Ok, I've had my fill. The pizza has gotten worse and worse over the last few months. I've contacted Casey's via their 800 number when I couldn't get anyone to answer the phones to get my order remade. When I subsequently tried to order the replacement pizzas, they screwed those up too.Today, I'm done. Ordered pizza and hubby went to pick it up. Whoever made it poured what looked like half a bottle of ranch on top as the "drizzle". The last several times we've ordered the BBQ brisket it's had ZERO ranch. Today, half a bottle.Hubby took the pizza back to have them remake it as I am unable to eat ranch. What they replaced it with was more inedible than the first pizza.There is so much cheese that it's literally oozing off the slices and the crust isn't even cooked all the way so it just fell apart. This is infuriating and ridiculous. We don't have many food options around here so it's a real shame when one fails us so hard and we just throw our money away on pizza that can't be eaten without a fork and knife. It's pathetic.Half the time our pizzas are lacking either sauce or cheese. It's like we are ordering a different pizza each time, despite it being the same order almost every time.

Hard to get your order, or to even order food. The employees in the kitchen look at you but they to ignore you are there. They walk around grabbing boxes, going into the cooler extra. Hoping you will leave after 5 min or so they finally ask you what you want. I asked them to make me a sub they had no orders because they were doing absolutely nothing when I walked up except playing on their phone and they told me it would be 30min. I told them ok and I just stood there. They again walked around trying to pretend they were doing something and then came back to make my sub after they seen I wasn't leaving. The employees at the til like to hide in the office and the bathrooms are always disgusting. You tell an employee they say ok and they are back to their phone.

We've picked up pizza on a few occasions, and they're consistently undercooked. However, their very limited off-sale alcohol selection is probably the best that Mayville has to offer.

Love there ice's, when I go I get 2 at a time. The staff goes out of there way to help you. The pizza I highly recommend.
