Was rushed, and nothing got done while there for an hour and a half. Needed major issues addressed about the new vehicle i bought from a different dealership. it was a was a 2023 hyondai venue with 14k on the vehecal. Please be ready to be rushed for nothing. I had to pay out of pocket to see if there was a warrant on it. Had to leave with 1 passinger airbag missing vary bad situation. Beware!!!!!

I bought a palisade from them in May, they were great! I recently had to come in for an oil change/tire rotation and they were able to fit me in that day. Had the shuttle take me to a doctor appointment and pick me up. They worked fast and everyone there seemed happy to work there and friendly. Somehow was missing a couple lug nuts on the tire and they replaced them for me and waived the cost, just genuinely helpful good people.

Well I had a appointment at 3pm for a oil change, inspection and tire rotation....it took 2 hours!! This is the 2nd one I have had done to my car. The first in Edmond OK. - now that one was quick and I got a inspection sheet after it was done as well as the rep going through everything with me. Not to mention the waiting room was comfortable unlike Don Bessette in Minot! Extremely uncomfortable chairs!!!! Sitting on those for 2 hours was excruciating!! I received no inspection sheet just a "your car is done, let me take you to check out and your car is outside around the corner"! If your going to have a waiting room give a few comfortable chairs, snacks and maybe charging ports....I took a few pics of this room.

My wife and I were on our way home and stopped at Bessette Hyundai to see when we could have our 2023 Tucson serviced, oil and filter, rotate tires, etc. Met with the Service Advisor, quite pleasant man, and told him what I needed and when could we have it done. He asked " When would you like to have it done " I responded " In the next ten minutes would be great ! Fully expecting to get an appointment for the following day, or week."He said, " Let me see what I can do "Well, to shorten this story up a bit, he said, " Bring the car to the Service entry, and we will get busy."That was at 3 pm, and after a short wait in the customer lounge, he appeared a little later and handed me the key.Really good service, really quick to respond to customer needs.I guess that is why we have been Bessette customers for over 10 years.Keep up the good work.Richard in Westhope

Vehicle had issues while on road trip from Regina Saskatchewan to St Augustine Florida. This dealer bent over backwards to diagnose the problem, arrange for parts and assist us in our travel plans as the New Year approached. Great service and efficient friendly staff. The customer service was great Terry took a time about a year ago and said I will call you once I get the type of vehicle you want and truly he did and not only call me but guide me through all the process and the funding officer was also exceptional. Kudos to all of you at Don Bessette.

Tamae and Hannah were amazing. Had zero intentions of getting a Hyundai. Tamae approached me, while in my mustang that wasnt snow friendly, even before the dealership opened and spent 3 hours working patiently with me and answering all my questions, honestly. She was not pushy and that overall makes her spectacular in my eyes. She definitely went above and beyond to get my trust, enough to where I paid cash for my new Santa Fe.Hannah also was very descriptive with all the different options of added coverage, she has an amazing personality and sense of humor which made that part delightful.If I could suggest who to go to for your next Hyundai, I would strongly suggest Tamae. She is an excellent representation of Hyundai and I definitely would buy my next car from her as well.Thank you Tamae and Hannah for the experience. You both are amazing ladies.

Had a recall done. Appointment was at 11, got there and checked in at approximately 10:30. Advisor was nice and friendly. I said that I would wait, even though the recall would take about 5ish hours to complete. I looked in the shop at 12:20-car was in the shop but on the ground still. (Recall is an underside corrosion prevention spray and dry). At 12:30, the vehicle was in the air to get sprayed. At done with its recall and I had keys and paperwork in hand ready to leave at 1:00... 40 minutes to do a quoted "5ish" hour job? Seems a little fishy to be honest. Has me questioning the service department a bit.

Always excellent and very quick service. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly on the phone and in person. They even accommodated me very kindly when I showed up a day before my scheduled appointment. I would trust them with any future repairs and all routine maintenance, I would not take my car anywhere else. I highly recommend Don Bessette Hyundai.

We purchased our first vehicle with them upon arrival. The Chevy equinox has been good to us as a family car but decided to go with Hyundai for my personal vehicle. Terry was so good to us and we never felt the pressure from the dealership when working with him. He really helped us out. I decided to go back to them form my personal vehicle and worked with my friend Kayla short. They were kind and understanding and would recommend them to anyone. I was in between a Toyota, Honda and Hyundai since I've owned all 3 vehicles in the past and they were all good to me. Hyundai seemed to have the best warranty and better looking car i.m.o which matters when you're spending thousands on a vehicle. do your research ahead of time and definitely stick to AWD out here. My tucson does drive so much better on snow than the equinox btw. It all depends on your wants, needs and budget. Check with local credit unions on your approval as they seem to be better than USAA which is what alot of military families go with initially. They will help you find the beat deal with banks here but it always helps to be prepared and now what you want and expect.

Traded in truck this past weekend. Very pleased with the customer service received. While waiting for the paperwork for the traded in vehicle, our salesman, Jason B bought us lunch, washed and vacuumed the car. Left with a nice new vehicle . Had some issues with my car and decided to schedule a diagnostic testing. They were great! Especially Randy! Extremely informative, personable and definitely made the experience a lot better and smoother! I ve been trying to get help with my car for the past month or two, everyone I talked to was rude, short or annoyed with questions on the process. Besides Don Bessettes! Mike was fantastic. He was very kind. He treated me with respect and didn t talk down to me. I was in for services that took about three hours and Mike gave me a loaner, they washed my car, answered my questions and even helped me put my bags in my car! Best experience ever.

They are okay. I have had my car serviced there twice so far. I drive 90 miles one way to get to this Hyundai location which is the closest one to my home. I combine the trip with other errands, so the distance has been manageable. The first time they didn't fix my car fob as I had asked them to. They also didn't include a printout of the multi-point inspection. This last visit they took 90+ minutes to do an oil change, change out front wiper blades & do the multipoint inspection. They did include the printout this time. They didn't fix my car fob again saying, "the guy who reprograms the fobs is busy".Not sure it is worth the trip to this Hyundai dealer for service.

They did a wonderful job of getting our truck up and running in tip top shape. Done in a timely manner and pleased with them keeping us up to date on the issues. The truck is about 20 years young so it needed a fair bit of repairs but well worth the price. They were very fair to us on that account as well. Don Bessett has been fantastic to work with since the day we bought our vehicle. Every person we have ever worked with has been pleasant and helpful. Last night, I was dropping off my car for service after hours, and a salesman who was off work came over and unlocked the service door so I didn t have to leave my car outside. That was above and beyond service! He could have looked the other way, and I wouldn t have thought a thing of it. The service department is top notch. They are always efficient, and their prices are reasonable, which is saying a lot these days!
