The Lincoln Repair team was amazing. They were so honest about the problem with my car that was a sensor that was unplugged. They simply plugged it in and did not charge me anything for it. I feel that may have not been the case had I been at a different mechanic shop. They also did a complete check of my car and informed me of the latest repairs that had been completed by previous owner. They put my mind at ease that my vehicle is reliable and had been well taken care of by previous owner. I will definitely return for all of my mechanical repairs and refer my family and friends to them!!

Lincoln Repair was great to work with. I stopped in to set up an appointment and I was able to get the car checked out right away. They informed me step by step through the process and gave me cost estimates as they worked. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I recently had an amazing experience with Lincoln Repair of Mandan as they repaired my 2000 Jeep Cherokee. It had been sitting outside unused for a multi-year period while I was away and had a pretty long list of issues. The Lincoln Auto experts were meticulous and transparent, and communicated very well. Following their work, they have kept in communication and answered questions. My vehicle is once again running great and I am very thankful!

Absolutely amazing service! The techs are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and honest. The team up front is great to work with! Their constant honest and open communication with customers goes above and beyond what a normal shop usually does! We will never go anywhere else!

Lincoln repair saved me yesterday. A screw got into my tire, and I went up there and they had it fixed and patched in less than 20 minutes. Great, efficient service that I highly recommend.

I had been having problems with my car for the last six years lol it definitely was a mystery. After switching from my old mechanic over to Lincoln Repair , I definitely gave them a good mystery to solve.! It took a few tries, but they were bound, and determined to figure it out. It puzzled everybody, yet they were able to handle it, finally resolve it, and repair the problem. They handled things with expertise, lots of hilarity, and very reasonable prices. I don t think I could give them a higher rating because it won t allow me to, but if I could, I would! Thank you to ALL the staff, and mechanics!

After moving to the area from out of state I have taken my vehicles to Lincoln Auto repair for a little over 6 months and I really appreciate that they will recommend items to consider but no pressure. They do a great job explaining the why in a way you can understand. They have an option to text them to communicate so if you don't want to call or have the time which is so helpful for scheduling appointments, questions, estimate and much more. I plan to continue taking my vehicles there and I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat.

They said they were booked pretty tight but would try to get it in. A few hours later it was fixed, very freindly and professional. Better yet it was quite a bit cheaper than I was quoted at a other place. This location is new in our area, I thought I will give them a try, glad I did. Thanks guys

It's hard to believe an auto repair shop like this still exists in this day in age. I requested work and repairs to be done, and after examination they let me know some of the work I requested wasn't necessary as the equipment was still in good condition (honesty, from a repair shop, super cool!). The work they did do was top notch and reasonably priced, and they did it quickly and kept me up to date the entire process. They even gave me a ride to an appointment when my vehicle was still under repair, seriously, NO ONE does this anymore. They also have a super convenient payment and pickup system where I was able to pay online and pick the car up after hours when it was convenient for me. During my recent appointment for my routine oil change, the technician servicing my truck noticed that a previously repaired oil leak had reoccurred. Immediately the Service Manager accepted responsibility for the issue and my truck is being repaired at no cost to me. These guys are the REAL DEAL!
