Have taken work vehicles here for a while but was disappointed that a young employee did some minor damage to my work truck when pulling in to the shop. The shop worked with my work to make it right, but it was still a frustration.**Benefit of the doubt, went back a few months later, called the day before to go the list of things needing to be completed. Was assured several times all would be done and if not, they would communicate with me so I could let work know. 3 minutes till close and no communication. I called and explained that if I don t have my truck, I can t work. They finished the oil change by keeping Simone there late.Want to like these guys but bad communication, scratches on my truck and broken promises mean I won t be back. The guys are nice, but nice doesn t fix bad service.

Called them 1 minute before they closed. They answered the phone and were very eager to help. I was looking for 2 specific tires which they happened to have in stock, and asked if they could stay open for a few extra minutes so I could come grab them quick and they were very willing to help. All the staff I dealt with was very friendly and happy to help. Will definitely return for more tire needs!!

They moved just past flying J going south west on hwy 2 I took vehicle there for a few leaked they straightened this issue out a day later my check engine light came on I called to make an appointment to have that fixed they gave me the run around I would ve have four stars but instead for this they get three stars Firestone AKA POMPS TIRE

I have been a customer for years In the last six months I have bought tires from the Minot store. But I learned today that if ask for a quote make sure and don't do it over the phone go get it in writing. All I wanted was to get four tires balanced and a week ago I call and was quoted 10 dollars per tire.Today I call and was going to have the tires balanced and I was told that it was 20.00 per tire. And I told the person I was told 10.00 per tire a week ago. And the person today told me I WILL NOT DO IT FOR 10.00 PER TIRE. So I said ok and called NORTHWEST TIRE IN MINOT GOT IT DONE FOR 10.00 A TIRE AND GUESS WHO WILL BE DOING MY TIRES AND WHO I WILL RECOMMEND NEXT TIME IT WONT BE FIRESTONE.

I needed new tires pronto before my trip. They got me in right away and for about $200 cheaper than anywhere else in town. Friendly staff and quality service! Thank you!

I go to Firestone for all my maintenance that doesnt require my dealer's attention. Thsyre very helpful and make sure you're aware of anything that could become a problem without trying to push you to spend more money on parts or labor. Brian helped me save hundreds on labor on my second visit to replace my rotors. I would definitely suggest asking for him at the desk!

Had an appointment but they didn't get my tire fixed in time, I was late for work. My car sat on curb for 45 minutes. Won't be back

It is Pomps Tire now. Super friendly staff and you have professional service every time. No other place to go to get treated this well.

BAD ETHICS. I don t foresee this company being in business much longer due to terrible customer service and poor work ethic. You reap what you sew
