Shane is seriously the best. He goes above and beyond every time we need his help. I made the connection with him when I was in car sales, and is now my families go to ever since! From taking dents out of vehicles to a quick buff. We re so thankful to have Shane and ProFinish in our community!

I heard of Shane's shop from a radio add. He had a great add talking about his Father, and how much family ment, and traditions of doing quality work that was ingrained into himself and business. So I gave him a shot. I took my wife's Dodge Carivan that had just been side swiped along with my GMC Duramax that was in a hit and run. Shane and the guys did a awesome job with my wife's van. They also detailed it which was no easy task because we have five kids. I kinda felt bad for his guys for having to do it. But the cherry on the cake was how awesome of a job they did on my truck.The prestine matching of the rhino lining on my truck is flawless. They detailed my truck which was very much appreciated also. Along with the rest of the great work they did for the repair. Getting some of the parts took a little longer than expected.So my truck was there a little longer. So Shane went above and beyond and fixed all of my rock chips for free. Working with Shane was easy, and he always took my calls even though I might have been a little annoying lol. Shane easily won my business with his over the top work and attention to detail. I would highly recommend Shane and the team at ProFinish to anyone needing body work on their vehicle - accident, hail, paint, etc. We recently had our vehicle in for some body and paint work following an accident. When I first stopped in to inquire, Shane showed me around the shop while he was providing an initial estimate of the work that needed to be done. He was very detailed and particular in explaining everything to me. I knew that we would be in good hands. Shane ensured that all additional communication needed with my insurance company would be squared away. When our vehicle was at the shop, he was great about providing updates with how things were going, status on additional parts needed, etc. Upon completion of the work on the vehicle, they did an awesome job of a detailed cleaning inside our vehicle as well. The work on our vehicle all around was fantastic. The work done had the vehicle looking better than new.Top notch and detailed work. Friendly staff. An owner who cares about his customers and cares about the work done for his customers. All a recipe for a wonderful customer experience. Car was involved in a hit and run. I looked for body shops in Mandan and ProFinish was on the top. Went in and I felt like they did a great job working with me and my insurance company. Took some great before photos and fixed things that I couldn't see at first but wow when they pointed them out it was so obvious. Shows they know what they are doing. The end product was beautiful. We did have an issue when it came to some trim parts being delivered to the business that were broken. Mazda sent 5 total trim pieces and 4 of the 5 were broken. Profinish had nothing to do with it and they handled it well and let us know of the delay. This was not the fault of the business but of shipping company. Profisnish is great to work with and if we have things come up in the future we will be going back.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This was my first experience with a body shop for a vehicle collision. I wasn't sure what to expect, but Shane and his staff made it an easy process. My vehicle was brought in months ahead of the original expected start date and was completed with great attention to detail. There is no evidence of any prior damage. Not only did they fix the damaged areas, the staff went through and detailed the interior and exterior as well. I would highly recommend ProFinish for anyone looking for a local body shop.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

No communication between the customer and the business.Had to have hail damage fixed. Took it in on a Monday and it sat two weeks before they did anything and never called. The Second appointment was to do the hood sat outside again for over a week before they worked on it. And once again I had to call to figure out what was going on. If someone would of just called and let me know what was going on I would of been cool with everything. But that didn't happen

Shane and the ProFinish team were great to work with. They repaired my car after being rear-ended, and Shane also pulled a dent from a door-ding out of my front fender. My car looks as good as the day I bought it. Shane was excellent at communicating throughout the process, and incredibly easy to work with. I just bought a brand new truck and unfortunately I was in the hail storm we had in Bismarck! I called around to other shops but Shane and his team made me feel comfortable with doing the work! So I gave them the job and when I went to pick it up I was extremely happy you can t even tell there was any dents! I highly recommend this shop to anyone! Thanks again amazing job!

I brought my car in for a bumper replacement after hitting a pheasant. Shane is very personable and I could talk to him for hours. The job took a little longer then expected, with extra damage found, and parts delays. Cant blame them for parts delays and insurance not responding. Job was less then I was quoted so I was very happy. If I have more body work, I will be back.Service: Body & Trim

Update 9/2/22These guys did a great job on the hail repair. Randy was great to work with and made sure everything was taken care of. These guys really go above and beyond when they take care of your car. If your car needs some body work this is the place to go.Original visitI had a interesting event that caused a big ole dent in the fender of my car. Pro Finish was great to work with. They worked with my insurance company who happened to be a pain in the butt. I would say go to these guys. Everything matches up and looks great. Despite some minor scheduling mix up issues by a staff member, Shane (the owner) was extremely accommodating. I don't normally leave reviews but I felt he deserved one. He stayed past his regular store hours on a Friday night in order to get a difficult dent worked out of the hood of my pickup. The work he did was very high quality, and he helped me feel comfortable about having my vehicle worked on. ProFinish definitely earned my business.

