Extremely excellent customer service!!! Because Bullet had the absolute best price quote for my 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan transmission, we traveled from out of town to use their shop. No hidden fees (as promised during the quote), no upselling. Just honest, open communication from the office and mechanic. He also came in on a Saturday to take my payment and go over the work done. Would 100% recommend Bullet Transmission!

Highly recommend! Rob quoted me for a rebuilt transmission, which was half the price of a brand new one from the dealership. He was able to get me in and scheduled that very next Monday. My suburban was finished within a few days. We had to wait a week before we could pick it up and they were very understanding. My truck drives great and I couldn t be happier. Most definitely will be doing business with them again for any future transmission needs.

Bought a used pickup with a transmission rebuilt by them. It's hands down the best shifting and tightest "RE" Dodge transmission I've ever driven. I will not hesitate to go through them for future work

They had my truck done within a week when I took it in and they explain the warranty it has and they did excellent work and got it back nice and it was clean and since I've had it back there's been no issues. I recommend these guys if you need your vehicle done

They replace my transmission at a decent price.Knowing those things runs expensive they helped by finding the cheaper and good enough transmission so I m grateful for them. Would recommend.

Had my 97 dodge transmission rebuilt with heavy duty torque converter and shift kit..transmission is doing awesome and shifts great.. they had absolutely no problem taking a look at the trans after I was hearing a weird noise and it turned out to be the catalytic converter.. They are the only transmission shop in town that I'll use.A mechanic friend recommended them, and I'm so glad he did. They won't overcharge you or take the easy and more expensive route. Replacing a transmission is usually the easy button with many transmission shops, but they flushed mine multiple times and replaced the transmission line clamps with the correct ones when the body shop accidentally used the wrong ones. They got the transmission working properly for much less than a new transmission or rebuild.Thank you!!

I fixed my own transmission without realizing I would need to run a quick learn function on my pickup. Bullet helped me out, they ran the function for me and without an appointment and the gentleman told me since it only takes a few minutes to do he didn't want to charge me for it. I've got another transmission I need rebuilt and I'm bringing it here. Its these types of things. The little things where a guy makes a slight mistake and you can come in clutch and help someone out. Those are the kinds of things that get people to come back. More businesses need to understand that. He could have easily gotten 50 or 100 bucks out of me because I have no need for the tool required outside of this one time use. They helped me out and I'm greatful enough to become a customer. And there's no better way to say thank you than coming back when you need more work done. Not to mention it was another mechanic that sent me here for this. They came recommended from another mechanic that I think is a great mechanic and I can confirm these guys are good and good people too.

Probably a fine place for transmission work.I called twice and spoke to two different people, each time being promised that I would receive a call back. That never happened. Very frustrating customer service.(UPDATE: I added a star because once I brought my car in, I got it fixed quickly and for an affordable price. The mechanic is great )

I had this company regear my 4x4. I should start by saying that the re-gearing works well just as you would expect. The problem comes from being told that the vehicle was ready for pick up. $1700 later the rear locker was stuck on, ABS and other dash lights were on. Like most customers I am looking at this from a non-mechanic perspective. When I inquired about the problems I was told I needed to take this to a different shop to have these issues corrected as they do not deal with the electronics. I feel when you re paying that kind of money to a company that says we can do the job, they would make sure it was complete before they tell you to come pick it up, even if that means they take it to the other shop to finish it. I spent the next SIX weeks with an un-drivable vehicle trying to get answers as to what is needed to have this corrected. I honestly felt that once they were paid, bullet transmission washed their hand of the problem and offered little to no advice or assistance. I would give them a high grade regarding the work they did, but the lowest grade possible regarding delivering the customer a vehicle with a incomplete job. I spent $1500 on the gears they told me they could not get (which I found and ordered the first day I started looking for myself) I spent $1700 to have bullet transmission install the gears and return to me an un-drivable vehicle (at least not without jeopardizing the rear tires) And as of this review I have no idea how much it will cost me at the other shop to have this corrected.

Hello,Bullet Transmission Tore Up My Vehicle. I have multiple sources of evidence verifying such. I'm trying to make contact with Bullet Transmission to get this resolved I've sent emails, and I called twice yesterday afternoon with no answer (after he cussed me out in a phone conversation prior). Someone, anyone?! Bullet Transmission did something really bad to my vehicle. Can you have Rob contact me so we can get this resolved please?Please help!!

Bullet Transmission was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problems with my transmission. The work was done quickly and at a very affordable rate! Two other mechanics were unable to fix my vehicle. Great job on my 2003 GMC Envoy, fast, professional service, far above and beyond what I would expect from any mechanic! Rob and his crew were able to get me up and running much faster than I anticipated for a more than fair price and were able to make some other repairs I needed as well. I would recommend Bullet Transmission to anyone in need of the wide range of services they offer.

Terrible, we have had our 1990 mustang there 4 times. They have rebuilt it completely twice. Still leaks, still shifts terrible. Cant even run it on the dyno it wont stay in any gear. Would never recommend them to anyone. Every time we had the car there it sat for a month or longer. Last time it was there it sat there just about 3 months. By the time we got it back the last time the warranty was off. We put a total of maybe 7000 miles at most on it.

I am a delivery contractor. I drive a lot! When I need transmission work this is where I go. I've been dealing with these people for a long time and they've always treated me well.The rates are reasonable and the work is good . What else can I say?

Awesome group! Needed a small part for my transmission that no parts stores could order or provide for me here in Minot, untill as a last ditch effort I gave these guys a call! Just so happened that what i needed was just taking up some extra tool box space for them! Absolutely thrilled that they helped me out like that!

I have an F-350 Ford Super Duty transmission was completely disassembled in back of truck when I bought it they replaced all the bearings went through the transmission reassemble transmission installed new clutch throwout bearing pressure plate etcetera they did a wonderful job I would recommend them to anybody great job you guys if I ever need transmission work done again bullet will do it

The transmission in my truck started slipping, they got me in, in 2 days, ordered the brand of parts I requested and got it rebuilt with in a week. Including a holiday weekend.
