Website says open till 5 got there at 4:30 and everyone out of the office and office locked up. If you want to close at that time then please update your info on the website. SMHNext time I'll just go to Dickinson where they're always glad for your service

I have been taking my Trucks & Trailers to Polar for over 4 years. When I need repairs the always get the job done in a timely manner . I have also had fabrication work done there & hydraulic systems repaired. They have great staff with hardworking folks. Had hydraulic hose bust on me had to get a complete new hose made up. They had the stuff there in house. Plenty of vac trailer parts no need to run around God's creation to look for fittings. Will be using them alot in the future. A little pricey but the hose got done and I got back to work. It is what it is. Thanks.

I own 3 Peterbilts and have done oil work in the bakken for 8 years. The biggest challenge is finding a shop you can trust that wont break the bank. Dave and Cliff at Polar are top notch and I thank them!! The professionalism and quality of work was perfect. The price was absolutely fair for the oil field and I will most definitely be back and tell all my driving buddy's about my experience. These boys went above and beyond the call of duty to get me back on the road. Keep up the good work Polar!!!

Bunch of crooks, Lou the Service manager will lie and try to make things up. Do not believe them if they tell you, your tank has a leak. They are desperate for work and has resorted to making things up. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS

They staff is friendly and courteous. They go above and beyond with their customer service. One stop shop for tractor and trailer repair

Poor service. Bring a truck in to get repaired and $9000 later they can t even do it right had to bring the truck back and all I got was disrespect from the employees. I would never recommend this place to anyone ever!!!!

Hard working staff! Always helpful and attentive to our equipment. They really try hard to get our trucks back out in the field.

Large supply of pipe fittings but they do not make hoses here they can service your trailer though

Best place in town to get equipment worked on staff is friendly and knowledgeable we use polar for all our trucking needs

I went in, waited in the front for about 10 minutes, no one came out to take my business, multiple voices from the back that seemed to be "doing" things. Ended up leaving, I don't plan on returning.

Only place in the area to get hoses made. The fittings are a little over priced but they also have the best selection in the are also.
