Had a complicated electrical issue on my trailer and they got right to me when I rolled in. Spent three days in the shop while they worked tirelessly to find the problem. Eventually we did and I was in my way! No one else in the area would address my issue and they took it on and didn t stop til it was done. They treated me very well while I was there and even fed me lunch twice! Shawn is the man and Nate and Aaron assisted until it was all squared away and good to go. I will definitely be stopping here again if I have mechanical issues in the fargo area. 5 stars well earned!

This is the second time I have used Premier - first time was during a blizzard last winter and Alex put a air dryer on in terrible conditions. Then again today I had a tire problem and was lucky and got the same young service attendant, Alex, who got me up and going. True 5 Star Service. Shawn is the MAN of all FARGO AREA !!!! When its -20F outside and nobody will take you in for the next 7-10 days to even take a look at you. Shawn and his team @ Premier stepped in and got us back on the road in the matter of hours. Truly exceptional service, high tech, knowledgeable, honest and great team of people. Keep it up we need more shops like these down the road. BRAVO !!!Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, General repairs

These people are great!!!!!!! I wish I had them here where I live, I would shut my own shop down. They were very fair, knowledgeable and honest. I'm glad they were recommended to me by other shops in the area. They got my truck right in and treated my driver like he was family. This company is very unprofessional and has fraudulent practices. I made an appointment for my truck that had an engine light. I towed the car there and during check-in I was told my appointment is not for another week. 2 weeks later they called and told me that my CPU is dead. I was shocked at how long it took them to diagnose that because it took them 8+ hours to confirm the CPU was dead. My truck was never moved or brought inside to be worked on which is really weird. Also their labor rate is ridiculously high and they intentionally stall time and rack up the bill. They will not itemize their charges which is an obvious red flag. They lack customer service skills and will constantly dismiss your concerns. I will never choose their services and would strongly advise truckers to avoid them at all cost

We, (Rihm Leasing, Inc) had a unit down roadside with a brake issue in Morehead. I called these guys and they were very polite and happy to help. They got our driver up and running in a good time and at a fair price. Will definitely use them again if the need arises. These guys did a outstanding job on getting my truck in and fixed in a timely manner while finding other problems and fixing them as well and keeping my updated I would definitely recommend everyone to come here!

Alex was my technician. He was absolutely professional with my repair and arrived on time and did an exceptional job replacing the air bag in a very short amount of time. Adam and his crew got me in right away, fixed my leaking fuel, my a/c line and recharged it, and mounted two mud flap brackets and 2 new mud flaps. Did a great job, and were pretty quick as well. They have very reasonable pricing, after this experience Adam and his crew earned all my business if I breakdown in Fargo, ND again. Never ever will wallworks get another penny of money!! Thanks Adam and crew for the great service!!

Unbelievable, not happy with the outcome of my bill and the service that I got. For me to drive out of Jamestown in The heavy haul division. Sean told me I needed a new fifth wheel mine was shot. I told them to rebuild it. They quoted me 11 to 1200 dollars. They sold me a complete joust between 15 and $1,600. The final bill came to 2500 dollars. Would not recommend anybody I know to go there.

UPDATE::::Again they've went way beyond customer service! They gave me a vehicle to use for the whole weekend while they work on my truck.Very very pleased with the work and customer service I received. The righted a wrong that was done to me by a dealership. I WILL CONTINUE TO USE THIS FACILITY, ALWAYS ON POINT. Always up front about anything. Thank you again Premier Service Center.

amazing service and staff couldnt believe how fast the the service tech ALEX figured out what the problem was and got it fixed within minutes of him being there AMAZING JUST AMAZING would defiantly recommend them to othersso if ur out that way and in need of some repair go with these guys

-0000 rebuild motor came back not running properly top end making lots of noise was told just valves seating run it 60 thousand then come back...3 weeks noise to much no power can't breathe exhaust fumes in cab can't drive..scrapped out good rockers & shaft sent bill for that ..motor still not running properly ..not ECM ..saying good rebuild don't know what wrong..take to interstate Detroit check timing &new motor mounts still not running properly ...take to kenworth for 3rd eye on problem..#3 injector cup bad ..funny same mechanic 3 weeks ago sent over from interstate ..still junk ..3 weeks take to freightliner..# 2,3,4,5,6 injector cups sideways head junk...need all new topend ,pistons maybe washed..run for 6 months can no longer breathe raw exhaust fumes feeling extremely sick ..parked truck junk

Be advised that they charge a 2 hr. minimum @ 125.00 /hr for service calls. They do not tell you this when you request a service call. They were prompt in going out and getting the repair done.
