Lack of details and communication is the reason for two stars. Had tires ordered and set up a appointment to have them mounted and balanced. Website stated prices but I was charged a extra $160 dollars for a freight charge that nobody mentioned I would be charged! I am sure I was charged for overnight freight but was not able to get a appointment date until 14 days later.Do they charge the extra freight for all tires that they sale?

I have had Jim put in two sets of air bags (on two different pickups) he has done a Great Job both times and finished before the est. time.

Contacted Big O about 10 days ago looking at 4 tires for the car, to be installed after the Thanksgiving weekend. Everyone was happy to help and I was able to get it done in about 75 minutes in & out

Purcashed new tires from a Big O Tire Shop along with a protection plan in Utah. I was told I could go to any Big O to have the tires rotated. I'm from North Carolina, passing through, and got there early looking to have an oil change and tire rotation. No work was being done in the shop at 8 a.m, I was asked if I had an appointment and told I would have to come back around 5 p.m. They didn't seem to care or offer to help me. Being disabled needing help didn't seem to matter to these folks. They seemed happy to let me leave , so I left. This isn't acceptable

I needed 4 new tires on my truck. Upon arriving at Big O Tires in Mandan, ND, the staff was friendly and assisted me right away. The first individual that helped wasn't able to answer all my questions, but the manager jumped in and assisted. I visited a few other tire businesses in the BisMan area, and Big O Tires by far helped me the most in picking out the right tire for my needs. Overall, the install (which was about a week later) was quick and efficient. After a few days, I noticed one of the tires was losing pressure. I had to fill it up a few times before getting it back over to Big O Tires for review. They initially thought it was a bad seal - so took the tire off and tried putting it on again. In the coming days, the leak was still there and losing pressure. It was frustrating having to be on the side of the road in the dead of winter filling my brand new tire with air. When I went back to Big O Tires, it was discovered the valve stem was cracked during installation. No problems since. However, it would have been nice to be compensated for the time and trouble during this process (free oil change, etc.), but that was never offered. If the back-end of the installation would have been better, this easily would have been a 4-5 star rating. But, given the circumstances, 3 stars for this experience.

I was in need of new tires for my pickup and stopped by Big O Tires in Mandan. The service was absolutely exceptional. They had the tires I wanted in stock at an excellent price. I waited in the store while the service was being done and they have a comfortable lounge to relax in while I waited. The Service technicians came and spoke with me a few times to let me know how much longer it was going to be, and where they were at with progress on my vehicle. I went in to have 4 new tires mounted and balanced, they swapped tires on my spare, and did an alignment in less than an hour. They were quick to let me know what was going on and very upfront and honest. Great product and wonderful service. I will be quick to tell anyone that is looking for new tires or service to their vehicle to stop in there. Thank you Big O!

This place is a joke. Hires people telling them they will make 18 and hour after 30 days, doesn't ever happen. Doesn't go about time off in a proper way, leading them to let their best employees go. This place may be good for customer service but when you're the one working behind the doors or not!

Great tire store and great customer service. I am from So Cali and was visiting up in Bismarck and needed front tires for my 2017 Mersades C-Class Sedan. Called Big O and talked with Ben. He found and ordered the tires for me. They came in a couple of days from Fargo. I had made an appointment. They took really good care of me.Many thanks

I was searching for tires for my 2017 Suburu Forester all over Bismarck/Mandan and was confused due to the many options and prices. I called your store and spoke with Ben. He immediately made me feel at ease and comfortable due to a non-pressure discussion and professional demeanor. He provided extensive information and created a positive connection which led me to make a confident and safe decision. When I arrived for my appointment, the front technicians and supervisor were both friendly and informative. The store was clean and well designed. The supervisor was cleaning the counters and making cookies! Awesome! Your waiting area was great, AND.....the tires were installed faster than expected. I believe one of the technicians came in early due to my work schedule. That was outstanding! I will give my highest recommendations to my friends and family! As a retired member of the US Army, I recognize a well-run operation when I see it. Well done!

10 a.m oil change appointment. I did call that I was 10 minutes late.Checked in and waited with 2 boys They finally finished my van at 11:55. Seriously I had my new tires put on faster. No apologies for the 2 hour wait just here's bill. Thank you come again.I worked many years in .Management and I know I probably will not ever go back. And when asked about I would not recommend . Your staff is polite and gave the boys flags which was nice they get the star. I know it was your grand opening and we were told we could go eat but I had 2 other appointments I missed.Thought you should knowMarlene Brunelle

Took my pickup to big o to have them install 4 tires at 3 o'clock and check the suspension. No one even looked at it until after 5 and no one checked the suspension. If I could give zero stars I would. Very disappointed and they are not worth your time or money

Only reason I gave it 1 star is because 0 was not an option. For the second time made an appointment for an alignment only to show up at the allotted time and find they had no record of my appointment, said they would squeeze it in. Called an hour later only to tell me they didn't have have the ambition or talent to align my vehicle. There are plenty of better business to work with in Mandan and Bismarck, not worth stopping at Big O!

I took my daughter's car in there at 5 o'clock and said could you put new tires on it They got it done And I had them come out and do some farm service on a payloader for me very good people Definitely will be doing more business for me

It's next to impossible to find a company nowadays that have a great work ethic, and honest people that stand behind their work. They are knowledgeable and friendly. This was our first experience with them but it definitely wont be our last!! Special thanks to Jim and Travis!

I have had tires repaired at Big O on two occasions now, and both times the staff was extremely professional and courteous, and the service fast and efficient. On a third occasion, an employee offered to stay late on a Saturday to repair my in-laws' tire so they could get home to Dickinson that night. I most definitely would recommend Big O Tires to family and friends.

Had a flat tire repaired after towing my truck there. Got home and discovered all wheel nuts were loose after driving on Interstate! One bolt broke off. Very disappointing and dangerous.

I can't say enough good about this place! They were there when my tire popped coming into Mandan, drove me around to an appointment and to work in Bismarck, put the spare on for me while I was at an appointment, and put the spare back once the new tire was installed. I really would recommend this place and the workers to anyone! Thank you so much!

The customer service was great. 4 new tires, balance, and an alignment all done in a short amount of time. I'll definitely recommend them to everyone!
