Great folks up there, I had an issue in March with a frozen trailer hub and they were able to get me back on the road within a few hours. Great guys and prices were very fair. Thank you!

Had no problems scheduling an appointment and staff were helpful and friendly and took care of my problem in a timely manner I'd go back again if I needed any other work done on my SUV

I brought my truck in to change out tires for winter. Arrived at 7:40, they pulled my truck into the bay at 8:05, I didn t leave until 11:37. They told me that they had an issue taking off one of the rear tires. It has never taken more than 1.5 hours to change out tires. And to tell me it took more than an hour to get one tire off right .my gut is telling me that they didn t care that I was waiting for over 3 hoursAlso either they need to learn how to use torque sticks/torque wrench or they need to get them recalibrated. All of my tires were torqued to incorrect and inconsistent torque specs. Some were torqued over 175 ft lbs and some were torqued to under 120 ft lbs.My first experience was great compared to this one. I am not sure I will be back.***Update***I have not heard from the manager yet.Service: Auto tire replacement

I brought my flat tire to Harry s to get a nail removed. I had previously been to Minot Chrysler, where they told me that they couldn t patch the flat and tried to persuade me into buying 4 new tires for $1,000.00 when my current tires only had 12,000 miles on them.Harry s was able to fix my flat with no problem, and were very quick as well. I spoke with Dakota who was very easy to work with. He took care of my tire with no problem.Needless to say, I will be coming to Harry s in the future. Very happy with my experience.Service: Tires

I have always been very happy with this business until this past week. I went in to get my oil changed and asked them to check the tires. I was told that the front 2 tires were bad and needed to be replaced. I approved them replacing these 2 tires. When I came back 2 hours later to pick up the car they had changed all 4! The cost was almost $1100!! This put me in a severe financial bind! So now I have to choose, do I get my prescriptions or by groceries?

My first experience with Harry's Tire Service was really good. I had tires mounted on my freshly powder coated wheels. Service was reasonable, quick, and they didn't mar the outer lip of the wheels mounting the tires.I needed new rear tires mounted to my rear wheels, (I also wanted an alignment done if needed, this was a mistake) so I made an appointment and drove out 80 miles to have the service performed. I told them I'll be sticking around. They failed to mention that I would be there for 5 hours waiting for the service to be done. (even though I had an appointment)After waiting for 5 hours, my car was finally ready to go. After driving my car down the highway I noticed that I had two issues. The steering wheel was off center and my car didn't feel planted when accelerating like it used to. I ended up taking my car to another shop to have the steering wheel corrected and that shop said my camber was not adjusted properly. After having a proper alignment done, my car now handles like it should.So not only did Harry's Tire Service screw up my alignment, they also marred my wheels when mounting the tires. I had to use clay and polish to remove the marks around the outer lip of the wheel.Harry's Tire could improve their service with better communication and maybe not an overworked tech. It was never communicated to me that an appointment doesn't guarantee the work will be done at that time. The fact I had to wait at the shop for 5 hours after my scheduled appointment is unacceptable. A poor alignment probably could have been corrected here, but I would have to drive out to Minot again and it just wasn't worth my time and effort at this point.

Wonderful group of folks who value their customers. Troy is the man that helped me; his aid in getting my blown out tire repaired was fast, professional, and affordable! It is not often I put down 5 stars, but this business has not disappointed yet!

Was told tires are a first come first serve. Walked into Harry's at 8:03, was told 3 people in front of me. Decided to wait(needed tires balanced). It is now 10:00 and there are still 2 people in front of me. Never coming back. Finally got my vehicle in at 10:30. After the 2 people who were in front of me left. See how long it takes to balance tires. The guy who was talking to me was more than happy to just letting me walk out. Will never come back. Have bought a few sets of tires from you in the past. I know that a guy who was in here while I was also made the comment that he would never be back. So 2 customers in 1 day you will be losing.

Dropped off vehicle for tire repair and alignment over a week later drove back 45 minutes to discover after phoning to make sure it was finished and ready to pick up. They did not repair tire and charged premium prices. So we sit waiting in the parking lot going on 2 hours nowServices: Tires, Wheel alignmentServices: Tires, Wheel alignment

They rotated and balanced my tires. They were unable to do my alignment. Due to specialty equipment required. They found and recommend a different shop that could accomplish the work. I am very happy with the service I received.

They tried to overcharged me for a service that was supposed to be done in an hour. I sat there with a 2 month old for nearly 4 hours! A replacement that I could have done and have done on my own vehicle, unfortunately I did not have my tools from being out of state. Part of the hour wait was from the mechanic going on lunch. If I didn't have my newborn, it may have been a bit more differently, and thabk goodness for the popcorn they had to munch on.

I have taken my truck and many of my work trucks to tire shops and repair shops all over the city of Minot and Harry's has by far been the best experience. Every time I am in they take care of me and work with me no matter the situation. Always trying hard to get an ordered item in as soon as possible, making phone calls to find a part when it couldn't be found, showing me exactly what is going on with each situation, explaining things in detail, even giving me rides to pick up a spare tire or a ride to the house while my vehicle is being worked on. Tim is a great guy and the rest of the staff are great as well. The environment is great too, always laughing and joking around, it makes a guy want to be there. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to service their vehicle in the area and I will bring ALL of my business to Harry's Tire as well!

