I will always take my cars here!! Jim is the best with working to get me in as soon as they can. He also goes over everything with me, from what's wrong as well as what I'm all getting charged with. I enjoy taking my car to a place that I can trust.

Gunschers repair is hands down amazing. I had a nail in my tire and need a repair asap. They were nice enough to take me in at the end of the day and fix it for me. They are very reasonably priced, fast and amazing at what they do. While I sat in the waiting area after they closed I felt so welcome getting to know the owners! What a wonderful experience and wonderful people. Will be coming here from now on!Service: Tires

Had a bad experience with jiffy lube on Washington st do not go there I do recommend jim he was very helpful and knew what he was doing we had a squealing noise from our belt after we got it changed at Walmart Walmart refused to fix unless we got a letter from another auto place in the area went jiffy lube they tried to fix it and made it worse a couple months go by and it got plunder so went to the shop to get the right stuff to put on it and Jim helped us out and fix the problem so highly recons this place and I ve also got some other work done there on my vehicle and was not disappointed.

I would give 10 stars if i could. First time goin here. A friend told me about them. Had work done on my duramax. Service was exceptional, price was reasonable. Customer service was great. Up front and honest about everything that needed to be done. I highly recommend you check these guys out before goin anywhere else.

The fellas here are amazing! They're pretty much dead on with their quotes! Wanted to have my transmission looked over and checked out. Everything was fine, but they said I needed brakes all the way around. Now some would say that they were trying to take advantage of a lady, but to be honest it did not surprise me. I've had my car for 3 years now and I could also kinda feel it too. They were very accommodating and did a really great job! Would highly recommend them to anyone in need of vehicle services.

Gunscher's Repair did an outstanding job for us ! Their employees were professional and courteous. We were traveling in ND and needed immediate repair on our pickup, as we were hauling horses.They got to it right away and finished it in a timely manner.

If you need any work done to your car COME HERE! I cannot recommend this place enough or say enough good things about it! I was in town and had some unexpected car trouble and someone recommended I come here. The staff was so warm and friendly! They immediately started figuring out ways they could help. even though they were busy they ordered the parts to be there the next day, called a hotel for me and got me a discount since I was stranded in town for the night, and drove me over and offered to pick me up the next day. They honestly made you feel like family haha. The next day when arriving they were already done with my car and the price ended up being cheaper than what was quoted. They never tried to up sell me, or make me feel dumb for not knowing a lot about cars or the issue at hand. If anything they went out of their way to make sure I felt confident in them to take care of business in and honest and efficient way. It's been a little over month now since I went and my car has never run better! If you want to support a local, honest business this is the place to go! I would definitely trust them with any job! I will be making the drive out here for sure for any future maintenance!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Gunscher's Repair has been so reliable for me. They are very easy to get your vehicle into within a day or two after calling. They always have the best attitude, they make sure to let you know of the issues before fixing anything as well as a price estimate. I've been going to them for over a year now , and they never disappoint! I recommend it to family and friends!

We have used Gunscher's for three vehicles for various repairs. The service has always been quick, thorough, courteous, and professional. They tell you up front what the repairs will cost and it is always spot on--never any unexpected costs. Their staff is very knowledgeable and well trained. We have had them do major repairs to some of our vehicles and have been very satisfied each time. We highly recommend this firm for any work you may need on any vehicle. Thank you Gunscher's!!!

Friendliest bunch in town! Our alternator went out 18 miles out of town and lucky for us the first shop I called didn t answer. Jim and his crew happily took care of us as soon as we got towed in and got us on the road again in a Jiffy! Thank you Jim and your crew for the wonderful mechanical and customer service!

We had to get my husband some new tires for his truck and we priced everywhere out in town. Not only was Gunscher's the lowest, they were also the friendliest and quickest. I was so impressed by their work! We are glad to be a part of the Gunscher's Repair family and will be doing all of our vehicle servicing through them!

I have been doing business with Gunscher's Repair for about 7 years on various vehicles that I own. They have always been profession, competent, and very helpful. In all cases, they were able to service my vehicles in a reasonable amount of time and at a reasonable expense.If you are in need of a do-it-all auto repair shop in Mandan or Bismarck, I would highly recommend Gunscher's Repair to anyone who is looking. Passing through town and needed a radiator flush, explained my time crunch to Jim over the phone and they had me in the next day at 8am and back on the road in an hour. The guys at Gunscher's were quick, helpful, and accommodating, just a great experience all the way through. Can't say enough about how impressed I was by the entire interaction, if you're in need of a mechanic then by all means these are your guys.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I own two vehicles and I m 20 years old. Now I ve had to deal with a lot of repair shops. These guys are THE BEST that there is. I know I m young but never have I met better customer service in any other business. They will answer absolutely any questions you have and explain anything you want. What is even better is they ALWAYS have time to get you in sooner than any other shop. Then to put a cherry on top they are AFFORDABLE sometimes they may be a tad more expensive but it is more than 100% worth it. They always quote me a price and always do better than they expected. I walk in there and the people have a smile on their faces. When they say honest work they MEAN honest work. I won t go to any other shop in the Mandan Bismarck area. I wish I could give these guys more stars. I wish I could say more. I have taken our family vehicles to Troy for all kinds of service work. His shop can repair about any mechanical problem you may have. His cost and time estimates are spot on and reasonable. He has a clean shop, up to date with all of the service training and tools to repair your vehicle. I highly recommend!

Very professional with an amazing human touch and an honesty that more and more has become harder to find. Gunscher's has been my only go to mechanic in the last 5 years and counting. From changing my transmission to inspecting my vehicle for a long family trip Guncher's always has me covered!

Diagnosed and fixed my subi the first time which was a nice relief! (Clears throat...unlike taking it to the Subaru dealership)Work completed within a timely manner and I always like seeing the 4 legged workers there.