They were very friendly, but also had a part sitting in their wearhouse for months before realizing and contacting us. We had prepaid.They said a worker who had managed their supplies became ill during that time and it threw them for a loop. Hopefully going forward, they'll be able to manage better if one employee isn't available.

Shane and Jackson were incredibly great to work with! The level of expertise was amazing, Shane can see EVERYTHING! Jackson was very helpful and very friendly. They even have a millennial that is quite impressive! The work done on my brand new vehicle was stellar. I can t imagine a better experience. I am from out of town & was looking for a place to do a full detailing & headlight restoration on my car. After searching the web ProFinish is the place we decided to use. While dropping my car off I was very impressed to see the cleanliness of the shop. When I arrived the next day to pick up my car I was very much satisfied with the remarkable job they did. It looked as good as it did when I got it off of the showroom floor of the dealership inside & out. I highly recommend using ProFinish. It definitely shows they take pride in their business as well as pleasing the customer. Shane & his staff are very friendly & make sure you leave satisfied. I will be using them again in the future.

Shane at Profinish is my go to guy for any body work. I have brought in a lot of vehicles over the last 12 years. He has done everything from PDR work to paint correction to full collision work. He is super easy to work with and keeps you in the loop on your repair. I especially like how they go out of their way to clean the entire vehicle regardless of the scope of work performed. It is always cleaned inside and out. Also his prices are very reasonable if you go that route. I highly recommend Profinish. I would give them more stars if I could.

I had my vehicle get hail damage in the recent hail storm we had, I got a quote from a different place and then pro finish. From the start I felt more valued as a customer throughout the entire experience, they answered all of my questions, walked me through the process, showed me the vehicle and how they spot each dent etc. 10/10 would recommend.Service: Body & Trim

After I had a little mishap with my CRV I contacted ProFinish as I had read good reviews about them. From the first visit when they documented the damage and they forwarded everything to my insurance, until I picked up my beautiful completely repaired car everything was great. I was also extremely pleased when I picked up my car and not only had the outside been cleaned and repaired the inside had been detailed too. What a bonus, especially in winter! Every person I had contact with was nothing but nice, friendly and professional-yes we laughed a bit about my doings but that made it so easy. Highly recommended if you need auto body repair.

Shane and his crew fixed my car after a parking lot run in. They got me right in, fixed the damage quickly and my car looked great! He went above and beyond by pickingy car up from the rental car lot, having his mechanic buddy fix an issue with my battery that he noticed, and delivered me a clean car to boot! Very satisfied with the work done and all of our vehicles get repaired by ProFinish!

Pro Finish did a wonderful job on my car and I am pleasantly pleased with the workmanship, service, and communication I've had with this company. I first found them due to their good reviews, and now I understand why. Not only did I contact them at the end of their day, they were able to fit me in so that I could get an estimate for insurance reasons. Since then, I will continue to bring my vehicles to them for my auto-body needs.

I will always and only ever use Pro Finish! I highly recommend them!! Not only do they do an AMAZING job, but they truly take care of their customers. You won t get your vehicle back unless the job is done and done right. I had a badly damaged, brand new car and they made sure the repairs were made to perfection to make it safe again and definitely didn t cut any corners. The owner and employees are so awesome and friendly!! You don t see business run things like they do anymore. They took care of my insurance for me and pretty much took all the work out of the entire process. I wouldn t recommend anywhere else! I cannot thank them enough for taking such good care of me and my vehicle and making sure that it not only looks good but is totally safe to drive!

When I had a 3-foot long paint scratch alongside my 2020 van's door, I thought the world was ending. I called ProFinish and was relieved to hear them pick up right away, and tell me to come in right away or whenever best worked for me for an estimate.I spoke with TJ who assured a very pregnant me of my options, told me prices, and eased my worries of my brand new car being forever marred.At my appointment, Shane took his time making sure to make that scratch as invisible as he possibly could (so impressive!) And then put a clear coat of protectant over it. It was very affordable!This could have been a miserable experience as I had my 2-year-old with me, but the shop has a perfect little mascot by the name of Mittens that my daughter fell in love with. Mittens was very patient with her fanatic squealing fan and handled it like a true A-list celebrity.I highly recommend that you use ProFinish for your car repair needs!
