Very awesome. Answered any questions I had over text and prompt replys as well. Sent photos and spoke with before driving the Bismarck to look. They said they would even deliver the car to me! But I went and test drove it. Walked me through most of what it had for options. Got me approved for a fantastic rate and financed.Thank you Payton and Tom.

This review is about 7 months overdue The service at this dealership is exceptional, above, and beyond. I am from the east coast. My daughter was traveling across the country when her car broke down in the Dakotas. It was a mess. The head gasket went, and the engine was damaged. Due to the warranty my daughter went ahead with the repairs, but it was a waiting game because of the extent, and my daughter had to be at a job in Wyoming.The manager Brad Williams, and his crew helped my daughter, and me every step of the way. Calls were returned promptly. Clear communication was given. I just can't thank Brad, and his staff enough for helping my daughter out of a very tough jam that could have been made worse, but instead went as smoothly as possible thanks to this exceptional staff.

Came in today for a last second oil change. Was greeted right away by a very friendly lady. She set me up with Jeffrey. He was very nice walking through everything. During the visit they discovered two of my directional tires were improperly installed. He was nice enough to swap them for free. Very impressed and will definitely be back! A+

Mixed feelings. I definitely recommend Muscatell Subaru in Fargo/Moorhead over the Mandan Dealer, who clearly doesn t want to sell cars.Salesman are great. Especially Ethan, which is whom I worked with. Cant speak highly enough of him. Can t say the same about the sales managers. Rude/snarky comments like maybe you should stick to used cars and another sales manager came across irritated, and impatient. When introducing myself and asking how his day was going, he replied with man I m just trying to go home n watch the game as if my wife and I were a nuisance for trying to give them our business. Was ready to buy a car that day, but they would only come down $500 on a brand new car. I offered the same OTD price as the Fargo Subaru dealer Quoted me for the same exact car. He refused. Told me if you would have come in 2 months ago, i would ve taken your offer Maybe we caught them on a bad day, but my wife and I were not pleased with how the managers conducted themselves. Let alone treated customers ready to give them business. I m not upset that they didn t take our offer, just surprised they would treat customers the way they did.Again the salesman, absolutely great.Sales managers, need to find a job that s not in customer service.Overall, if you re considering a Subaru dealership, just travel the extra distance. The dealership in Moorhead/Fargo will treat you with the upmost respect. You won t be disappointed.

Wasn't necessarily expecting to buy a vehicle the day I went down to look at a Subaru Ascent but Jeremiah did a wonderful job telling me everything about the car and answered all of our questions that I just couldnt say no to the vehicle! This is the second time buying a vehicle from there and I don't think it'll be the last. Also got a nice little bonus Dog toy when we mentioned our dog!

STAY AWAY!!!!!Absolute garbage. They low balled me by about $12,000 dollars and would not budge even though I provided proof of them low balling me. Def. Do not have the customers best interest in mind. SCAM artist like most other dealerships.

Just easy no mess sale, called ahead of time let Michael Knapp know what I was interested in, made an appointment to meet with him and he was ready to assist, easily the first reason and biggest issues I would have had is wasting my time - and for everyone involved here, That did not happen.The second reason I purchased The listing was advised correctly, everything and everyone was pleasant to be around and deal with, Michael put me in the drivers seat of an awesome new to me vehicle and I couldn t be happier, Good people, definitely would recommend.

Met with Subaru salesman Charlie Bell who sold my family and I a brand spanking new, and gorgeous 2021 Legacy Touring XT. Charlie was very professional, but best of all, a down-to earth salesman. Extremely cool and fun to work with. He was also incredibly knowledgeable toward the Subaru brand and the style of vehicle I was interested in, along with all its included tech & safety features. I already knew what I wanted going in, but Charlie was there to help solidify my decision to go with the Legacy. The entire buying experience was easy and hassle-free. Along with Charlie, the rest of the staff, including Cody Steinhaus from their finance department, were totally friendly, professional, and a lot of fun to talk with. Charlie and the rest of Kramer Subaru, thank you very much for a great service and buying experience. We hope to score our next Subie from you guys at your new location. Awesome customer service made us the center of everything. Just ask for Brandon he knew a lot about every car we were interested in. Wasn t pushy let us take our time make phone calls before making a purchase. Didn t feel like we had to buy from there if it wasn t the right fit. All around great experience will be dealing with them in the future

Firstly, would like to give Payton a 5 star rating. He did an awesome job, came in on his day off, thoroughly went over everything, and knew the product well. Awesome guy just to sit down with an talk. Wasn t rushed or pushed at all.Why this review only gets 1/5 stars. Tom, who appraises used vehicles, absolutely lowballs people. I ve seen it done before to my friends, coworkers, and family. For example, my trade got valued 6-7 grand under TRADE value. His reasoning was that he couldn t sell it at auction for what I was asking for. He has a similar vehicle with less options on the lot for over 8 grand what he appraised me at. They were not willing to work numbers with me so I left it at that. I have gotten a few offers from dealers around ND, MN, and MT that offered me much more than what I was offered at Subaru of Mandan. Figured I would give local business a shot before going somewhere else. Be careful going there and honestly I would look around and find better deals elsewhere.Edit: After the reply below, I did call the dealership, asked for Jesse, and left a voicemail. Haven t heard back. Decided to go with a different dealership that worked with me on numbers and got to a point where both parties were happy.It s a shame because I did want to support a local dealership.

