Buying a car from alex moe was a fantastic experience! Super transparent about the car's condition and he made the whole process smooth and easy. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a vehicle!!

Sold me a lemon. Lasted less than 2 weeks before I found out I'm looking at AT LEAST 2,500.00 in repairs. Mechanic assures me that stop leak was used before I left with the vehicle. Don't buy from Cartiva, my two kids and I are stuck home alone for Christmas because of them, and even more so, without a vehicle.

Worked with Alex and Jake they were very upfront and honest about the vehicle I was looking at told me to get it inspected and it ended up being a simple repair highly recommended shopping here!

DO NOT BUY FROM CARTIVA My sister bought a car today from them and it drove for about 1 hour before it broke down!!! IT IS NOW SITTING ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD DID NOT LAST THREE HOURS! SCAMMERS LOOKING TO RIP OFF EVERYONE!!!!!

Drove 3hrs to pickup a car that was on hold for me. I was already pre approved just had to hand them the money. They knew how far I was driving from so they took my info put it into the computer & said they would hold it until 2pm for me. Literally not even 5min from Cartiva at 1:45pm, they messaged me & asked if I d like to look at other SUV s as the one I was coming to see was sold the day before. Drove 6hrs for northing. Very disappointing & makes you realize why you never trust a car salesman.

These guys sell decent cars/trucks that are going to need repair as soon as you get it home. Some have serious problems so bring a mechanic when you check these out.

I was in great need of a new car, and fast. I have 3 kids and found out my transmission was about to go out in my other car but needed something reliable. Jesse Baker was there after hours finishing a sale when I decided to ask if he could hold a vehicle that I was extremely interested in until tomorrow when they opened. He told me it was no problem and let me test drive it, do all the paper work, and i drove the car home that night. We got done at about 9pm and the store closes at 6pm. Jesse went above and beyond for my family and i am truly greatful!

They walked me through the process with ease making this sale a pleasant as advertised experience.I purchased a high-quality used vehicle that was superb in condition and very reasonably priced." Saw a car I wante, Jesse let me test drive it, and I ended up driving away with it that same day. Very smooth process, he walked me through everything very painlessly and he was genuinely a positive guy. Later on whenever I want another used car I will most definitely look at this place again.

I had a great experience with these guys! Jesse Baker was who helped me, super cool guy. The rest of the team was very friendly and helped me out. They don't offer financing on the clearance vehicles, however, so make sure you are ready to pay up front or get a loan. Highly recommend; ask for Jesse!

Bought a 2002 Toyota Highlander and Jim helped was a wonderful sales associate. He was a no pressure, very informative type of guy. He put up with my plethora of questions and if I had one that stumped him he would pull out his phone and make the necessary phone call or Google search to find the answer. We found out on the lot that the vehicle had a dead battery, and he had it replaced (FOR FREE) right there, on the spot, same day. He talked me through all the paperwork and answered all of my questions and I left the lot that same day in less than 2 hours, in a car I've had zero problems with since I purchased it. I would definitely recommend Jim and the Cartiva Clearance Center to anyone looking to buy a used car at a reasonable price with no issues.

I bought two cars from Cartiva. Jesse was my sales man for both. At Cartiva they allow you to test drive all the cars to your hearts content. There s no sales pitch. You go to this place knowing that it is a as-is joint. It is like a gamble. You could go there and find a really nice car or something that falls apart if you don t do your homework. I recommend taking the time to drive around town, take it to a shop, have it checked out or come back a few days to get a good feel of whatever vehicle you are interested in. Oh don t go to North west tires for your PPI aka inspection and don t take any loans from One Main Financial (thank me later). Israel and Jesse are both solid. You can find good cars at Cartiva.

The salesman Jim was awesome. It got pretty busy while I was there and he helped everyone quickly and with a smile and even answered the phone also. He was super awesome when it came to my 2 boys being absolute demons the entire time we were there so thank you so much for that Jim! Really appreciate your help and kindness!

We are angry at them for not telling us last year it's bad one week ago, we got pads, rotors, armrods broken. People from work suspect someone owner brought it and broken it. We will call them tomorrow and wanted it back moneys and get different truck or file sue them.
