection parts for them to work with. They did recommend other shops that might be able to help, which was greatly appreciated. Friendly staff, clean environment, I recommended them.

Just went into Jerome s today to see if they could help me with my doors that were having some issues, and I had THE BEST EXPERIENCE. I was only in there for less than 30 mins and they were able to adjust my door ASAP. I was expecting just to get an estimate done and then have to schedule to come back, but they were able to help me instantly. Their customer service is amazing and I 10 out of 10 recommend using them for any repairs you need!Service: Body & Trim

UPDATE: I just picked my car up from them repairing it again!! I would give 10/5 stars to this place! It was done quickly, looks great, awesome communication!! They always do excellent work & go above & beyond. My Tahoe looked brand new! The rims aren't easy to clean & it was long overdue.. that was just a huge extra they did for me as my tires & rims weren't part of repairs. Thank you to all who work here! You guys rock!They did a great job with my Tahoe! Staff was very friendly, also they had it done a day before originally quoted. Highly reccomend. My truck got clipped while parked. Jerome's is one of the centers that the insurance recommended and they did a great job for me. Everything went as Jerome's customer service said it would, the estimate is clear and easy to understand, and they were helpful and polite. I didn't get my truck repaired yet because I have a couple of other issues and will get them all repaired at the same time. I will use Jerome's to get my truck's cosmetic issues addressed.

First of all.. I am absolutely so amazed and proud of anyone working here. From the front line to behind the scenes. You guys are so awesome. I got hit & my entire back bumper got removed, not only did they replace the bumper, it LITERALLY LOOKED BRAND NEW. They even fixed the paint that got scratched that wasn t on the bumper. They washed my car (i hadn t gotten one in almost a year bc of my job/ ND weather so it was 100% noticeable), they even vacuumed out my car which is above and beyond what i expected. Staff was friendly, the work was done so fast . I don t usually write reviews but you guys absolutely deserve your flowers. Thank you a MILLION times & i will most definitely be recommending you to everyone i know. If anything happens again, you will be my #1 spot. Incredible business with an incredible team. Second time customer at Jerome's, I'd recommend this shop to anyone!Jerome's was recommended to me at work for being known for their high quality work, reasonable rates, and their military friendly reputation.The first time I needed their help I had just found that a car wash had left several long scratches across the top and sides of my brand new truck. The manager (Scott) found several more in his inspection, and had every scratch completely removed within a day. When the hours required to fix the truck went beyond the repair quote, Jerome's stuck to their original quote despite my asking to pay for the additional time.Happy with the work on the truck I took my wife's Jeep in months later for paint chips and a broken rear defroster. Local dealerships refused to solder the wiring back to the defroster, first saying they could attempt to do so for $95, then changing their mind and wanting to replace the entire window for $800, Jerome's was all for attempting a repair for a fraction of the cost. In a day they had touched up the paint chips, ordered and applied a soldering kit fix to the rear window defroster for next to nothing.Going above and beyond, Scott also applied a paint matched protective coat to the rusting roll-cage and gave us the touch up paint for future repairs for no additional cost.I can't recommend this place enough, especially to military customers. Excellent customer service, fantastic work, and more than reasonable rates.Services: Auto detailing, Paint repair

One of many best choices in life, taking my vehicle to get fix up with Jerome s Collision Center. The front desk staff members are very nice and have great costumer service. I am very glad bringing my business with Scott, very professional and great communication and knowledgeable with vehicles. Jerome's has become our "Go to" place for any type of body work on our vehicles. Over the past 3 years, we have used them 7 times. Each time has been great and NOTHING to complain about. The staff (and the owners) are very friendly, efficient, professional, and GREAT COMMUNICATION. I was NEVER left wondering what to expect or what is going on in the process of getting my vehicles worked on. Each time everything was always completed according to the timeline or ever sooner. We appreciate the way they treat the customers and the solid work they do. We will keep going back.Service: Body & Trim

We've had two vehicles repaired by Jerome's and we've been impressed both times with the service and quality of work. They clearly communicate expectations for repairs as well as the repair time. The whole process gives us peace of mind because we know the employees at Jerome's deliver on quality and pay attention to the details! Great place to deal with, Staff is friendly and always helped when needed. Quote appt was always about a week out. Other places can get about a month til they can schedule you. Great to work with and did very nice work. Seen many company vehicle repaired and always came back like new. The only missing star is due to price. Since I would only pay the deductible then the higher prices was picked up by the insurance. If I were paying out of pocket, this place is a tad higher than other places. Hope this review helps someone.

The ladies at the front desk always picked up the phone in a timely manner. Especially when my vehicle was done they would call me until I picked up or shoot me a text to inform me it was ready. As for the mechanical side, my vehicle looked brand new as of they purchased a new vehicle. I couldn't spot any mistakes or where the accident occurred at. It was just absolutely perfect! I believe this place to be the best place to take your car after a accident!

Jerome's is the best Auto Shop in Minot and one of the best I've been to in any state.Brooke, the ladies at the front counter and Scott were friendly and their customer service is second to none.I took my Tundra in to repair a side that was dented and I was constantly given updates on the entire process.They even finished my repairs in a timely manner. Pricing was fair and they didn't try to over charge me.

I took two trucks here at different times and they did an excellent job. They also have a good warranty on the parts they replaced. They kept me well posted while the trucks were in the shop and they cleaned it up nice before giving it back. I would definitely recommend Jerome s to anyone in the area. Very impressive job!

Scott and his team worked really well around my schedule. I had personal conflicts and rather than wait he moved forward with working with my insurance and secured an OEM door for my truck while I finished my plans. Once I dropped the truck off it just a little over a week to get it back but like everywhere else the pandemic hit his workforce so I know he got the truck back to me as quickly as he could. There was a small follow-up issue, I brought the truck in and Scott had it fixed in less than 20 minutes.He also had his team detail the scrapes on the side with the fixed door, polished and shined the entire truck. It look amazing and I m extremely happy with him and his teams work.Services: Body & Trim, Auto detailing, Paint repair

10/10 would recommend Jerome's for anyone needing work done to their vehicle. I was involved in a collision where my vehicle was totaled but I cannot express the amount of gratitude towards Jerome's for the amount of help they provided. HUGE shoutout to Brooke as she helped me lock down a rental car ASAP and kept me updated throughout the entire process, making it quick and smooth to settle with my insurance company and keep my mind at ease. I couldn't have asked for a better experience during a situation such as that one!!!