Thanks to Luz Villa at Kramer Subaru in Mandan I got my first car! Without the help of Luz and the rest of the Subaru crew, I wouldn t have gotten all my questions answered, all the numbers crunched and I wouldn t have gotta my 2015 200 Chrysler Limited! Luz was extremely sweet and helpful even after I had gotten my car, if you are looking for a place to get your first car or another one get in contact with Luz Villa at Kramer Subaru in Mandan! I had a flat tire unexpectedly before work and was able to get my car towed to Subaru of Mandan. They put me on their schedule that day and my car was finished by the time I got off work. The courtesy driver was awesome! The whole day went so smoothly for me. Thank you for making a stressful situation so stress free for me!!!

The service shop is run by a lousy manager. He will lie and edit or delete repair orders to avoid warranty jobs. It must be nice to be the only dealer within a reasonable distance.

Great Subaru dealership. Below are some thoughts:Service:I've been going to Kupper/Kramer for years and mostly had a great experience. The sales and service employees are great. I had an '06 WRX I would take here on a regular basis, but only had one bad experience. In early 2022, I had an oil change and they forgot to tighten the cap. When I took my car home and left it in the garage, there was a massive oil puddle under my car the next day. I filled it and took it back to get it fixed and someone mentioned that they were sometimes "rushed", which isn't too reassuring that a quality service will be performed on my vehicle. They did correct the issue for free and I had no problems since. I have been going to Kramer for over 6 years and this was the first and only issue I've had with service. From what I can tell, the other visits have had good results. Other than that one issue, service has been great. During a few of my visits, one of the employees would inform me of any small issues discovered during my visit. Rather than instantly fixing it and charging me extra, they simply asked me if it was something I would like done at that time. By asking, I felt like I could trust service at this dealership a lot more than others I've dealt with in the past, where they would just fix these small issues outright and charge a premium price for something that I could've done at home in 10 minutes. Other than the one issue, Service has excellent communication and does good work. As a customer, I feel confident in their departmentSales:I bought a 2022 Subaru Forester in August and had nothing short of a great experience. I was mostly helped by Michael Knapp from sales. This was a big purchase for me, so I had a lot of questions for Michael and other employees. Everyone was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and helped with any concerns. I really appreciated how patient the employees were while deciding which vehicle/trim would best suit me. Every time I stopped by to browse the inventory, get a service on my vehicle, or just wanted to check out some different models, I was always welcomed by the employees. After I bought the vehicle, the wait was only about a month and a half before it showed up to the dealership. Even after my purchase, Michael Knapp and the employees are more than happy to answer any questions.While I highly recommend visiting Kramer Subaru, I only have a few notes:1. Please don't rush service. Even if it takes longer than expected, I would rather have a quality job than a rushed one.2. I wouldn't mind advertising the dealership on my new car with a sticker/custom tag, but it would be great to get something out of it. Some dealerships offer a free car wash every week/month or so in exchange for advertising the dealership on a newly purchased vehicle.3. It would be great to have a larger inventory of vehicles and showroom cars. Understandably, our economy isn t in a good place right now, but one thing I was missing was the opportunity to view and drive different models.Once again, I highly recommend doing business with this dealership. The new location is also very nice and was much needed. After 6 years of visits, I can confidently say they do quality work and have great employees who know their stuff.

My wife and I recently purchased a new 2022 Subaru Ascent Onyx Edition from Kramer Subaru. This was the first car we actually ordered from the factory and the process went very smoothly. We worked with Michael Knapp and he was fantastic to work with. He kept us up to date on the build process and when the car was expected to be delivered. When time came to sign the finance documents we appreciated how Kye Erickson took time to explain what options we had with the equity from our trade in. We would both recommend Michael, Kye and Kramer Subaru to anyone considering purchasing a vehicle. We will be repeat customers.

Three years ago I decided it's time to buy a Subaru! Best decision ever. I walked into the dealership and was greeted by Michael Knapp. He helped me through the buying process all the way. After my three year lease was up on my Ascent I decided to size down to the Forester. Once again Michael to the rescue. He helped me decide which Forester would best meet my needs and made the process as easy as possible. If I had any questions, I would text, and he would quickly respond. Two weeks ago, I drove away with my Forrester Wilderness! Thanks, Mikey!!

Salesmen Ethan and Mikey were great, as was Madi in finance. But beware if you're trading in a vehicle. I didn't feel like I was given a fair price for my trade, as they offered me $2,000 below the low-end KBB value and spun a line about how they would only be able to get median trade-in value for my trade in the current market. I later found out they listed my trade online well above what they told me. I was still able to get my payments where I needed them, so I didn't fight as hard as I should have to get a fair price on my trade. Make sure you fight for a fair trade-in price.
