I have been very very satisfied with JuJu's. Being a single woman who knows nothing about cars, it is very hard to find someone you can trust. The work and prices are great. Very professional and always on time. Highly recommend.

I LOVE Jujus. I take my truck to them all the time. They are more than fair and do a great job!! They go out of their way to help you and they are so pleasant to be around!!!! I highly recommend them.

My name is Teresa Bullard. I had taken my car to the shop in Watford called RPM. I had just put a new radiator in my car. The car was losing power. I was told by the shop in Watford that it was my brand new radiator. Thanks to my jesus in heaven that he gave me knowledge enough to know that was not the problem. They were going to charge me 500.00 dollars to put another radiator in that it didn't need. I had my car towed to mrs. Jujus shop and was told the problem, it had nothing to do with the radiator. Mrs. Juju is a fair and honest woman. If anyone needs work done on their vehicle. I was strongly suggest that you take your vehicle to her shop. Thank you mrs. Juju.

The owner replaced my clutch and used "weak bolts" as he himself said, clutch went out. Then tried to put the broken one back in which of course didn't work, replaced it again but the clutch wasn't fully releasing which he said was normal. So that clutch burned out and he said it was a bad part. Put in a new clutch and he said it was my fault because I leave my foot on the clutch., which I do not. I have been driving a standard for 18 years and haven't EVER even had to replace one clutch. They made me go get my own parts on top of belittling and degrading me all day while I sat in the shop waiting for my husband to get off work and bring out other vechicle. I recommended two of my friends to them and they have to have the work redone as well. Do NOT use this shop! The owners wife told me she does most of the work because it's too strenuous on her husband but when I asked to see her certs she wouldn't show me. You might as well hand a wrench to a 5 year old because you will not get quality work from a certified mechanic. They also tried to scam me out of another vechicle by telling me the head gasket is blown but to sign the title over because they wanted it to haul vehicles. The head gasket is in fact not blown, the timing is off.*edit* onto another clutch! Took to a new mechanic and they are fine combing over it. There is a HOLE cut in my transmission case that was on wielded back together! Mark, you/ your shop- ju jus pit stop, "replaced" my transmission and transfer case beginning of 2017, I believe around March. You/ your shop were the only ones to do my mechanic work on that vechicle. Please explain to me why my "new" transmission is in this condition. Unacceptable and this is probably why I'm burning through clutches!

This business is a complete scam! The owners steal from everyone they come in contact with. Employees, contractors, and even customers are victims of their lies and manipulation. They have ruined customers vehicles and take advantage of any person who does any work for them. The owner is drunk all the time. What a discrace.
