Ms Star Nass from service department is Awesome! Very attentive, professional and helpful with customers. She has help me with many issues regard my truck when is come about service and warranties issues. Ryan Chevrolet should give her a promotion.

Reposting, since original was hidden.Came in for an oil change. During my wait, one of the technicians comes into the waiting area holding an air filter. "[make & model]?" Not my car. "Ma'am what's your car?" I answer. "Yup yup, this is your air filter, want a new one?" No thanks.You asked for a different car owner then proceeded to show me an air filter that is NOT EVEN THE CORRECT ONE for my car.This was my first time being at Ryan Chevrolet and will also be my last. Thanks for showing me how you scam people so I don't waste money in the future and can warn other individuals.

All I asked for was an oil change and check tire pressure. It took over an hour. I set up the appointment so they knew make, model, and year they didn't have an oil filter on hand and never told me about it. They had more than enough time to make sure they had an oil filter on hand.

Was on a trip to Minot, this was the only service dept still open after 3 on a Saturday, had a issue with my alternator not charging the battery, and they said it was a bad battery, alternator was fine. Put in a new battery $325 later, and the next day, same issue. Now they don't want to stand behind the work and take the battery back. My original battery was 1 month old, and fine. They don't stand behind their work, and will not admit to nor fix their mistakes. I would avoid any Ryan dealership at all costs. You would be better off looking on the internet and diagnosing yourself. What a joke!!!Service: Electrical repair

I had an appointment but they took it in early. Fluid, filters & tire rotation in less than 45 min. Great Experience

Great service. I drove from Rolla to Minot today. Upon my arrival I heard a tapping sound, metal screw in my left rear tire. Ryan drive through service fixed my tire immediate and I was on my destination. Thanks a million, Ryan chevrolet

Well got my used car into there they needed a 2k bill done when my car had come there by the past owner like what?! All i wanted was an oil change now i have leaks...??? Now i need to take it back cuz it says needs oil change soon...i was just there 3 months ago n i only drive in town n take my son to school...not happy i rhink they take advantage of women honestly...go else where ladies #singlemamanomoney2spend

Scheduled 100k mile standard maintenance over a week in advance and they call me 2 hours after I dropped it off to tell me they forgot to look to see if they had the part....

Brought my car in to get a recalled part replaced and made an appointment, unfortunately the parts were not yet available. Then I was told it would take 4-5 days for the parts to come in. Here it is over a week later and I still haven't gotten a call. We'll have to wait and see
