Love this place. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a great deli. A great assortment of drinks. A wide variety of snacks and merchandise. And they have life bait. Great prices.

This place will always be my favorite gas station in minot. Yes, the workers are a hit or miss, but the place is always spotless, regardless of the time of day you visit. I like how the bathroom is set up to where you can use the north door, go quick and come right back out without getting in the middle of everyone else trying to exit out the main door.

After scouring the town for limited edition food and drinks this has become my 1st stop. They are the 1st and often only location in town that gets whatever new item is out, even beating out the grocery stores.

Immaculate bathrooms and showers! Amazingly comforting trucker lounge! Never crowded, always parking available. No long lines to fuel. Competitive pricing on all products. Friendly staff. All around one of the few things I look forward to in my weekly runs to North Dakota!

This place is hands down the nicest, cleanest, and most customer focused convenience store in Minot. Whether for fuel, propane, convenience items, vehicle maintenance, or anything else, this place is the best of the best. The workers are helpful and kind, and the manager (Alma) is one of the nicest and most helpful people that I've met in Minot. She's willing to go the extra mile to ensure that every customer she helps is happy and satisfied. Best fuel/convenience store here. Thank you Alma and all of the staff that works there, you are all absolutely great.

Nice, clean, great customer service & friendly employees.My friend was throwing up on their curb after her going away. We offered to clean it up, but the employee declined and cleaned it up herself immediately (which we felt horrible about). She was also helpful in making sure my friend got everything she needed by means of hydration & migraine medicine for the next morning :)Every time we fill up here it's an enjoyable experience.

Clean RV Dump station. I'd give the dump station a 5 for being clean but we needed potable water too. We couldn't find a water station. Inside store is neat and clean. New modern station easy in and out.

Typical convenience store prices. The selection is absolutely amazing but the hot food is so so. I'm not quite sure why they would charge you $32 for a half and half Pizza but hey they got to make money somehow. Also there is no music inside this store. When you walk inside it's dead silent and awkward feeling. Plus the gas is typically $0.10 more than most places.

I called twice to order a pizza. I was transferred to the kitchen both times and no one answered. so I drive up there and there was no one in the kitchen. so I walked up to the registers and told her I called twice and was just at the pizza counter and no one was back there. she said they are back there. I said you want me to walk into the kitchen. she didn't say a word and went back to the kitchen to get someone. I thanked her. she just stared forward wound make eye contact and didn't say a word.just want you to know superpumper down the street was more than happy to make me a pizza!!! rude employee...

DO NOT BUY DIESEL FROM HERE. Bought premium winterized diesel from here and my fuel gelled up within 5 miles of leaving the pump in -10 F temps. Even after putting in additive. Ran 200 miles or so a week before in -30 F temps with fuel from another station with no issues.

My son was traveling thru today when he had an allergic reaction to a bee sting. I cannot thank the ladies enough for watching over him while waiting for Benadryl to take effect and help to arrive, and assuring me on FaceTime. ND moms helping each other out!

Nice big travel plaza has a wide assortment of items and hot food haven't tried there car wash and is out a bit and only one way exit into Broadway but it's very nice and usually pretty clean

One of my drivers was turned away at Minot AFB due to some miscommunication. I got that corrected.My driver didn't have any cell service out there. I was trying to get him home before Christmas so I needed his load dropped that very day. Well, I called the plaza and one of the ladies went out there and relayed a message to go on back! AND one of the Sergeants sponsored him! Merry Early Christmas!

Well this is my first time to this facility and it was just unbelievably clean it's vastly open excellent customer service just unimaginable how beautiful this place is on the inside vastly open. A definite ***** experience. I will pass on going to Pilot from here on.

Very clean for a gas station, well laid out and sells quite a bit of items. My only complaint is that they have a small selection of drinks.

Provides a large section of food and other travel items. Not the easiest place to access however, regarding location and getting in and out of it (one way access and north of the bypass means it's a little out of the way.)