Made an appointment with tires plus at 10 am, they made me wait all day thinking my vehicle was getting worked on only to get a call at 530 that it didn't get done. I called Harry's to make an appointment for the next day and they were pretty busy and told me that I could drop it off and if they had some time they'd get it done but it was low priority. Dropped it off at 8 am and get a call by 10 that is was done. They charged me 100 dollars less than tires plus. What didn't get done in 7+ hours at tires plus was done in 2 at Harry's! Thank you so much

My daughter's tire was punctured by a nail. Unfortunately it couldn't be repaired. Harry's Tire Service was completely professional and accommodating in putting a new tire on her car as well as changing the oil in her vehicle. All work was done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this shop and would go back for any additional service.

Friendly service and good prices. Stopped in to have a flat repaired (which it turns out was not repairable) and they helped me to find a used tire for much cheaper that would help me last until I needed a whole new set. When companies don't automatically try to upsell me to more expensive options that is always a good sign to me, I'll be back here again.

Went to have alternator replaced. The power steering pump is only 2 weeks old. Had to take it back in so they could fix that. The vehicle was running smoothly with almost all new parts. Yet now it is running like its going to die. Spark plugs are new wires are new. Yet it is running way worse. Not sure what to do now. This has been a trip to minot every day for 3 day costing money to drive a hour here and a hour home everyday. Had to borrow a van from a friend that did not have heat. So with tonight being in a wind chill warning we have to drive this van not knowing what else they messed up. Will not be going back here I will go 2 hours away to Bismarck from now on. Gave them a chance he said it could be that the pump was leaking all the fluid out now that has been fixed by now all the fluid should be gone and its just getting worse. Please for all things right people take your vehicle elsewhere. I mean I thought 4.2 rating was good. But from now on I will go to a shop that I know even if it means having to pay someone to take it in. Because I am worried about what else they messed up and now ending up on the side of the road froze to death over them half doing there job.

Incredible service and people to deal with! They don't try to cheat you or sell you something you do not need. They go above and beyond to save you any type of money! I want to personally thank Willard for being such a gentleman and having patience while going above and beyond by adding different wheel options to my truck so I could choose the ones I wanted! Thank you everyone who helped me that day!

I have had 5 star service every time. Car , pickup , small trailer , and now a Semi truck. Feb 2016. I came in with 2 flats on Semi, needed repairs. They got me in even though it was 10 min to closing on a Saturday. Always good service.

Very unprofessional shop, they take shortcuts and do not care about doing the job correctly. Guys behind the counter let me stand there for 5+ minutes waiting for while they talked about motorcycles. The guy that helped me ignored my frustration, customer satisfaction is last on their list.

They do not take appointments apparently, I called to see about having my tires rotated (that I purchased from them). They said to just come in so got there at 10:00, they said it would be at least 2 hour wait. I asked to be put on the wait list, came back at 12:30 and waited about 25 minutes before deciding to just leave. Sorry Harry's, my time is important to me.

My kids n I broke down just outside of minot . they shuttled us all since tow truck couldn't fit us ..then had us fixed up very quickly . Mara was extremely helpful, so sweet, and I can't be more grateful for her! Highly reccommend!!!

Made an appointment to get a block heater installed in my Ford Escape. I was thinking that it would take at least a month to get an appointment because that was what I had heard it was taking for this sort on install.Harry's Tire got me an appointment the following week. When I had to cancel that appointment due to some unforeseen issues popping up, they got me another appointment for the week after. They let me drop off my car beforehand (I live out of town quite a ways and I could only bring it in over the weekend).When I called on the appointment day to check if it was ready, they had the block heater installed and told me that they were also doing a flat repair because my left front tire was flat that morning. I thought this was great and really appreciated them taking the initiative to just repair the tire instead of changing to my spare and letting me know after the fact.I will come back to Harry's Tire for service and my next set of tires! Great guys.

It took awhile but I had several things checked out. They didn't have the tires I wanted in stock so they had to be ordered. It's expected to be about a month before my tires come in... which is disappointing. Everyone was pleasant to work with and I will return to have my tires put on. I plan to continue to use them for my auto service

Had a blow out on HWY 2 headed to Williston. My spare tire was brand new. I threw that on and the next day I went around Minot looking for a used tire to use that would be my new spare.I started at tires plus. They were very nice and informed me that they don't carry used tires. They redirected me to Harry's.When I walked in I waited for someone to call me to the counter. I asked if they would have a used tire in my size that I could use for my spare. The representative seemed very bugged with my question. In a condescending tone he proceeded to tell me that I'd be better off digging around the junk yards.I asked him to price out a new tire so that I could compare prices with tires plus. He then rolled his eyes and unhappily asked what I needed. He told me the price of a new tire as he was walking away from me as if he was wasting his time helping me. Like he "knew" I wouldn't buy a new one.I have four trucks and drivers. Little did this guy know my company is going very well and will be in need of a few sets of tires in the near future.Needless to say I went back to tires plus, purchased a new tire and spoke with the GM. He promised that I would always be treated with respect and courtesy. They've earned my business. I will never go to Harry's again.I'd like to add that I am in no way affiliated with any other tire store... I'm just relaying what I encountered. It was bad enough that I'm wasting my time writing this long review in hopes to:- save people from dealing with horrible customer service- show the "family owned business" of Harry's that the consumer has a voice as well

The shop is first come, first serve. They got to mounting 4 new tires right away after I arrived. The price was agreeable; right where you would expect it to be.
